"Amazing deal in Chicago downtown"
June 2016
I loved the hotel and is vet well located. Close to a bus stop to catch buses to all the tourist attraction. Staff were so helpful and nice. Breakfast was more than enough and everything was just so pleasant. I have no complains whatsoever and considering the amazing deal we got which cost us next to nothing I will definitely be returning here anytime I'm in the city.

"So hot the room ruined the wedding."

I stayed at your hotel this weekend for the Anna Trotter wedding. We were in room 902 and I paid for another room for our daughter and nanny 903. I reported within the first 10 minutes of us checking in the 902 room that the air conditioner was not working. They sent the maintenance guy in for over an hour and we were trying to get ready for the referral dinner. He left saying it was blowing out at 69 degrees and that was the best he could do. I called again when we got back which was midnight because we were attending a wedding. They wanted to send the maintenance guy up again and we waited for 45 minutes and finally had to go to bed and the room got up to 76 degrees that night and neither of us slept and were miserable all night. I again asked for it to be fixed the next day and I messed with it myself and got it blowing out cold air. We got back to the hotel after the next wedding thing and again the room was 75 degrees but we could not be moved at that point because the wedding party had to stay together. Room 903 was a normal room and at least our 4 year epileptic daughter could be comfortable even though she needed to stay with us she could not because she can't get overheated it will send her into a grand mal. I asked the front desk to correct this issue or at least do something with our bill as a compensation and nothing was done and the front desk staff was not polite. I won't be recommending this hotel. Stayed on the 9th floor for 1 night and I can say that the room is great! Clean and spacious washroom, wifi connection is fast. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Suggestions for improvement: Provide complimentary bottled water for each guests.

Newer and clean. Beds low quality, not comfortable. Poor AC in common areas, very hot and humid outside of rooms. Poor service around; no valet service, no room service, no concierge, no bell service. Location is central so good.

"Amazing value for money with superb service perfectly located in downtown Chicago"

We cannot praise this hotel enough: its location is perfect for downtown Chicago within walking distance to Millennium Park; it provides amazing value for money considering its high standards, the very large rooms, its location and the nice complimentary breakfast; and most of all, the service is just wonderful! We were staying there for 2 nights with 2 newborn infants, so not the easiest guests to have. But all staff went out of their way to help us out and tend to our many needs and wants. Very much recommended!
