"Great experience!"
September 2018
Me and my husband have never used a website that had a bundle package for trip before. It made things easier and our overall experience was great! Our hotel was clean and the staff was great!

"Decent rooms, close to all attractions!"
July 2018
Rooms were small but clean. We had two lights out in the bathroom and sink area which made it very difficult to get ready. Breakfast was by far the worst we have experienced. Free "hot breakfast" included bagels, stale donuts and fruit cocktail swimming in some strange colored juice. We did not expect anything fancy, since breakfast was complimentary, but some protein options, fresh fruit and a waffle maker would have made a huge difference!

"Rude and uncaring!"

My family and I had to cancel our Spring Break plans due to COVID-19. The hotel won’t refund our money because we didn’t cancel within 72 hours of arrival and that’s their policy! We have no control over a State of National Emergency! We would have loved to go on our vacation if we could have. Every place we were going to refunded our money with no problems except Hotel Pigeon Forge. When we eventually are able to travel to Dollywood and other attractions in the area, we won’t be staying at this horrible establishment! We were going for the entire week so we lost all that hard earned money. The man and woman I spoke to at the front desk on different occasions were awful and completely uncaring...”it’s our policy that you must cancel within 72 hours of arrival.” Do NOT recommended!

My wife reserved a room for our Anniversary for the 12/13/19 thru 12/15/29 without reading their reviews first. When we arrived and got our room, we immediately started calling to find somewhere else to stay. The bed had some kind of hair all over it and it looked like someone had spit tobacco on the floor beside the bed. The carpet was all torn up and the jetted tub and bathtub was filthy. We checked out and left 5 minutes after arriving. My wife was told that we would not be receiving a refund because she had reserved the room thru a third party company. After reading their reviews, we're not the only ones that this has happened to and it needs to stop. This Hotel Pigeon Forge is a disgrace to the city of Pigeon Forge. If this is the only place in Tennessee to stay, go somewhere else or sleep in your car. I have contacted the BBB, The City of Pigeon Forge and sent emails to the motel trying to get our money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, FAR AWAY

"Decent For Price"

My review is kind because I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. The price was cheap, and you get what you pay for. The room was pretty clean. However, our check in was at 4:00. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 and our room was not ready. The only reason I am not giving a bad review is because I over heard the manager on the phone with who I am assuming is an employee. He was calling them in because he said all of his afternoon maids had called out. The other front desk worker was upstairs helping clean rooms, and they were very apologetic. I know the maids calling out is not a reflection on the hotel so I am not blaming them. I would say this hotel is good for the price.

"Needs NEW beds"

My son and I did a quick Christmas mini vacation to Pigeon Forge, Tn. and stayed at the Hlotel Pigeon Forge. While the room was clean and bug free, as far as I could tell: the beds were HORRIBLE! The mattresses needed to have been changed YEARS ago, and probably the entire bed!! One was much worse than the other. It was so broken down that the middle was a huge swag! (Thankfully, we take our own memory foam toppers with us when we travel, for just such problems and they make the beds sleepable. If not for that, we would have had to asked to me moved or left the hotel) The heater ran on one serting, HOT. No matter what you did, it would not regulate any other setting. So, you get to warm up the room and then have to shut it off. The bathroom has no heating so that creates a problem when taking a shower. It's in desperate need of upgrading, FOR SURE. I don't plan on staying here any more. The two desk staff that I dealt with were very friendly. There were only two wash cloths for two people for a two day stay.
