"Will Not Return"

This is my first review ever because I was so disappointed. My husband and I stayed for 12 nights over Christmas & New Year, the room was very tired and needed updating. The Heating /Air-conditioning was the old style and was so loud. We had 2 room attendants during our visit 1 was lovely, the other kept attempting to get us to vacate our room in the morning between 8 to 8:15 in the morning. The coffee machine was so dated. We had a lovely waiter in the lobby restaurant who is originally from the Philippines. The reception staff I would give 5 out of 10. While the car attendants were always pleasant and helpful.

The Westin Harbour Castle is conveniently located on the waterfront. It's mere steps away to several attractions (Scotiabank Arena, Harbourfront, Ripley's Aquarium) and next to the PATH, which is extremely helpful in chilly weather. The large indoor pool and jacuzzi area are an added bonus. If you agree to join the Marriott Member Rewards program (free), it will often get you additional perks upon check-in.

Nice two night stay. Staff is great. Location is perfect. Beautiful corner room with lots of light. Comfy bed and linens. Best part was the mini bottle of SleepWell essential oil rollerball they leave by the bed!

"Toula Restaurant, 38th Floor, Westin Harbour Castle"

So, I did not have a good experience the first time I visited Toula Restaurant on the 38th Floor of the Westin Harbour Castle (due to some electrical problems in the kitchen). I was given the opportunity to visit again by the Manager. Well, I must say it was night and day. This experience was much more pleasant. Service was excellent and the food was good. Thanks to the staff who made our experience so much better than the first time

Enjoyed a lovely night stay at this hotel. We were in town for a show and found the location was great. Very comfortable and the view from our room was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
