How long do I have to use my pass?
You have 7 days to use from the time of booking. The tour operates every day of the week, either starting at 8:45 AM or 11:30 AM. Please call the number listed on your voucher at least 24-hours in advance for your planned departure time.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once purchased, reservations cannot be canceled.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable shoes.

Where is it located?
Meeting point is at Battery Park, 24 State Street, New York, NY 10004. Please arrive 15 minutes early at the meeting point as latecomers will not be able to catch up with the tour.
