Table Rock Resort at Indian Point in Branson, MO

I started in July 2017 working on reserving rooms for a family reunion July 1 - 5, 2018. I even made the required down payment in 2017. Our numbers decreased, so in May 2018, I stopped at the office and got my reservations changed and walked away with reservations for 2 1-Bedroom Deluxe Condo beside each other. I called the week before our scheduled arrival and the manager confirmed my reservations. When we checked in on July 1st, I was told the one condo had been rented because there was no credit card information for my reservation. They made me call my credit card company to confirm I had paid the down payment in July 2017 and that they had not given me back the money when I was in the office in May 2018. All they had to do was look at the other condo and see that there was credit card information for that condo. They gave me another condo 3 buildings away from my first condo (very inconvenient since we were making meals for the who group together). The accommodations were great. There was a sign inside the door that said to place used towels in a bag outside the door for exchange. No clean towels came back after they picked up the dirty ones. When I asked about that, the lady that picked them up said the office never told her to give us clean towels. Any place I have ever stayed at, always exchanges clean for dirty towels that you put out for exchange. After we departed our stay, I realized the ladies in the room that I was not in, did not empty the dishwasher, hence they left a big skillet and lid that I had taken for us to cook in. When I called the office, I was told no one found what we had left. So I hope whoever cleaned that condo is enjoying my skillet and lid. As much as I like the condos, I do not know if I could rent again or recommend Table Rock Resorts at Indian Point to anyone. They definitely need better management and training. I was in the office several times and each time there was a customer that had their reservations messed up.

We booked a lodge due to it being separate as we have young children that can make noise, sorry fellow vacationers. We were moved to a condo due to availability. Again, sorry for the noise, we did try to keep it down. This did hamper some of the fun my children were looking forward to. The condo was renovated and very nice. The management was super. There was no hot water in the master shower... that one kinda made us a little sad. The view was great. The location was great. The price was great. I would do it again.

We really liked the convenient location and the ease of getting to the condo. It was VERY out of date....like old Vegas and not incredibly well stocked but it was clean, had in unit laundry and was worth the price. Management was all super nice and incredibly easy to work with.
