Liked shuttle car. Driver was friendly. Several things closed since our last visit and things looked like they were going down hill. Food was way over-priced. Didn't get our money's worth. Expected to see some nice shows.

"Great family experience"
July 2024
The park has a lot to offer, shows, roller coasters, craftsmanship show, and all with easy access. . My family and I made great memories at this park. Food was good and price was right for us (family of 6 spend for $135 all you can eat "Buffett"). The bubble show was awesome and the firework at the end of the night was our favorite part.

Thank you Tripster team for helping us to find good deals. Keep up with the good work guys!!!

Tip: I will pass an advice that was giving to us. It is better not to pay for parking in advance because if the lot is full your space is not guaranteed. Besides it was very easy to find a parking spot.

"Greed that ruins the experience"
January 2024
While I loved the decorations and the chapel Christmas carol,I missed on riding any of rides because of outrageous lines that take one an 1/2 hours to ride one ride.I won't never go back to a place where they sell thousands of tickets and disregard people's experience standing in lines even to get a snack. The only thing I bought there was a slice of pizza and hot chocolate which isn't a typical southern food that I wanted to try but I won't never stand in a line to get some food for over an hour,so never again.

Tip: Prepare to stand in lines for every thing and better bring your snack and food.

"Too crowded to enjoy"
November 2023
We bought 9 advance tickets and were unable to use 3 of them because part of our family couldn't arrive until later on the scheduled day. They were turned away because the parking lot was full. Because we were only in Gatlinburg for a few days and it rained 2 of them, we were unable to try again. The family who made it into Dollywood were unable to do much because of the crowd. Ride lines were 1 1/2 hours and the show lines weren't much better. We bought the $39 food pass and it was a waste because some of the stands ran out of food.
