The Hot tub was broken four of the times that I went to use it. The pool was cold even though it was July. One of the staff members stated that they don't heat it in the summer. Why have a pool if t is too cold to use it.

Even though this property is old, it has a beautiful view from the balcony as well as from the living room. It is so close to the beach and you can see everything that is happening. That was so important to us on our last trip because of the pandemic and we couldn't go other places. We even had fireworks almost every night right behind our building on the beach. The units here are larger than many beach condos which we appreciated.

Less maintenance and repairs with resort closing in two years. Front desk helpful but did not allow parking second car, units were supposedly full, even when parking lot half full entire week. Been a great vacation place for family and friends over past 30+ years. Always felt safe for children even after dark.

I wasn't notified beforehand that the pools were closed. When I checked in, I recieved a piece of paper that said they're closed due to covid19, yet all other hotels pools were open and so was myrtle waves Waterpark! Even though the hotel was clean aside from the urine smell on the first floor, I would have never even considered staying here knowing the pools would not be open.

booked because our original plans of a cruise was canceled due to covid19. Room is clean, nice view. But we were given a peice of paper saying pool and hot tub closed due to covid19. It would not be a problem if EVERY other hotel has their pools OPEN. I have a 7 year old with me; a pool is a huge deal. This is vacation, we have never come here and not had a hotel with a pool. Both hotels on each side of us have their pools facing us so we see everyone else enjoying a pool. But not us. We are pissed to say the least. Didnt even notify us beforehand nor is it on their website.
