We are satisfied with tripster customer support especially when we need to change the trip date at last minute. We were supposed to visit Universal park on the Christmas next day but we had to push it due to last minute plan change. Tripster customer support was helpful and without any hassle they were able to change the Univerval theme park tickets to later date on the initial reservation date.

Universal was a completely different experience to Disney world. It was much more mature and intense, but still so much fun. The big roller coasters were amazing.

Tip: You can’t take bags on the rides. They have lockers available but if the free lockers will not fit even a standard size backpack. You have to pay 2 dollars each time if you have that. Bring the smallest bag you can if you are bringing on. And your park ticket is the locker key so bring some kind of lanyard with a card holder so you have easy access to it.

Universal Orlando is SO much fun. The rides are unmatched. Do not miss Velocicoaster. The 3D rides are fantastic, too. Checking out Diagon Alley and Hogwarts was magical; don't skip the butterbeer! We were there during Mardi Gras, and the extra decor was great!

Even though it was hot, and muggy. The staff were all super nice and we had a wonderful time. They do however need to make more places easier to eat without having to have a reservation. They do keep it very clean at least in the bathrooms I was in!

Tip: Dress cool, have fun

I traveled with my 9 year old and he had such an amazing time. He finally is at the age where he is willing to do some thrill rides and universal studios was a great transition to “big kid rides”. The park was super clean and so much fun. I highly recommend this park as a transition to more thrill rides park. Ps the Harry Potter world is worth the check out and there’s hidden rock climbing walls in the park!

Tip: Rec waiting until your kids are 48 inches tall so they can experience more

Can I see all three parks in one day?

With three theme parks, you’ll need at least two days to experience it all. Combine with a Park-to-Park Ticket and you can enjoy the best of all three Universal Orlando Resort parks on the same day.

Will I be able to ride Hogwarts Express with my Base ticket?

No. Only a Park-to-Park admission ticket will allow you to experience the magic and excitement of BOTH The Wizarding World of Harry Potter lands (The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™ and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™- Hogsmeade™) PLUS the Hogwarts Express.

Can I bring food or drinks into Universal Orlando Resort?

Yes, while Universal Orlando offers a variety of food options at their restaurants and concession stands, they also allow guests to bring in some outside food. Acceptable items include bottled water (max 2 liters per guest), small snacks that do not require heating, any food required for medical purposes or special dietary needs, and baby food/baby formula.

Can I bring a cooler into Universal Orlando Resort?

Yes. However, they must be soft-sided insulated bag style coolers that are no larger than 8.5” wide x 6” high x 6” deep.

Do Universal Orlando tickets expire?

Yes, dated Universal Orlando tickets do expire with the expiration date subject to specific expiration conditions based on first use or ticket type. Please refer to the tickets above for complete details for your desired ticket type. Additionally, the ticket expiration and valid use dates will be listed on your voucher after purchase.

How does my E-Ticket work?

It’s easy! Simply take your voucher to the will-call kiosk at either theme park at Universal Orlando Resort. At the kiosk machine, you must swipe a credit/debit card matching the name listed on this page for ID verification only. Enter the external ID/confirmation # and your phone # provided, both listed on this page. A matching valid photo ID is required.

Are tickets transferable? Can I give them to someone else to use the remaining days?

No. Universal Orlando tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. The person who uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.

How much is parking at Universal Orlando Resort?

Regular Parking is $32 per vehicle. Buses, RVs and cars with trailers are $42 per vehicle. Prime Parking is $50–$60 per vehicle. Prime Parking is seasonal and may vary by day. Universal offers free self-parking after 6pm, except during Halloween Horror Nights event nights.

Are strollers and wheelchairs available to rent?

Yes. Strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) are available for rent upon entrance to either theme park, to the left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure. Due to limited numbers, please note that ECV Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person 18 years of age or older. It is suggested you place a request in advance for ECV rentals (at least 1 week prior to your arrival).

Are lockers available to rent?

Yes. All-day locker rentals measuring 12" x 13" x 16.9" are available on a first-come, first-served basis near the park entrances of Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure for $12.00 per day. Family-size lockers measuring 12" x 16.25" x 16.9" are available at Universal Studios Florida for $15.00 per day. Guests will have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. While you will find standard-sized lockers for small items that are free while you ride, there are also single-time use lockers available to rent at select attractions inside Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure for $5–$6 for the first 90 minutes and $3.00 per each half hour afterwards, with a maximum of $25.00 per day. Lockers can also be found in the Rainforest Village, River Village and Wave Village of Universal’s Volcano Bay. There are three different locker sizes available: mini, regular, and family ($10, $16, and $20 respectively). Please see a park attendant or concierge for assistance.

Is smoking allowed at Universal Orlando Resort?

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. There are currently 13 smoking areas at Islands of Adventure and 12 at Universal Studios for guest convenience. All other areas outside of these designated smoking areas are smoke-free.
