"Nice"

Airtel was a great hotel to stay at, the staff was very friendly, the room was huge for a basic king. I loved that they had a Starbucks inside, the food is pretty tasty. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

My mom and dad were there for 3 weeks..and they were so happy with how the people treat them nicely..they make sure they were very happy..specially my mom who has a very bad medical situation..And Id like specially to thanks the manager Gary,Sonny and Jerry for the good service they provided my parents..they were extremely satisfied..thank you!-julie D.

"Old tired hotel"

Sad....I’m sure that in its day (decades ago) Airtel was nice. Today it’s just an old tired hotel with a staff that matches it. We made reservation for 4 days. Interaction when we tried and eventually checked in was COLD. The rest of the stay NO ONE tried to interact with us. In 2020 hotels need to be updated to today...and not look and feel like the 70’s and 80’s. We will NOT RETURN.

Drug addicted and homeless people riding their bikes in the lobby. In the lobby! They approached us for money in the parking lot. The staff saw all of this and did nothing. Rooms are old with popcorn ceilings and old paint. The rooms smell. Broken ice machines. No refrigerator in room.
