Stay was “good” not “great” Reserved an upgraded room, told upon arrival wasn’t available but had a deluxe room instead of an executive. Room was remodeled but poorly at best. Things like cupboards not lined up properly and not able to fully close, gross mess of caulk by shower that was collecting water/mold, rug in living room was filthy and duct taped rather than replaced. 10 day stay you get a “starter” pack of one toilet paper, one dishwasher tablet, two garbage bags and a 1/2 roll of paper towel. If you need anything additional you must buy it (yes, even toilet paper) Pool towels are “first come first serve” so be prepared to get one before 8 am if you want it or they are gone. Room towels were 2 per bathroom but you do have to wash yourself during the stay. This would be fine for a short stay but 10 days stay you would think there would be a chance to exchange towels, light housekeeping (available for $150/visit) I’m sure if they aren’t providing dish soap people have rinsed those dishes and put them back so I washed them all on arrival Staff is nice, does their best but I felt very nickeled and dimed the whole time. No coffee until the pool bar opens at 10 or 11 and carry a card because they don’t do room charging. Workout room is a closet (2 treads one elliptical and a weight rack for a fairly large resort. Short answer- it was fine but there are other places at a similar (or lower) price point that are much more accommodating.

"Accused of damage!"

We rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 6 months (Oct 24 – March 25) while waiting for our house. Upon arrival we were handed the key and moved in. There were a few minor issues which were handled by maintenance (leaky sink/laundry and air conditioning not working). The furniture was old but in moderate condition. There were no towels in the unit but we got them from housekeeping. The stove top was chipped but worked without issue. I mentioned this to the maintenance people, but I didn’t take pictures or discuss it with the management. The elevator was out of service a number of times and the door lock failed several times. Then after checking out, I was accused of damaging the stove and charged $850 to replace it. Beware – take photos and confirm with management or you may be charged to replace items. This review would have been positive except for being very frustrated from being accused of damaging the stove and charged to replace it.

We had a brand renovated new unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A full kitchen with everything one needs to prepare meals. Air fryer included! The decor was absolutely beautiful and the in room laundry was greatly appreciated. A screened lanai made for a relaxing evening overlooking the pond. We’ll be back!

The two-bedroomed apartment had everything we needed and as a bonus the balcony had a view over the pool-area. Very quite at night although the pool was open until 11pm. The reception staff could have been a little more forthcoming although it was 11pm their time and 5am in our heads. To be told what block we are in is OK but after a long flight the mind is willing but the body is weak so a little more guidance would have been appreciated.
