The location is pretty hard to beat, but the rooms are just ok. Ours was pretty small, but it did have 2 double beds, a pull out couch and a Murphy bed. The kitchen was too small and a little outdated. It was fine for the couple days we were there, though. The pool area definitely makes up for what is lacking. I spent most of my time there with my two small kids. I’d probably stay here again, but in a different condo.

We have a child with asthma..we got a non smoking room and within 4 hours of checking in we could smell MARIJUANA from inside our room. I called the front desk to report it and asked them to call the police. They asked which room it was coming from but I wasn't sure. I asked them to come to our room and they could smell it for themselves. No one came, the next day around 8:30 am we left our room at saw the person who was smoking weed with their door open, we could see the blunt cloud coming from their door and we saw them with the joint. I called the front desk and reported it again, gave them the room number and was told they would send security up. My husband stood by the elevator waiting for security to show them the room but no one ever came. We were told my Aaron at the front desk that we should just use the experience as a learning lesson for our kids. HOW DISGUSTING. We tried to get a refund for our stay by the hotel and booking.com and they told us we didn't have enough proof, they can't knock on every door and we should have called the police ourselves. However if they had came to our room that's proof, We gave them the room number so they didn't need to disrupt everyone and I have worked in hotels before, It is the hotels responsibility to contact authorities and not to expect the guess to know their hotel protocol. We had to take our child to the doctor where she was given a steroid inhaler for several days due to inflammation the hotel and booking.com did not care

excellant rooms. nice view from the rooms. everybody nice. Of course couldn't use outdoor pool since in march. can't wait to visit the boardwalk beach resort again. it is well worth the visit for price, cleanliness.

There was an employee named Edward who looked like he worked maintenance. When I and my group of friends were at the pool, he rudely approached us and told us we needed to have bands. Getting bands was not the issue, as we stayed at the hotel and were entitled to swimming in the pool. However, Edward was COMPLETELY disrespectful, he cursed at us and was totally ignorant. As a person who has a long career in hospitality, this is a complete embarrassment. Edward should be terminated, not only for his LACK of human decency but for using foul language in front of the multiple children at the scene. When calling and reporting this issue, the Front Desk Manager Ryan did not seem to care. He cut myself and the other person who stayed in the room off various times during the call. He did not offer a solution and he was transparent in his want to get off the phone. COMPLETELY disappointing. I would like for the camera footage to be pulled at the pool and a full investigation into behavior misconduct on Edwards part. A person like that SHOULD NOT be representing your organization. Please provide me with the full solution once it is resolved. I am utterly disappointed with the customer service shown at this hotel. The ONLY positive was Wanda, (Front Desk Associate) she was amazing. I will also post this issue on all your review sites, I want to ensure Edward does not harass people again, and Ryan learns how to engage and resolve guest issues.

So disappointed with the condition of this place. Bad security measures, no key to enter the building. Anyone can enter. And they did, my husband saw a homeless person filling a large garbage bag with ice. Said he needed it and came whenever he needed to. Rode away on his bike. Won't go back, dirty and unsafe!!
