"Stay at WorldQuest July 2019"
July 2019 NEW
Spacious and clean living and sleeping areas, beautiful big pool, sits backs off of main road which provides quiet and privacy. In unit laundry was a huge bonus.
The reason I gave 3 stars is because we only had 1 wash cloth for 6 people until I asked a second time and new sets were brought to the room and because my booking info was not correct; at check-in they wanted to charge me the full price even though I had already paid everything through a 3rd party site. They did get it resolved before I checked out but only after 3 trips to the desk and a hold being placed on my card.

"Nice place"
April 2018
The room are very nice. And big. I only give 4 stars because the shuttle to the parks are terrible from the resort.only 2 runs in the morning and only to Epcot. We had to use uber car all the time.we came from NY and didn't rent a car because they said they have shuttle to the parks. If u want to stay here you need a car.

"Wonderful Stay"
April 2017
We had a wonderful, 2-night stay at WorldQuest. We had 3 adults and an 18-month old and were very comfortable in the two-bedroom condo. It was very nice to have a full kitchen, living room, screened-in balcony, and laundry in the unit. We also found the pool to be quite refreshing.

I booked this cheap late deal holiday for 8 people and was apprehensive after reading some reviews and the fact we have only had villas before but for the amazing price we paid I decided to take the chance. Plus we got $100 dollar bar credit. I’m so very glad we did, they listened to my request for a pool view and were given building 2 room 402, we arrived 6 hours late due to flight delay & had a little issue on arrival regarding enough towels and bedding for the whole party but this was rectified immediately meaning we could get to our bed for much needed sleep. There is always sun loungers & parasols available to use so no need to reserve and pool towels to use free of charge without deposits, there is also lots of inflatables to use free also. The hot tub is really hot, great to relax in at the end of a long day at the park, the pool area is open until 11pm which is great. The tiki bar food and drink was good & tasty although not cheap. The free drinks machine in the reception area had The tastiest hot chocolate which I used daily. The shop is well stocked and handy for the evenings when you couldn’t face standing in the 20 min Walmart queue at the end of the day for your bread and milk etc. I loved the fact the balcony of the hotel is meshed over, for the insects but also gave me peace of mind with having children. The spa bath in the master bedroom worked perfectly, the room smelled fine and the sofa & cushions were clean with no marks, the only thing we did mention to reception was we noticed fast by the colour of our feet that the floor could be cleaned better and they agreed to get them re cleaned & a bar stool was needing replaced due to the padding sinking in but this is a very small issue, it didn’t spoil our stay, I only pointed it out to them so I wasn’t held responsible for any damage regarding the stool. We declined the cleaning and fresh towel service as we washed the towels and bedding ourselves with the washer & dryers in the apartments & we left the rubbish bag at the door for the cleaner who left us a new bag daily. The suite had 2 hairdryers and a small safe There was a small welcome pack to get us started with dishwasher/liquid/cloth etc which was great. The grounds are lovely and has a security entrance with lots of parking bays. It’s very close to shops and the Disney parks. Joseph on reception went over and above to help my family with my husbands disability needs with using a motor scooter and the free hotel transport to the theme parks which is much appreciated (considering the appalling rate Disney charges to park daily) thank you again Joseph you defo made our holiday more enjoyable for everyone. I would Defo return to this resort for sure. Try and catch the beautiful sunrise on your first morning

I had stayed at World Quest a few years ago and had a bad experience however I wanted to give them another chance so I booked again for June 2019. This was a mistake. We arrived after a 12 hour journey and was placed in Building 4 so we took all the luggage over and found our apartment only to find we had been given the wrong one!. I rang down to Reception and they told me to bring all our luggage back again and they would find us a 3 bed apartment, there was no sign of any apology. We checked into the correct apartment (Building 5) but they completely ignored our request to be located near the pool (despite booking with them over a year ago!!).However by this point we were tired and fed-up and just wanted to get settled. When we got into the apartment, we found it scruffy and when I looked at the kitchen there was only 2 glasses for a 3 bed apartment (housing 8 people). We had no kettle, a couple of plates and bowls. This was completely inadequate. We spent most of our days at the parks so didn't spend too much time in the apartment (thankfully). During our stay we had very little sleep because of some very noisy guests above keeping us up for nights on end. I complained to the front desk and whilst they did seem to deal with it in the moment, the following night it would start again. When we checked in, the front desk used our credit card and took a $150 holding deposit (which was fine) and then when we checked out I asked to pay our bill ($71) on a pre-paid card. They processed a payment of $71 from the pre-paid card and then held a further payment from the same pre-paid card without my knowledge. When we moved onto our next hotel I discovered what they had done and both myself and my husband contacted them by phone but they refused to acknowledge this and despite pleading with them to resolve this and ring us back they did not contact us. When we got back to the UK we contacted our pre-paid card and they got involved and managed to retrieve the money but this process was extremely upsetting and not what we needed when we got back from holiday. Because the money was not returned to our card before we arrived back in the UK, we ran out of money whilst we were there and had to use our credit card. We incurred credit card fees and telephone fees but they have never once apologised for this mess up. I urge you to think twice about booking with World Quest

The grounds are nicely kept and the staff is excellent- very helpful and did everything they could to make us happy which is much appreciated. The resort is also very close to the Disney which is vert convenient after long days at the parks. However, I gave the resort 3 stars bc its in desperate need of remodel and a facelift, esp the living room furniture which looked dirty. We did not even sit on the sofa/chair. Multiple reviewers have complained about the need for remodel and they aren’t lying. so hopefully plans for remodeling are in the works if the owners actually read reviews and listen to their guests instead of offering generic autotext responses. Until that happens, I wouldnt stay here again. There are so many other places in Orlando that are nicer. Also, the resort has no recycle bins which sucks. The owners need to consider offering recycling bins.
