FantasyWorld Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, is a family-friendly resort just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld.

Guests enjoy two-story, two-bedroom villas equipped with full kitchens, washers and dryers, and private screened patios—perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks.

The resort’s water park is a favorite highlight, complete with a lazy river, three-story water slides, a splash pad, and multiple heated pools. Guests can also take advantage of the fitness center, sports courts, mini golf, and a scheduled activity program for all ages. Dining is simple with options like the River’s Landing Pool Bar and convenient take-out services.

FantasyWorld Resort is also pet-friendly, welcoming dogs up to 40 pounds so the whole family can travel together. With complimentary shuttle service to major theme parks, an on-site arcade, and a focus on family-friendly fun, FantasyWorld Resort offers a well-rounded Kissimmee vacation experience.

Important Information
  • Fees: A daily resort fee of $29.99 per unit, per night, plus taxes ($34.04) is collected by the hotel upon arrival. A security deposit of $100 as a credit card authorization is required at registration.
  • Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome! (Up to 40 pounds per pet, maximum of 2 per unit) $125, non-refundable pet fee plus tax! Guest must call the resort to reserve a pet-friendly room. There will be an extra $100 security deposit, which will be a total of $225 security deposit for pet-friendly units.

I could not have been happier with this resort! We drove 15 plus hours, not knowing exactly what the resort would be like, it we were pleasantly surprised! The resort was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They had everything we needed to do our own cooking, laundry, and cleaning. The pool and the lazy river as well as the hot tub were wonderful to enjoy after some very long days. The staff was nothing but courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

I could not have been happier with this resort! We drove 14 hours, not knowing exactly what the resort would be like, it we were pleasantly surprised! The resort was spacious enough for all five of us, they had everything we needed to do our own cooking, laundry, and cleaning. We were right next to the pool and the water slides which the kids really enjoyed! The staff was nothing but courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will go back again!

The activities and pools at this place are top notch. My kids loved the pools, splash area, lazy river and slides. They enjoyed playing foosball and ping pong as well. The townhomes are spacious and clean. My two complaints are that the mattresses on the beds are rock hard ( my husband had to go to the chiropractor when we returned home because of how hard the mattresses were) and the dryer in our unit took 3 hours to dry a small load of clothes. This was a problem, as I had packed assuming we would be able to wash and dry and use our clothes more than once, but at that pace, I basically had to give up.

This place was fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the mosquitoes constantly appearing in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, the resort was incredible. It was our first time and from the activities, to the 2 pools, to the staff, everyone and everything was beyond our expectations. We were no more than 10-15 minutes drive from all the parks, restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

This was our first stay and we were very impressed. Nice condo, lots of activities, friendly staff. NO complaints! Close to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and groceries.

Some constructive ideas-- get the laundry service to use fabric softener!! And it's time to upgrade the aging beds.

All units have two floors and have a townhouse layout.

Does the resort charge a resort fee?

Resort fees are $29.99 per townhome, per night, plus 13.5% tax ($34.04). The Resort Fee covers: Daily scheduled transportation to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Parking Use of the pools, hot tubs, water slides, splash pad and lazy river Resort-wide wireless internet access for unlimited devices Use of resort amenities including mini golf, basketball, tennis, playground, batting cages, pickleball, and shuffleboard Select scheduled resort activities onsite

Is there a restaurant, lounge or gift shop on-site?

There is a lobby lounge and pool bar that serves light fare. They are open from noon-midnight.

What is the charge for cribs and rollaway bed?

Cribs are free of charge but subject to availability. Roll-a-ways are not available.

What are the pool hours?

The main pool is open from 8:00 am -midnight. The other two pools are open from 9:00 am-11:00 pm.

Is late check-in available?

Yes. The front desk is open until midnight. If you are arriving after midnight, please call prior to set-up late check-in instructions.

Does Fantasy World Resort accept pets?

Yes. Pets are welcome! (Up to 40 pounds per pet, maximum of 2 per unit) with a $125, non-refundable pet fee plus tax. If you are traveling with a pet, you must call the resort directly to book your pet-friendly room. There will be an extra $100 security deposit, which will be a total of $225 security deposit for pet-friendly units.

Does the resort offer accessible amenities and townhomes?

Yes. The resort is ADA-compliant. Accessible public entrances, pool area, registration/front desk, parking and more are available. Accessible units are available upon request. Should you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the resort prior to arriving. The resort's phone number is listed on your confirmation email and hotel voucher.
