"Best Day of My Life!!"
March 2020
Amazing park!! Surprisingly not super crowded. Food, music, rides, atmosphere all fit for kids and adults alike. Loved Happy Potter Wizarding World and the delicious food at the Leaky Cauldron. Even though my husband lost his phone on a ride, the lost and found team was able to get it back to us. Never thought that would happen. We stayed ALL DAY and into the night. I could not have been happier with spending Christmas day in Universal!!

"5 Day Universal pass"
February 2020
We Bought a 5 day park to park pass from Tripster and collected tickets through will call with out an issue. First day we visited Universal studios and this has Diagon Alley, and Kings Cross station with platform 9 and 3/4. which is very popular for the Harry Potter fans. The Simpson fans will also like it here with the Simspon ride, Moes, the kwiki mart and you can eat food from the eateries that are on the simpsons like the famous Krusty burger and sample a Duff Beer. Island of Adventure has Hogsmeade and you can catch the hogworts express from universal studios to island of adventure Hogsmeade if you have a park to park pass. the ride is different depending on which way you travel. Plan you trip to get there at 9 and go for the HP rides first up as you will still have about a 1 and half hour wait if you dont have a fast pass. having a 5 day pass we did all rides and didnt mind the queues. We visited Volcano Bay on one day to break things up and had a good time relaxing doing the water rides with out the extremely long queues. They use a watch that acts as your card and can hold spots in the queue and you can purchase using it so you dont need money in your pocket. We enjoyed the universal orlando resort over Disney on this trip.

Tip: Get there at 9 so you can get into the lines for the major actractions or purchase a fast pass if you have limited time.

"Amazing Trip from Tripster"
January 2020
We loved our trip to Universal!! We had to shift our date last minute due to unforeseen family issues. Tripster refunded us fully and set us up for a new date with no trouble at all! Was so helpful and accommodating - the park was so much fun, so glad we got the two day pass so we could explore in some time and not rush our vacation. We rode every ride and got there nice and early for Harry Potter World. No need for fastpass if you go in the offseason.

"Great experience, but too many technical delays in popular rides"
January 2020
It was my first time going to such a resort, and I was amazed by how much there was to do and how fun it was. However, after two days of seeing it I felt like I saw everything that was worth it. Needless to say, since I bought 5 days, I went on most rides multiple times.
The very popular rides (all Harry Potter, Transformers, Spiderman, Hulk, Kong) have long lines and special single rider lines. The single rider lines are much shorter, but you are missing out on interesting decorations/movies/experiences, so I also went in the regular lines to see those things.
For people without children, the must experience rides in my opinion are: Hagrid, Forbidden Journey, Escape from the Gringotts, Transformers, Skull Island - Kong, Spiderman, Hulk, Hollywood Rockit, The Simpsons, Ripley Falls, Shrek... Ok, all Thrill and 3D & 4D things are must see, but above are the most memorable IMO.
Don't forget to download the Universal Orlando app to see wait times and maps, set alarms for low wait times and such things.
It is also important to get the Park to park pass to go on the Hogsmeade train, an enjoyable experience and it is different in each of the 2 stations. the King's Cross has the magical mirror where it seems you go through the wall.
Some of the Kid rides are super nice too, like E.T. and Minions.
Long story short, most things are worth seeing. As for shows, the Poseidon one really impressed me.
Volcano Bay was really underwhelming after going to the main parks, the only things worth experiencing are Krakatau aqua coaster, Maku of Maku and Puihi of Maku, then the ika Moana ones.
...
I liked Universal a lot, so I ended up upgrading to a 1 year Seasonal Pass...

Everyone should check out my video of the raptor encounter: https://youtu.be/lzqR-PkH9b8
If the link doesn't work, search for "Making velociraptor jealous by flirting with its trainer- Blue raptor encounter at Universal Studios".
P.S.: If the raptor trainer sees this, call me

"Shocked and confused"

My husband came back from islands of adventure extremely upset and filled with ptsd/anxiety. We are both annual pass holders since 2016 and spend money inside the park every time we go. We even stop by costumer service to leave positive feedback every time we feel an employee of the park shown us great service and kindness. So I was completely shocked the way my husband was treated yesterday. As he was riding the amazing Spiderman he put his 3D glasses on top of his head to rest his nose for a moment but the glasses fell back on the seat behind him. He reached over to grab them, NOT STANDING and a minute or two later the ride completely stopped. They had management remove my husband and the four other friends he was with. They held them in a room they could not leave for an hour. he was interrogate about the severity of what he had done... (my husband is still shocked and confused) He was extremely agreeable and apologized for reaching over while the ride was in duration but they kept pulling out more and more employees to give them the same rundown. They put a note on his pass and said they’ll be watching him for the rest of the day. (This all happened around 5 PM yesterday) he immediately came home after the incident because the whole thing sent him into a panic attack. Universal can rest assure that we will never be buying an annual pass from them again ever again!!

"COVID precautions are Perfect!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed September 14, 2020 NEW
Me and my husband are annual pass holders even though we were not very secure going there during COVID time when they announce that the Parks are open we wanted to give a chance . I can tell that we have been there several times during these 2 months (There is no line on any ride, the rides we used to wait for 2-2,5 hours were only 10 min max 15 min!!) The effort to keep up the hygiene and keep everywhere disinfected is amazing. You see cleaning crew in every corner, you must use hand sanitizer before and after every ride. They don't put you close with another family at the same ride and there are marks everywhere to keep 6 feet distance.

"Great visit"

Reviewed September 12, 2020 NEW
We went to all 3 parks over 3 day span on 8/28/20 for the first time since COVID-19 it was very hot did universal & islands of adventure first day the mask thing sucked but is a needed with the situation. We had fast pass so lines we’re short but all in all we had a great time. 2nd day went to Volcano Bay it wasn’t busy at all and we had a great time also. Last day we just hung around the pool at the Hard Rock which was a bit of a pain with only 1 entrance coming back from the parks temp. Checks and mask mandatory at hotel which was a good thing. Just the one entrance thing was a pain. We had lunch & dinner at city walk a couple times and all was good Safty measures were being taken abroad all places visited and appreciated. I fear this will be the new normal now so better get used to it I guess. It’s been 2 weeks and no one is sick “knock on wood” kids are back in school now and we’re looking forward to our next visit to universal Orlando.
