Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed, nighttime event at Universal Studios Florida on select nights in the fall in which Universal Studios Florida is transformed into Orlando's most terrifying Halloween experience, filled with haunted houses, intense scare zones, roaming scareactors, and more.
Unfortunately, you cannot leave and re-enter during this event.
Costumes, costume masks, and face paint are not allowed in the park for this event.
Yes, Universal closes early for Halloween Horror Nights on select nights to allow guests to get ready for this thrilling event. If you purchase a combo ticket, you will be able to stay in the park.
In general, you will be able to get in as early as 6:00 pm on some nights. However, the haunted houses typically don't open until the official start time. If you purchased tickets to Universal Studios for the same day you purchased tickets to Halloween Horror Nights, you will already be in the park and will not have to leave.
While there is no official minimum age, Halloween Horror Nights is not recommended for children under the age of 13 as it may be too intense.
Daily parking fees for Universal Orlando Resort range in prices from $30 for Regular Parking to $50–$60 for Prime Parking. Note: Prime Parking is seasonal and prices may vary by day. There is free self-parking after midnight on all Halloween Horror Nights event nights. Free self-parking after 6:00 pm for all guests on non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights. Other restrictions may apply.
