If you have just one day, it's possible to see two parks, but visiting all three theme parks in a single day would be very challenging. You'll need at least two days to experience everything. A Park-to-Park ticket allows access to multiple parks on the same day and is the best option if you want to visit two or three parks.
No, a Base ticket does not include access to the Hogwarts Express. Only a Park-to-Park ticket allows you to experience both The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ lands—Diagon Alley™ and Hogsmeade™—and ride the Hogwarts Express between them.
Yes, while Universal Orlando offers a variety of food options at their restaurants and concession stands, they also allow guests to bring in some outside food. Acceptable items include bottled water (max 2 liters per guest), small snacks that do not require heating, any food required for medical purposes or special dietary needs, and baby food/baby formula.

It’s easy! Simply take your voucher to the will-call kiosk at either theme park at Universal Orlando Resort. At the kiosk machine, you must swipe a credit/debit card matching the name listed on this page for ID verification only. Enter the external ID/confirmation # and your phone # provided, both listed on this page. A matching valid photo ID is required.
No. Universal Orlando tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. The person who uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.
Regular Parking is $32 per vehicle. Buses, RVs and cars with trailers are $42 per vehicle. Prime Parking is $50–$60 per vehicle. Prime Parking is seasonal and may vary by day. Universal offers free self-parking after 6pm, except during Halloween Horror Nights event nights.
Yes, strollers, wheelchairs, and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are available for rent at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, or you can bring your own. A monetary deposit is required in addition to the daily rental fee for wheelchairs. However, strollers and ECVs are not available for rent at Universal Volcano Bay. ECV rentals are limited, on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be operated by someone 18 or older.
Yes. All-day locker rentals measuring 12" x 13" x 16.9" are available on a first-come, first-served basis near the park entrances of Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure for $12.00 per day. Family-size lockers measuring 12" x 16.25" x 16.9" are available at Universal Studios Florida for $15.00 per day. Guests will have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. While you will find standard-sized lockers for small items that are free while you ride, there are also single-time use lockers available to rent at select attractions inside Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure for $5–$6 for the first 90 minutes and $3.00 per each half hour afterwards, with a maximum of $25.00 per day. Lockers can also be found in the Rainforest Village, River Village and Wave Village of Universal’s Volcano Bay. There are three different locker sizes available: mini, regular, and family ($10, $16, and $20 respectively). Please see a park attendant or concierge for assistance.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is only allowed in designated areas at Universal Orlando Resort. Each park has one designated smoking area: Universal Studios Florida in Gramercy Park, Universal Islands of Adventure at the Port of Entry lower landing, and Universal Volcano Bay in Wave Village (East). All other areas are smoke-free.
No, Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event that requires a ticket purchase.
