"Great experience!"
September 2018
Me and my husband have never used a website that had a bundle package for trip before. It made things easier and our overall experience was great! Our hotel was clean and the staff was great!

"Decent rooms, close to all attractions!"
July 2018
Rooms were small but clean. We had two lights out in the bathroom and sink area which made it very difficult to get ready. Breakfast was by far the worst we have experienced. Free "hot breakfast" included bagels, stale donuts and fruit cocktail swimming in some strange colored juice. We did not expect anything fancy, since breakfast was complimentary, but some protein options, fresh fruit and a waffle maker would have made a huge difference!

Rooms were clean an kind of small but servered the purpose well of a place to sleep and get a shower. Just made a reservation for a secound stay. Breakfast left a little bit to be desired but staff was friendly and when out of their way to be helpful.

Upon arrival to our rooms this is what we found. We had two rooms. 111 and 113 Room 111 towels were old and dingy, no ironing board, pillows were dingy and old, AC unit was loud measuring at 67 DB. Loud enough to drown out tv and unable to hold a regular conversation. AC above us dripped loud all night. There were spider webs in each corner. Room 113. Had an old used dried up face towel hanging on the shower curtain rod, spider webs all over the walls and ceiling, no iron in the room, dead bugs laying on the floor. Vacations made easy rated this hotel as 3 star hotel. VACATIONS MADE EASY, YOU CERTAINLY GOT THIS ONE WAY WRONG. I travel extensively, just so happens my wife made this particular reservation depending on the ratings from Trip Advisor. SMDH We were told that we could see the main strip from the hotel. Must have to be standing on the roof. I would rather go camping then stay in this hotel. This hotel must have paid Vactions made easy for a 3 star rating. This hotel does not even deserve one star THIS WAS A GREAT WASTE OF MONEY.

I was a little concerned about what I was coming into. This was the cheapest, best location I could find. But THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME (for what we paid)! I didn’t need a water park, but there was a nice pool outside (you can afford to go to a water park with what you save). The outside is 70’s/80’s architecture, but the lobby was very nice and clean, and ALL of the staff have been very personable and helpful. The place could use some updating, but you’re paying 1990 prices, so 1990 style is acceptable! Everything worked. The WiFi worked (accessing data in the mountains is challenging, so that is a big plus). The A/C probably needs charged, but it was still comfortable when we got back to the room on a 90+ degree day. We spend most of our time in the Smoky Mountains out doing things. This was a great place to come “home” to recharge after running all day long. We would WITHOUT A DOUBT stay here the next time we come to the area.

Do not stay here!! I checked in and immediately left. Stains on sheets, pillows were disgusting and one pillow had the foam falling out of it!! Putting a pillow case on that pillow shows the hotel doesn’t care!! Have been trying to get a refund but they refuse.
