The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from Disney Springs which is Walt Disney World's world-class shopping, entertainment, and dining district which offers more than 150 venues. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in.

Each of the hotel’s 232 spacious, Lake House themed guest rooms and are located in the hotel’s 19-story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 55-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator, and an in-room safe.

Kids of all ages will love the Oasis Aquatic Playground, an exciting focal point of this Orlando family resort featuring two pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub. Adults will relish the opportunity to relax on the beautiful pool deck and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Guests can enjoy a meal at one of the several onsite outlets, including the brand new Oasis Restaurant and Bar located poolside which features great food and refreshing beverages. The Sundial Cafe and Joffrey's Coffee Shop located in the hotel lobby offer the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack. The LakeView Restaurant, open daily offers a mouthwatering breakfast buffet with all your favorites including Mickey Mouse waffles!

You get what you pay for here. It’s a decent hotel. Clean and in a very good location. Easy walk to Disney Springs. The only thing that really bummed me out is they do not take grocery orders if you’re not there. I understand not being able to store cold items, but I had a small target delivery that included medication I needed. The poor woman was turned away because I wasn’t there yet and she had to take it all back to the store. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels at Disney and this is the first that has ever done this.

Clean hotel! So close to Disney springs! It only took us about 5 minutes to walk from here to Disney Springs. Next time we are looking for a hotel that’s not a Disney hotel we will be booking here again! Parking can be a little confusing if you plan on driving.

My Disappointing Stay at Wyndham Lake Buena VistaMy recent stay at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. After a long drive from Philadelphia to Florida, my wife and I were initially greeted with a warm welcome, which gave us a positive first impression. However, this quickly deteriorated.Upon arrival, the two desk clerks informed us that the only room available for early check-in was next to the elevator. They even advised against it, noting it wasn't ideal for light sleepers. Appreciating their honesty, I opted to wait for a better room. We spent a few hours at Disney Springs, and were later notified that our room was ready. However, we were dismayed to find that it was, in fact, the room next to the elevator – and not the lake view room we had paid extra for.Exhausted from our journey, we decided to unpack, hoping the noise wouldn't be too disruptive. Unfortunately, the noise was awful. When I contacted guest services, they offered to move us, but we were simply too tired to relocate that evening.The next day, I checked past reservations and the hotel website, and found that there was a significant price difference (around $20 per night) between a lake view king room and a standard view. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff insisted that the parking lot view we had was considered a "lake view," which was simply untrue.The situation worsened when, with only one day left in our stay, the hotel called to offer us a lake view room – after we had already settled in and I had invested in soundproof earplugs to cope with the noise. This offer was not only poorly timed but also highlighted the hotel's lack of attention to our initial request and the issues we had already raised.While the hotel appeared to be well-maintained and the rooms were nice (if you get the room you actually booked), the series of errors, misrepresentations, and poor handling of our concerns made this one of the worst hotel stays of my life. I will not be staying at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista again.

Great resort and amenities! I have stayed here multiple times and they are always able to accommodate me to check in early. Especially love the shuttles to the theme parks. This hotel is great and in close proximity to the parks making it super convenient.

Overall, the stay was great. People are friendly. The pool is nice, a little cold but nice. I did request an upper-level floor and was not accommodated. I also did not get Wyndham rewards good bag. Parking is pricey for a weeklong stay. Otherwise, all things were good.
