Developer Inn Orlando North, a Baymont by Wyndham in Altamonte Springs, FL

Was a Wyndham. I booked 3 months ago. Received email for early checkin the day before I arrived as I am Diamond status. I get there and no reservation because the hotel was bought the week before. I fainted. I showed reception all confirmations and price agreed for a 7 day stay and they matched it because they were nearly empty. Now it’s palm inn. Room is ok. Bed good. No remote for TV but staff took care of it. Free breakfast is so minimal it should not be advertised as bfst.

I booked to stay here again on the first few days of my most recent trip to Orlando as I’d enjoyed a nice stay here on my previous visit and wanted to stick with what I knew best. Sadly this visit wasn’t nearly as good as the first time and so for the last week of my three week vacation I decided to stay elsewhere. One thing that hasn’t changed is the lovely, friendly staff. Gabriella in particular was darling throughout my entire stay. Nothing was too much trouble and she was friendly and helpful. I asked to change rooms after my first night as the room I had was next to the ice machine. It clattered all night with people filling metal ice buckets. I was moved to room 150 around the other side of the building which was much quieter. Sadly the TV didn’t work for the entire stay, even though I reported it and the WiFi is still as terrible as it was last year. The pool was open this time but the whole area just stunk of cannabis, so I chose not to use it. The reception and breakfast area are lovely and modern, but they set you up for disappointment when entering the rooms. Whilst I can’t fault the beds and the lovely cool AC, once again, the rooms are let down by the shabby interiors. There are stains on pretty much every wall, the floors were filthy and the main doors into the room are battered and don’t even fit the frames properly. What was also really bad was noise. Bring ear plugs. I believe people actually live in this motel and were out in the parking lot revving car engines all day and night. Not going anywhere, just sat there revving away. It’s genuinely the employees that make this place. The rooms were a lot shabbier than my last stay which influenced my decision not to stay there again for my last week. The entire place just needs a good clean and some renovations to the rooms. I can’t fault the price, it’s one of the cheaper motels in the area, but it’s sketchy and for future stays I’d rather pay a little bit more for somewhere a little better.

The rooms were huge the staff was amazing especially Gabrielle. Great place to stay. Plenty of things and events in walking distance. Ranes roost is right almost across the street. Amelia was fantastic as well . Pool was clean housekeeping up to par

Great Affordable And They Work With Nice Guy At The Counter , Very understandable And I Had To Go To Work Last Minute With No Where To Go I Thank You Guys So Much I’m Telling All My Family and friends To Go There Whenever they are in altamonte springs

The front desk staff has been really helpful, Gabriela, Jose and Whitley helped me with everything I needed, the rooms are very nice and clean. the front desk and pool was renovated so my stay was excellent!! keep on doing a great job, I'll be coming back soon!
