"Some great, some not so great"
February 2020
The activities and pools at this place are top notch. My kids loved the pools, splash area, lazy river and slides. They enjoyed playing foosball and ping pong as well. The townhomes are spacious and clean. My two complaints are that the mattresses on the beds are rock hard ( my husband had to go to the chiropractor when we returned home because of how hard the mattresses were) and the dryer in our unit took 3 hours to dry a small load of clothes. This was a problem, as I had packed assuming we would be able to wash and dry and use our clothes more than once, but at that pace, I basically had to give up.

"Better than expected"
June 2019
This place was fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the mosquitoes constantly appearing in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, the resort was incredible. It was our first time and from the activities, to the 2 pools, to the staff, everyone and everything was beyond our expectations. We were no more than 10-15 minutes drive from all the parks, restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

"Great Resort, Fantastic Value"
April 2019
This was our first stay and we were very impressed. Nice condo, lots of activities, friendly staff. NO complaints! Close to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and groceries.

Some constructive ideas-- get the laundry service to use fabric softener!! And it's time to upgrade the aging beds.

"Perfect Location!"
November 2018
This was perfect for exactly what we needed! I went with 3 of my girlfriends and it was a big enough space and very accommodating. They let us check in early, and stay in the pool/waterpark area when we were due to check out! I would highly recommend this place!

"Great family vacation spot"
October 2018
We loved this resort. Traveled with my mom, son and grandson We all enjoyed the lazy river. My grandson couldn't get enough of the water slides. The villa was very nice, but needed some updating. I do believe they are in the process of doing this. Beds were really comfy and staff was super friendly. Will definitely be back.

"Loved it!"
October 2018
We loved this place! The condo was nice and very clean. We had a room with a king bed, a room with two twins, and the sofa bed downstairs. The kitchen was great. Its a roomy condo. Great parking lot, plenty of large spots. Seemed like a pretty safe place. We never got to use the pool, but we'd love to come back when we have more time to play!

I loved the place, so peace and quiet. My favorite part was my bed so comfortable. My daughters loved the stairs even though my husband fell twice but he’s good. Such a beautiful place and the pool was great.

"Housekeeping Staff should get a medal!"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

This resort is very old school. Old but not run down. The entire property is out of date but clean. I applaud the housekeeping/ maintenance staff for keeping up with everything. We had some issues and they came very quickly to fix them. We were only there for the pools and we did enjoy them very much. The lazy river is surprisingly long for the size of the resort. There is limited shade around the pool area, lounge chairs are very old and stained but not falling apart. There was limited housewares in the kitchen- and when you get there you must unload them ALL from the dishwasher. Nothing is in cabinets. Who wants to do that on vacation?? You end up doing dishes constantly. Not many plates or cups provided. Utensils and pots and pans are of very low quality . The TV in the second bedroom is as small as a lap top which is ridiculous. It is very hard to pack and unpack your car as there are no sidewalks and cars park right up to the curb. If you have a nice car, watch out! It could be easily dented or scratched. It is awkward to get out of your unit and squeeze by the cars. Parking is free though. Staff is very friendly and really do try their best. Resort is in a good location for the parks and there are many places to eat close by. The resort is also very spread out, so if you want to be near the pool you should try to request it. We were near the pool which was a plus. Overall I will say that this resort is fine, but not great. If you have a bigger budget, keep looking.

"Worse experience ever!!!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed September 08, 2020 NEW
My family and I recently stayed at a townhouse here at the resort for my sons 5th birthday and the experience was anything but pleasant!!! We checked in Saturday (9/5) afternoon and had no issues with anyone even when going to the pool, everyone was friendly. The following day (9/6) was my sons birthday and my son and I decided to sleep in while my husband went for his morning workout and went to hit the batting cages which were all within walking distance! I’m talking maybe a 4 MINUTE walk! Now on the website it is advertise family friendly and that they have these amazing amenities such as the pool, mini golf, a park and even batting cages. So my husband brought his bat which it is also something you have to do at the resort because bats and helmet are not provided upfront. You even have to go to the front to sign a waiver before you go in the cages so you have to walk around with you equipment before you can get in and someone had the audacity to call the cops on my husband and said he looked angry and was walking around with a bat and three cops showed up to our home to question my husband!!! Being African American in any time is hard especially the days we are living in now and to be discriminated against so early in the morning on our sons birthday is so uncalled for. The manager informed us later that he got a call from an older white women saying she felt uncomfortable because he looked angry yet as a manger he still made no effort to stop the not one but THREE cops from coming to our home. You’re telling me this women called you three times and you couldn’t reassure her she was fine or even offer to look into thing yourself before cops had to be called!!!!! There is no excuse to have to be dealing with this stuff!!!!!! The cops said maybe next time my husband should put the bat in his bag or drive over there so he doesn’t make anyone uncomfortable. What even kind of response is that!!!!! There is no reason any of this should’ve even been a thing. If a white man can walk to the batting cages with his bat out and not have to drive or hide his bat so can my husband. All the manager did was apologize for what happened but an apology is unacceptable! As the manger he should’ve been quick to offer the lady reassurance in checking that everything was fine himself or simply informing the lady that it’s 2020 and everyone can walk to a batting cage with their bat with no questions or their intentions!! Why didn’t you offer to go check it out yourself before even letting the cops be called? She told the manager she was calling the cops and he still didn’t offer to see if things were okay himself first!!!! Why did you not meet the cops at the town house to reassure them everything was fine and you were handling it? Why did you let three cops pull up to our townhome before 9am to question my husband about an amenity that is offered at the resort. The cop said he had no knowledge there were even batting cages at the place. It’s like you guys didn’t care because it wasn’t you!!!! I am anything but happy with what happened and I hope this never happened to someone you love because it was absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I’ll definitely never stay here again!
