On the Grand Canyon Express Tour, you’ll get to see the most impactful points without the usual crowds and hassles. Start your day at the Pink® Jeep® Tour Plaza in Sedona. Your Certified Interpretive Guide will meet you with a custom, roomy Ford Transit van. Enjoy views of the Arizona high country as you head north. Keep an eye out for Slide Rock State Park in Oak Creek Canyon. Approximately halfway to the park, you’ll see Flagstaff on historic Route 66. Miles of Ponderosa pines line the rest of your journey to Grand Canyon National Park. Upon arrival, Mather Point will offer your first view of the canyon’s vast grandeur. Your guide will share facts and legends about how the canyon was formed to add insight into each magnificent vista and historic structure. You’ll see El Tovar Hotel, built in 1905, and visit rustic Bright Angel Lodge which sits directly on the edge of the canyon. Peer over Bright Angel trailhead, which leads hikers down into the canyon. What are the hours of operation?
7:30 am (Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time).

Are there any age/physical/health/etc. restrictions for this tour?
Expectant Mothers: Pink Jeep Tours does not allow guests who are pregnant to take our off-road tours. We offer an on-road tour as an alternative; please call for availability.

What should I bring?
Sunscreen and a bottle for water. We have a water refill station located at our merchandise store to keep your bottle full of water. Don't forget to bring a camera!

What CAN I bring?
A purse or standard sized backpack are acceptable, however, there is no storage space in our vehicles. Anything you bring needs to fit comfortably in your lap throughout the tour.

What should I wear? 
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing with closed toe shoes. You may want to bring a hat and switch to eyeglasses if you wear contacts (tours can be dusty and this can irritate your eyes if you wear contacts). For sunset tours or tours to the Grand Canyon, we recommend layered clothing. Temperatures can be colder at night and the Grand Canyon is 10 - 15 degrees colder than Sedona.

Can I bring food and/or drink?
Due to the bouncy nature of our tours, full meals or glass bottles are prohibited on the vehicle. If necessary, you are welcome to bring a small containable snack such as a granola bar. Due to Arizona law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited in our vehicles.

Is the tour appropriate for children?
Yes, this tour is family-friendly.

Do I need to bring a car seat for my child? 
Pink Jeep Tours provides car seats for all children 18 months to 4 years of age. Some of our Grand Canyon vehicles require a booster seat for children aged 5 - 7, which we will also provide. When you book your tour with us, please provide us with the ages of any children and we will take care of the rest!

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately the tour can not accommodate wheelchairs. For the safety of our passengers, all guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Guests are responsible for getting themselves in and out of our vehicles for their tour.

Can I bring my camera?
Yes, it is recommended!

How long is the tour? 
The tour is approximately 8 hours long.

Can I bring my pet?
We do not allow dogs on our Grand Canyon Premier or Grand Canyon Express tours due to the length of tour and comfort of all of our guests. The Ancient Ruins tour visits a national heritage site that does not allow animals to enter the site. Service animals are permitted on all of our tours.
