We used PWF for both a Molokin'i Crater snorkel tour and a whale watching tour. Both were professionally ran with polite staff and well maintained equipment. For the crater tour, we were provided breakfast, lunch and snorkel equipment. The crew did an excellent job with handling the customers, making the meals, teaching eco/enviromental classes, a class for new snorkelers and more. The water in the crater is beyond clear. Our trip did not have as much in the way of fish as I had hoped but I think we just got a bad day due to the chop. The whale watching tour was also great. We saw a juvenile whale and dolphins that led us to the whale. The crew was interactive and did good teaching about the enviroment in the area, telling us why whales came to Mau'i and mich, much more. There were no meals on this trip but it was only two hours and sandwiched right between lunch and dinner, so no big deal. I highly recommend both cruises if you are in Mau'i. Kids under 12 are free with a paying adult, military discount is 15% and kama'aina is 40%! Lastly, your payment to PWF goes to environmental and eco causes not some large corporation.

We should have planned it well for a December schedule for better viewing of whales. A warm welcome, enough water and other essentials was fantastic.

We were so lucky to see hundreds of dolphins! They were showing off for us...flipping and jumping. Such a great experience!

We had a very nice 2 hour boat ride but there were no wales to see. We have been on this ship 4 times before and have always enjoyed the rides but especially what we learned during the 2 hour trip. This time we did not get much of a lecture about Maui and wales. It was just a nice boat ride with little discussions by the wale expert. I guess she was new and nervous but that didn't help us.

Excellent tour, knowledgeable staff, a good time was has by all. We saw whales and dolphins. At one point, the pilot pointed out that a whale swam right under the boat while dolphins were playing at our bow. The staff, including the pilot, was very attentive to pointing out where to look. My wife fulfilled her bucket list by watching whales in Alaska, and now, Maui.
