"Clean Comfortable"
April 2019
Everything was really clean and everyone was really nice! the only negative was when you turned on the air, it smelled really musty but it went away quickly. As someone with severe allergies, it was really nice to have a room that was extremely clean.

The pool was great! I wish the restaurants had more options, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The only thing I could eat for lunch were fries.

Also, the walls are veryy thin and our neighbors liked to stay up really late.

"Great communal areas in hotel"
February 2019
Hotel communal areas were up to Disney par. Pool was warm and clean. The restaurant upstairs was great and breakfast was perfect. The rooms were a little dark and shabby. Not spacious but you get what you pay for. What i was really upset about were the buses to the parks. Never on time. Even the first out in the morning at 7am was an hour late. And they don’t drop you at magic kingdom they take you to the ticketing center. So make sure you plam ample time if you want to make those magic hours.

"Best vacation ever"
May 2018
This was the perfect vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the reservations and plans were simple to make. The hotel is nice and close to Disney parks and the shuttle service is convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Tip: The hotel walls are thin so you may hear your neighbors. Even though we were going to sleep early due to long days at the parks, it didn’t bother us too much. Just be conscious of your tv volume at night

Customer service was excellent, but the hotel itself.. It wasn't the nicest. I would have expected more from a Disney hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

"Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs"
July 2016
our stay @ this resort was great however was not what we thought of being close to Sea World and for that we couldn't utilize any of the great things it offered upon arrival and paying $97 more on top of our cost for the stay because the trams only went to Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks. So for the Cost of the whole stay and the cost of travels back and forth we would not be interested in future stays here.

"Orlando <3"
June 2016
I used 'Reserve Orlando' for our trip. Those people were very accommodating as I had bumped up our free hotel to a nicer situation. We were so glad we did with WG.
I brought my son and my mother.
I was nervous not having a tower room that we would lack in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. We didn't lack for anything at all. We chose not to have housekeeping for the week we stayed and they politely left out rooms alone and offered us replacement towels when we intercepted the cleaning cart in the morning and whatever else within reason we desired. We were off-site for all of our meals mostly but we did have delivered pizza one late night from their own offered account; you can find the Dominoes stand downstairs. Simple! Cheap!
We were in the large pool a few times and I advise you to shower immediately after as my son developed a leg rash when being in the pool too long. The bar at the pool is lovely treat and the French fries are a yummy snack.
When we return we will use this same vaca plan again. Windham Gardens is a great alternative and though not extremely posh, (depending on your situation) it's very clean and the people are wonderful. It was a for for us.
Note: upon returning from Animal Disney park late at night, you will have to take a left and walk to the bus. It usually is parked a few rows in, in front of the white tent. Difficult as the staff we talked with at WG do not know how to describe this. But not unresolvable.
You will enjoy your stay, don't be too picky and rigid, enjoy the quirks (there are very few), then you'll be amazed at all you get for your money.
Yes, you're spending a bunch in this whole experience, but the memories are worth it.

"Annoying fees"

So the hotel itself is pretty nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quick check in, etc. the annoying part however were the dumb fees. Like the “resort” fee and the fact that you have to pay to park there. $20 a night at that. Plus the shuttle wasn’t running and during this covid stuff they don’t clean your room. No trash dump or extra towels if needed. It’s in a nice location, literally next to Disney springs, but with the added fees, no shuttle, and basically no service the little money we did say may not have been worth it.

"Great location.. crappy fees"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

This hotel is in a perfect spot. It’s the closest hotel to Disney Springs and is a nice, quick walk there. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool lots of fun. We really enjoyed the splash area for kids and the rock waterfall in the middle is a nice touch too. We stayed in the garden area and it was a nice view. The only downside to the hotel is the resort fees (but at least the websites state these) and the parking fees (which I didn’t see on the website are are $20 a day just to park in a self parking, open lot). I really don’t get why they are charging resort fees right now because the shuttles to the parks aren’t running and there is no room service. Room service wasn’t an issue for us, but the shuttle would’ve been nice since we had to pay an extra $25 to park at Disney. I think the hotel really needs to make it known that these amenities are not available before booking as well as there’s an additional daily parking fee. If it hadn’t been for those things, I’d definitely give 5 stars.

"Husbands Birthday...Will not stay again"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed September 01, 2020 NEW
I just recently stayed here with my husband for his birthday. First of all, we pulled up to the entrance of the hotel and first initial employee we saw was someone outside spinning on a computer chair. It took him several minutes to notice we were there because he was too busy spinning on the chair. He informed us it was self parking and that I was able to go check in while my husband parked the car HOWEVER that was not the case because when my husband got to the parking lot he did not have the code that was supposed to be given to me at check in so he had to drive around and wait until I checked in to get the gate code. Second thing, there were numerous patrons walking around the hotel lobby with NO MASKS ON. They walked past several employees who did not kindly ask them to place their mask on. Meanwhile there are signs posted about "Staying Safe Together" but if employees are not going to implement mandatory masks in your establishment no one is going to stay safe together. One of your employees behind the checkout desk was also pulling his mask down WHILE he was speaking to patrons checking in. The employees did not have their name tags on so I could not tell you his name or else I would. We checked in and got to the 18th floor where our room was and right outside of the elevator there was a pile of garbage that had been there during our stay. No one bothered to clean it. My husband and I stayed in our room the entire night and left early Sunday morning due to not feeling safe to come out of our room due to the employees not enforcing the mask rule which you had posted signs around the hotel. One of which is attached to this email. It is a mandatory rule to enforce masks with staff as well as guests staying at your location. I will not be bringing my family back to this hotel as it was a very bad experience.

"Nice Location"

We stayed here because you can walk to Disney Springs in five minutes. We never visited Disney. We did Universal but they close at 5 so we wanted something in the evening to do. We did not get to use the pool, because both days it stormed when we went to use it late afternoon. The place seemed clean. The food prices in the cafe seemed too high. A small ceasar salad bowl was $10. It is at Sam's club for $5. There are some things that needed updating but maybe they were doing that at the elevators and that is why they looked that way. They have laundry that you can do yourself which helped us greatly. Our bathroom faucet was super hard to push on and seemed stuck on hot. The tub paint coating was peeling. But beds were nice. Love having extra pillows on the beds. Staff very nice. Good price to stay on hotwire. Be aware of a resort fee and parking. It is not such a great deal after that is added. Disney Springs was crazy wall to wall people. We are not big at avoiding places due to covid but this was super uncomfortable!!!

"Great for a quick getaway"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

We booked same day as our trip, asked for a higher floor (which we received) and cannot fault the hotel during the current COVID pandemic. We (wife and I) were feeling a little stir crazy so decided last minute to book a couple of days away. Used my expedia points so the hotel was very reasonable. Room was nice, 2 Queen beds, large TV, great view, large and clean, perfect for a quick stay. Reception was good, efficient. I resent paying $20 and $16 (reduced from $24) as a resort fee for wi-fi, pool etc, but all of the hotels do it so you have to go with it (Takes a star off for me). Did not use the pool, but the wi-fi was fine, staff were pleasant and overall the stay was great. The hotel location is perfect, right next door to Disney Springs (The closest of the hotels) so we were able to come and go at our leisure. Would definitely chose the Wyndham again for a quick getaway,
