Great starter rides for little kids, super friendly staff. Amazing to see all the LEGO creations. And Cypress Gardens is a gem.

"Grandson loved this park."
January 2020
We were there opening time. Parking was easy, a little steep. We loved the Coastersaurus, Ninjago VR ride . Wait times for the other VR ride was ridiculous so we never made it. Two rides broke down while we were in line. You should receive a Fast pass when this happens. We brought our snacks and drinks in. Park food was outrageous. They should look at Dollywood as a model for food and queuing. Grandson loved it. We left to get super outside the park and shopped at Walmart for groceries, then back to the park for more rides and fireworks. Overall a good day. I just recommend reduced parking and food prices and more rides especially since the waterpark inside was closed.

Tip: Bring your own food and drinks! Don't get in long lines unless you have a fastpass.

I had been in Legoland many years ago. I visited on Sunday 1st September and I was impressed by the improvements done.
My grandson did want to leave and he asked me if the next time we could stay in the Lediland neighborhood and not in Orlando.
We enjoyed a lot.

"Legoland ROCKS!"
April 2019
Can't say enough about how impressed I was at this park. My 5 yo was in HEAVEN. Totally geared for kids at every turn. Even more so than Disney. Lots of things to do, even while waiting in line, and no line was unreasonably long. Good use of "mist-ers" throughout the park. We will definitely be back!

Fun place, not very big. The kids liked it. Couldn’t find chicken tenders for the kids to eat, not many food options.

I get the need for businesses to reassure COVID-panicky customers that they are safe. I also appreciate Legoland's efforts to walk the line between reassuring the panicked ones and making it a nice experience for those who just want to take a short break from the world's problems in a fun park. But, I don't think such a line is possible. We visited the park in June 2020, right after it re-opened. We of course expected some changes, but what we found was just sad. The park is large enough that social distancing is never an issue, yet we were constantly bombarded with annoying loud-speaker annoucements about safety masures that everyone now knows by heart anyway. Most shops and many attractions were closed for some reasons. Our hotel room never once cleaned our room during an almost week-long stay (so I am not sure what presented more health hazards to us at the end - a filthy room or COVID). The breakfast, which was included with our stay, had to be reserved in advance and was always either sold out or offered at inconvenient times, so we lost our money on that one because we had to buy our breakfast elsewhere. The one time we had brekfast at the new Pirate hotel restaurant it was awful - poor service, everyone got the same "skillet", most of the food left uneaten and wasted. I should also note that I was unpleasantly surprised that despite all the health messaging, guests were for some reason apparently allowed to smoke anywhere they pleased, including right in front of hotels. Great stuff for one's lungs in the middle of a COVID pandemic, right? After we left we all agreed that until Legoland goes back to its old self we will likely not visit it again. Very sad, as it used to be one of our favorite destinations.

We have been trying to go for 3 yrs now. We finally got to go for my sons 11th bday. A few things. 1st. Online is not user friendly too many ticket options and too many changes. 2nd. Finally got tickets and bought a night at the quality inn right next to it thkn oh this great. Walked in the hotel it was nasty we left dont ever go there. The park checked temps that was good. U walk in and then what. For people who have never been we were lost no idea where to find a map finally was told about the app. 7 out 10 food places were closed. 7 out of 10 ships were closed. 5 out of 10 attractions were closed. The park is a long strip wear walking shoes. The freaking water is at the very end. Do it last bc u will be exhausted. The park is a maze i asked 2 park worked where was this certain food place neither knew i was like wtf. They need more training. We enjoy looking at all the lego built things than anythg else. Wont ever be back. Wild adventures for 45 a day. Legoland 125 a day. When i called to get info and told them 1st time visitor please let me know what we wldnt thk to ask and are there things closed etc. The girl was so unprofessional her grammer and all she had no idea of answers just sounded dumb. Not worth it people!

Went to LEGOLAND and Waterpark June 20 2020. Got to park when opening and shut it down. Limited hours were definitely something to consider. Also, no playground areas open due to social distancing (other than water park playgrounds) and limited food stands. No funnel cake! :( We say Go! Pros: LOTS to do even with areas closed. We have younger kids 2&5yr. We Loved the legoland experience. Hardly any wait on lines even with skipping seats per distancing. Clean areas, lots of sanitizing stations EVERYWHERE, cleaning and distancing observed. Legoland was So much FUN! Cons: Masks not really worn by all per not required. Limited hours, limited Foods, limited rides, and no waterski show. (As of note: we still didn’t make it through the whole park attractions with our kiddos and had a memorable fun time!) So perhaps 2days at the park would be better. Would recommend for younger kids that love legos! 2-12yrs

"Covid experience"

We went to Legoland expecting the worst. I wanted to go because they don't require masks being worn and we haven't been. I couldn't get in touch with customer service for the life of me, calls or emails. I called Hampton Inn Winter Heaven with my questions as a shot in the dark. The manager, Lisa emailed my list of questions to her Legoland contact then CALLED me back (no text or email an actual human call, I was impressed) with all of the answers. Needless to say I saved a boat load staying at a Hampton Inn Vs. Legoland where we wanted to stay. Legoland was impressive. This park is absolutely wonderful for young children. I couldn't believe how much fun we had and how clean it was. I don't know if it's normally this clean or over the top because of covid but cleanliness is absolutely comparable to Disney. We were so impressed we bought annual passes and can't wait to go back. Fun facts... Playgrounds were closed which I thought was great. I wanted my daughter to ride the rides and do everything that we don't have locally. Most food shops were closed, it was a weekday. I noticed most people packed lunch. The two of us had lunch and ice cream only spending $18 total for the day. I thought that was super inexpensive compared to most parks. People in line said they usually have Lego people walking around everywhere which is cancelled for now due to covid. They did have six shows and Lego classes you could sign up for. Annual pass catch. If you purchase it on line before you go you save $23 in parking. I didn't do it because they are only allowing limited people in the park didn't want to go and get turned away. Not to mention I LOVE human contact. Debbie at the ticket counter was most helpful. Humans are important not silly apps. Last, the park seemed totally fine people-wise yet never had to wait for a ride other than for employees to clean them. Tons to do and much bigger than I thought. Disney who!? Legoland has us for this year for sure!

People in the parks now don't understand that you cant threaten others physically, push them, and then berate them for being different. My experience yesterday was PTSD worthy! I was, pushed shoved and physically threatened and NO ONE was in line! It was just a CRAZY human!!!
