"Seaworld - San Diego"
August 2023 NEW
I was expecting an aquarium. That’s what I think of when I hear ‘Sea World’. I discovered it was more like an amusement park with a few animals thrown in. They also play music so loudly you can’t even hear yourself think. For the amount of money you spend on tickets then parking, it’s 100% not worth it.

Tip: Minimum cost of parking is $30 American. Also, the water from the refill stations is disgusting, pretty sure it’s chlorinated.

"Great shows. Family fun!"
August 2023
Great shows. Kids loved interacting with the water creatures, very cool. Seemed to be more food attractions than anything else. Lines for rides were 2 hour waits later in the afternoon, try to do rides in the morning.

"Summer 2023 with Shamu :)"
August 2023
It's been many years since I last visited San Diego Sea World. It was so much fun to take a trip down memory lane once again. All the major shows (dolphin adventure, orca encounter, sea lion & otter spotlight, etc.) are all well-spaced/scheduled apart so there's no rush to get from one show to another. If you can, try to sit in the center of the seating areas for the best view. The 'splash-zone' was also fun, especially with the Orca Encounter :) Do be patient because some of the lines/rides will require a bit of a wait time, thus proper attire/outfit is crucial.

"Day at sea world"
July 2023
Had a fun day with the family at sea world, everything was good, except for the amount of time it takes to get food a any restaurant. Waiting in line for more than 2hrs is ridicules, longer than waiting to in a ride.

Tip: Don't go on a holiday, it's so much people, and it takes longer to get food, or ride a game.
