"Not a good visit"

This was my second visit in 4 months and the first visit wasn't all that great. I thought I would give them a second chance. It started off bad they had put me on the 23rd floor and I knew that was too high for me with my sinus issues I informed them of that but they immediately told me that they were all booked up and had no more rooms. As I understand your room is not assigned to you until you or checked in and all I was asking for what should be put on a lower floor in that did not happen. I did opt out of the cleaning of the rooms for a $10 credit. They attempted to clean my room every day but was it up to par and the room next door to me ordered room service in that car stayed out into the hallway for two and a half days.

Have stayed in Vegas many times for work purposes but this visit was for a family holiday. Room all fine but could do with coffee maker and cups (if you like a cup of tea in the morning, bring your own kettle and cups). Hotel is fine as a base but if, like us, you want a combination holiday and to enjoy the sun and pool plus tourist attractions, then think carefully. We had our 14 & 20 year old daughters with us so the over 21 pool was out of bounds; being the other side of 45 means we also don’t want to be partying with the 21-30 year olds! So the pool available is small approx 10m x 15m but not square so space is limited which leads me to the pool area . . . this pool is surrounded by cabanas and pool beds - the extra cost type and then crammed in between each of these are 2 or single beds available for everyone else . . . yes there is a lower deck with more sun beds but if you want to be close then get here early! Now, the better option is to go to another Caesars pool which are open to Caesars guests. So we spent much of our time in the Paris pool - better ambience and looks much more cleaner (to be fair I think the painted grey floor makes the place feel dirty but saying that I think a good power wash might help too!). I know that Vegas is about extracting as much money as possible out of each tourist but bag checks(!) before entering the pool area, charging wherever possible (note that getting a Starbucks in the hotel is about $2 more than outside), allowing non-guests to use the pool etc, really does let the hotel down. I can’t comment on the casino as we did not gamble; very smokey. I did see security in place but I didn’t see any enforcement of children not being moved on when near machines; likewise anyone can travel the elevators to the rooms. Would much rather be more secure. I was also disappointed to note that we were never asked by staff if we were enjoying the hotel so we did not experience great customer service. The advantage of the proximity of the Miracle Mile Shopping Complex - great location. Having been in many other hotels during our holiday, I would recommend this hotel if you want to be central on the Strip.

The staff in every department of this property are always friendly and effective. The rooms are clean, modern styled, and appealing. Each room as a safe and a small fridge. I always enjoy my stay at PH.

"Efficient check in/out"

Good price/quality in my opinion, try to get a room with a view on the Bellagio fountain, it’s really worth the upgrade. Authomatized Check in was really efficient, 3 minutes each time. Rooms are well designed and spacious. Only big minus point is isolation toward corridor: my roo was close to elevators so could hear well people (drunk, of course) coming back (yellling...) at 3-4 am.
