"Classic Country music"
April 2019
My husband and I enjoy this show because they sing the older classic country music. The name is appropriately named, songs from back when in country music. We love those songs - brings back memories

"Very good history and cover of country music"

We enjoyed listening to the talented musicians who played and sang some of the history of country music with video of the original performers projected on the screens. We were impressed by their ability to perform the songs and sound similar to the original singers. We were there on a Friday night. Unfortunately, the hall was half empty, but those who came to the show were very enthusiastic in their applause, and we had a great time.

"Not Country"

Country music is about the song not the instruments. This show was more like a KISS concert than a Country show. Got a headache from the LOUD instruments playing like they had an electrical short. The keyboard player was Jerry Lee Lewis at a rock concert. A song of Waylon Jennings or Johnny Cash can not be done justice by a high tenor voice regardless of how good the voice is.

"Not the show it used to be."

We attended the show in October 2018 when Billy Yates was the headliner of the show and the show was FANTASTIC! The supporting singers and crew were top notch. So, we went back in November 2019, and were very dissapointed. Although the new cast meant well the show turned into a jam session (an expensive jam session). The class of the Billy Yates era was gone. Also noticed the crowd was very small for a Friday night in Branson.

The show was veery good, rated at a 4 out of 5. They dont "Play" to the audience and have no audience participation but the music is good. Many of the Branson venues use audience participation which makes it more fun.
