We loved our Big Cedar experience. Our room was awesome. We are thinking about bringing family back 2-65 years of age. The entire ground were so pretty, clean and staff extremely friendly. We ate at Devil Pool upstairs and downstairs both. Dining was very good. Show in the basement was enjoyable as well. Loved the gift shop. We were disappointed there was not a free shuttle to Top of the Rock.

Spent 4 days but could have used a couple more to really experience the whole facility. There is a lot to the facilities and the transportation offered is exceptional. A compass is useful. Our room was is in the 2700 building, basically a hotel room with a kitchenette. One thing the lodge could use is a more comprehensive convenience store.

We attended a welcome reception for a conference in the wine cellar here. We arrived in the dark and got lost driving around several times since this place is enormous. It was decorated with lights everywhere for the holidays which looked pretty. The food at the reception was good, though I’m not sure they are items a regular diner could order from a menu. The room had 2 big fireplaces which made a nice atmosphere esp. as it had snowed that day!!

"Overpriced, tiny, noisy room with horrible parking."

I just finished submitting a negative review on their website regarding my most recent stay at Big Cedar. After submitting the review their website asked me to share my experience on trip advisor. I wasn't originally planning to give them negative public reviews but if they are arrogant enough to assume that all reviews submitted to their website are favorable and should be shared, so be it. We stayed in Spring View. Tge room clean with appropriate amenities, a comfortable bed, and decent bathroom. However the room was also the size of a cruise ship cabin, there was no view, there was a noisy dehumidifier in the room, and there Inn shared parking with the adjacent restaurant so when we returned from a show in Branson the only available parking was in an overflow lot a five minute walk from our room. The only time prior to this I paid this much for a room was at a Disney resort. Tge room at Disney was more than twice as large, there were three restaurants in the hotel, and there were bellhops and valet parking. Spring View was a serious waste of money by comparison.
