"Great time, great weather, some long wait times"
April 2019
Overall my family had a great time and the weather was almost perfect (sunny, 86-89). There were a few longer than usual wait times (front gate, food) and we had to get the Express pass for Saturday, but Mon-Tues no problem. Harry Potter is still the best from both parks.

Tip: You cannot take the Harry Potter train if you have the base tickets. Plan on long waits on Saturday unless you get the Express Pass. They let you bring in unopened water and Gatorade.

"5000000 Stars!!"
April 2019
Universal was definitely the big hit of our family trip! We stayed from open to close, and wanted more time! Everyone goes to Orlando for Disney, with Universal Studios being an afterthought...that is so backwards. Next Orlando trip we will probably skip Disney for multiple days here!

"great family time"
March 2019
We had a blast, but I do wish you had a better way to help handicap people threw lines and on rides the wait for some is to hard so family suffers and cant do as much in the time they have. Loved 3d rides. Harry Potter was great for the kids and adults so much fun. The staff was all very friendly and made my kids feel like they was apart of what was going on and the parades was great too. I will say Sesame Street was the best for my 7 year old and me we had a blast their LOVED IT .. Would love to go back soon GREAT FUN FOR ALL

"So much FUN!!"
March 2019
We visited Disney, Universal and Sea World all in the same week. Our family LOVED Universal and Sea World. Disney was a little disappointing and extremely crowded. Harry Potter was amazing. Universal has so many fun rides - great for the entire family!

We recently took a mommy and me trip to Disney BUT My little boy is a Dino loving child and we had to go to islands of adventure so he can have a raptor encounter. Even though the park is u see major construction, we had a great time! we can’t wait for the parks expansion and will be returning. Hopefully staying on grounds here... especially in the Jurassic world rooms!

"Good, but I still prefer the regular park."

As much as I enjoyed going back to Universal Orlando, I still prefer the regular park over IoA. The pathways are much more narrow, there seems to be less to offer, and it just doesn’t feel as open and welcoming. There’s too much 3D nowadays. Hulk is worth it, but really that’s about it IMO.

Universal's team member service has seemed to improve as Disney's falters and I can't say enough good things about the staff working there, who were all friendly, helpful with a sense of humour/desire for fun. When you see the team consistently smiling and being polite it really does make a difference. Dever and Terry in Mulberry Street Store (Seuss Landing) particularly friendly and welcoming! On SpiderMan the ride briefly paused, the team allowing all affected the chance to re-ride. A great gesture. Compare this to Magic Kingdom in Disney where rides regularly seemed to stop working without any real consideration for the experience being affected. The cleanliness of bathrooms, public areas compared to Disney was also markedly improved. There was a fresh smell and they seemed regularly maintained. The rides are more tailored to adults than Disney and the wait times are certainly dramatically lower, having single rider lines also helps ensure you don't miss any of your favourites. Keep up the good work Universal - my only suggestion would be please look at adding a new show or two to the parks, that's the only thing that is missing.

We love this place so much that we upgraded to annual passes. Already planning or next trip! A lot of the rides are indoors so don't let rain stop you from having a great time!
