Most Incompetent, rude customer service when you call. The bored customer service is completely unhelpful and ignorant. If something goes wrong do not count on them to help fix it and reimburse your money.

"Great Break from Walking, cool down and get a different view of the city/history"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

The harbor cruise came with the Hop on and Off Trolley tour and even with covid going on, there were folks on the cruise with us. Social distancing was in place and really was not busy as there were 6 others on the total cruise. We had the boat to ourselves so to speak. The guide was proving great information on the city and was awesome to be able to see the city from a different point of view. The skyline is awesome and with the USS Constitution closed down at the time we toured, was a great way to see her. Even if it does not come with the hop on/off tour I would say is worth it to buy it and go. We would do this again.

"Winter Wildlife Cruise to Boston Harbor Islands"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed January 30, 2020
We went on a Winter Wildlife Cruise sponsored by Boston Harbor Now with Massachusetts Audubon on a Saturday in late January. It was terrific! A nice adventure to start 2020. It was aboard a Boston Harbor Cruise vessel and it was a sold out cruise. The vessel was large and comfortable inside and there was plenty of room to view the various harbor islands and sea birds that were the focus of the tour. We went out as far a Graves Light and Boston Light, which were wonderful to see up close. I and two friends spent most of the time viewing things from the outside deck. It was chilly but not bad, and best for getting the full experience. The entire cruise was narrated by various Naturalists from the Massachusetts Audubon Society. They spotted the various types of ducks and birds that we were on the lookout for and told people where to look to see them. Of course our goal was to spot a Snowy Own and toward the end of the cruise when we were heading back in we did see one on the shoreline at the end of part of Logan Airport. It was quite a sight. The staff of Naturalists was terrific and so passionate about sharing their knowledge with the public. They were especially good with getting children involved and appointing them as Junior Rangers. We did not have children with us but there were quite a few on board. Definitely a great winter Saturday adventure!

An excellent way to get to Salem with a wonderfully old trolley bus and free!! ride into town. Also used a ferry to visit the dockyards and USS Constitution what a bargain.
