Wonderworks was definitely a big highlight of our trip to Pigeon Forge. I had six girls there and each one found different activities that they really enjoyed and just wanted to keep doing it over and over again. We arrived and spent about 2 hours in the activities section, then we saw the magic show which is absolutely awesome, then we went and ate and came back to explore some more and then ended the night with laser tag which was so exciting. Definitely choose the VIP package and make sure you have lots of time to do the hands on activities. Awesome place!!

"Not impressed"
July 2016
We didn't know a lot about this place. Bought vip combo tickets which said 8:00 show. We went there at 8:00. Didn't know there was a magic show at that time and lazier tag and all the rest was there. The guy who works there finally told us to go to show that night and he wrote on our other tickets to come back the next day. We wouldn't have time for it all.

Tip: There is an arcade there and kids will $ you to death. Go early the day it has on your ticket to go thru all the other things there.

If you’re interested in an overcrowded madhouse that requires you to wait in line for 30 minutes or an entire HOUR like we did for one exhibit, this is your place. It would be a really neat place if they only allowed a certain number of visitors a day to have some flow and control.

"A lot of fun"

This was a lot of fun with our 13 & 14 year old. We needed more time but we had plans to see the Magician there who we also highly recommend. We’ve seen him twice. After the Magic show we had dinner and another Christmas show so we weren’t able to go back and look at their hall of art. We enjoyed the ropes courses and all the other interactive activities. I held the record in my family for longest time with my hand in the cold water.

This is like our fifth trip to WonderWorks. It’s always great. It’s expensive but all the games and things are included. Except in the arcade when you exit. It was crowded this trip but that’s to be expected when you go for New Years.

"Fun time but a rude receptionist"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed January 03, 2020 NEW
We visited Jan 3 and looked forward to visiting this place for the first time. My husband had a question about the magic show so he decided to call. The receptionist named Kim was incredibly rude. When he greeted her and said he had a question, her response was, “okay, Im waiting!” It caught my husband off guards We almost decided to go somewhere else for entertainment. Thankfully, when we got there the workers in the exhibits were really friendly. We went with a group of friends and had a fun time! The kids were so entertained. I highly recommend doing the 4d theater. Very cool!! The exhibits had long waits but if you are there after 730pm the lines start to dwindle. We got to go back and do some exhibits we missed out on. This is definitely a must go. Thank goodness we didnt let the receptionist change our mind. Such a good time! Another bonus is after 6pm is discounted rates.

I took my 16 and 17 year old here because we were bored while husband was watching ball games. We had a groupon. I must say we all had fun!! Very interesting place and definitely offers a lot of entertainment. We had a great time. I would recommend going when you have about 3 hours to spend or more. It is worth the price with all the things to do.
