"Very Amazing & must place to visit"
January 2020
Universal Studios Hollywood is a very amazing place where you will experience the wonderful shows and rides.

We enjoyed below shows & rides:

Harry Potter
Jurassic World
The Transformers
Simpsons
Water World
Minions

Last but not the least - Studio Tour.
It was a very good experience and as far as I know, it is only present in Los Angeles as this is the only place where they have the sets where the shooting of hollywood movies take place.

"not great"
July 2019
Way too many people, especially for a Thursday. They just pushed and shoved their way around the park. Super long wait times to do rides. Won't be going back. Not worth it.

It was an excellent trip. Our entire family had a great experience in Universal Studios. We enjoyed Tour, Set stores, pet training, sound and animation details, etc . Food is not costly inside, except that all are all really good and honest.

I suppose it a must do when you travel all the way to LA. Experience it once probably not again unless you have children. Really pricey visit nearly 200 dollars a per adult and every theme or ride you need to queue for over 1 hour, it no wonder you need more than a day to visit.

Definitely been in better amusement parks however this one is worth visiting especially. Universal studios. A waited one. Did the Singapore one, the rides are almost the same Vip Pass costs around $ 409 Every bit worth the money. No line worry. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, unlimited water, drinks, name it. On the list. Yeah yeah, expensive. If you wanna cover the part. One day ia 139$ and you may end up spending 2x days of the coverage.

"So good we went twice!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed July 18, 2020
We visited Universal Studios Hollywood at the start of a holiday on the west coast of America in October 2019. We stayed at the Sheraton (a 10 minute walk away) and the first great thing was that we could see the giant minion head from our room! We visited Universal Studios the day after we arrived and it was amazing. We got the express tickets (which I highly recommend) which meant we could skip the lines once for each attraction. The park wasn’t too busy anyway, but skipping the lines was really useful when it did get a little busier. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt completely immersed in the world of Universal and that doesn’t happen by accident. The sights, sounds and staff made this happen and it couldn’t have been better. The rides and attractions were fantastic but our overall favourite was the Studio Tour. The guides on the tour were brilliant (it was that god we went on it twice!). I’m so pleased they’ve kept the original Jaws attraction. Yes it may be a little out of date but it’s so nostalgic. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and really help keep us immersed in the experience. Food and drinks were really good too. We ate at Krusty Burger, had a drink at Mo’s tavern and picked up a Lard Lad donut to take back to the hotel. All were really nice and reasonably priced, given where we were. After we left the park, we spent the evening at Universal City Walk which was also amazing. Great food (we ate at Pinks Hotdogs), great shopping and more great theming. Overall, this was the best theme park we’ve ever been to and like I said in the title, we enjoyed it so much we came back again before we flew home! We’re saving up to visit the US again in 2024 and we will be looking to visit twice again when we return. Next time we’ll probably do a Halloween Horror night and might even upgrade to VIP tickets! Thanks so much for creating a magical experience that we’ll never forget 🙂 Matt and Kelly

These types of parks are getting ridiculously priced. Between Disney and universal, I don’t know how families do it. Park is huge and has a few fun rides, but it is too expensive in my mind.
