Great starter rides for little kids, super friendly staff. Amazing to see all the LEGO creations. And Cypress Gardens is a gem.

I had been in Legoland many years ago. I visited on Sunday 1st September and I was impressed by the improvements done.
My grandson did want to leave and he asked me if the next time we could stay in the Lediland neighborhood and not in Orlando.
We enjoyed a lot.

"Legoland ROCKS!"
April 2019
Can't say enough about how impressed I was at this park. My 5 yo was in HEAVEN. Totally geared for kids at every turn. Even more so than Disney. Lots of things to do, even while waiting in line, and no line was unreasonably long. Good use of "mist-ers" throughout the park. We will definitely be back!

Fun place, not very big. The kids liked it. Couldn’t find chicken tenders for the kids to eat, not many food options.

This place was very kid-friendly compared to any other theme park we've been to. My 4 yr old, who is short for his age, was able to ride just about EVERYTHING! The attractions, show and rides were awesome but the prices of food and drinks were a bit pricey... as expected

Drove from pennyslvania to come here to take my 2 yr old daughter. 4 adults and her spent well over 300$ for the day. Tons of attractions were closed. Duplo land the biggest upset. The only roller coaster. The ice cream shop multiple food places. The big brick store. I cant understand why they cant close one thing at a time and fix it then do another its florida u can work all year round. So since we came in september we dont get the same experiance as someone coming in june-august. Very upsetting. To be fair it was a nice park with some nice statues etc, i doubt ill be willing to pay the money to come back nor will i suggest it to anyone else when u can go 30 min away to disney or universal!

"Unhappy employees and fanale of the exit gate coming down on top of my car."
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed September 13, 2019 NEW
The good, I was there with my Grandsons and they had some fun. Also, a very well done water ski show. The bad, pretty much everything else. Non-smiling unhappy employees. I guess I'm spoiled from Disney with their smiling, happy, professional and helpful employees. One example: There is a ride which featured approximately four small "fire-engines" on tracks, on which the visitors "pump" to get to the "burning" building first, then put out the "fire" and pump your way back to the start. A cute ride, with a long line to get in. Sitting on one of the four fire-engines (which is now out-of-service, leaving only three fire-engines to accommodate the long line) are a few employees enjoying their lunch break or some break, while drinking, eating and chatting right there in public view. Try that in Disney lol. The food. Combo meals that are expensive and poor quality. Again the Disney comparison. Disney is expensive, but at least the food quality is good. The combo meals (I think that was all that was offered) at LegoLand include greasy fries, which I could do without, but does not include a drink, which on a hot day I would think almost everyone would want. Then the finale. On the way out of the parking lot at closing time, the line of cars was backed up from a traffic light which was approximately a block away. As I was going under the up/down gate the traffic stopped ahead. The gate was supposed to close after each car exited. With the traffic stopped, I was stopped under the gate. The gate came down and hit the roof of my car with a loud bang. It was hard enough that we all turned around and looked back, thinking that someone had drove into our car. I notified LegoLand about this via email, (since I could not find a phone number that went anywhere except to their on-site hotel) and never received a reply. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. I understand that the exit gate may be necessary during the daytime, so that no one drives into the parking lot without paying, but at closing time you would think that someone in management would have the sense to keep the gate in an open position, and if they were so paranoid about someone driving in at closing time, (why ?) then post an employee there.

Came to Legoland in winter Haven as a treat for grandsons birthday. Already had booked non refundable hotel reservation a month prior but when went to purchase tickets at military installation was told Legoland was doing a fundraiser for hurricane Dorian so tickets had to be purchased on site for $25!!! We knew this placed would be packed and unfortunately my grandsons was only able to ride only 4 or 5 rides. We missed half the park because of the crowds and the disorganization of the staff working there. If you are able to get a fast pass there Ride exit area is also the fast pass line which makes no sense at all!!! The lines for the lines are long and the small amount of staff do not seem to be concerned at all that little kids are hot and waiting a long time. On one ride I was told to get on the boat while it was still moving!!!! There are barely any workers and there is no one Unfortunately went the weekend they held the Dorian fund raiser since we had non refundable hotel reservations for our grandsons 5th birthday. The park was swarmed with people but not enough workers to keep up with the pace. There were no workers policing the areas or cleaning the parks so many areas were unkept unlike other parks like Disney and Busch gardens where there are people cleaning round the clock. Because of the extreme heat, we sat at the Apple fries cafe for about 45 minutes. At no time did anyone come to clean the Apple crusted tables until I made a comment to my husband who was online ordering his fries. During the 45 minutes I sat there, the place was never busy enough that the tables could not be cleaned. At Busch gardens, workers at all cafes bus tables immediately!!! As I mentioned before, there were no workers anywhere so we couldn’t get help finding places and the map was confusing. Food is very expensive and many combos did not include drinks. We ate at Burger Barn where again the tables were not cleaned and there was only 1 restroom per gender. The park does have water fountains but it’s well water so drink at your own risk. You are allowed to bring a small cooler with drinks. The fast pass area is also the ride exit so madhouse with people trying to exit and get on at the same time. No supervision at lines so very easy to jump the line especially the fast pass lines. The LEGO stores are awesome but no military discount and the prices are full blown regular price. I will say that the selection of legos is very good. The few rides my grandson was able to do seemed fine for his age. The nursery area is not cold enough so a nursing mama may need a little portable fan. It was clean but no supervision so anyone can go in so random people were going in and out since it had a private bathroom. That’s another thing, there is absolutely no type of supervision here so no one available to address your concerns. Would I go again? Well I have too, my little grandson was not able to experience the whole park on his birthday. What would I like to be different? More supervision. Workers with a desire to work.More workers cleaning up and being able to assist, a colder nursery mom care center with someone actually Manning it, a better fast pass line with someone actually manning it, cleaner eating areas .

This is my second time in a month. LEGO land by far is full of fun for anyone. Rides are fun, and a lot to see and do. Everyone is nice there. Parks easy to get around with or without a map. Every theme parks has its own issue and repairs to be done. Which I noticed their were a few minor things, but nothing that can’t be handled. Truly love the parks and had a blast. Now go to LEGO LAND already!!!!

The LEGO structures are fantastic however everything needs a good cleaning. Spider webs with spiders all over the kids play areas. Very disappointed that the ride wait times were so long due to the rides running at half capacity. And then being told we would have to ride without the VR because time ran out after waiting over an hour. Lastly the app is extremely inaccurate on wait times and caused more wasted time when we arrive at a ride that says 15 minute wait but is truly 60 minute wait. Overall disappointed with the experience.
