My husband visited Pigeon Forge for our 10th Anniversary. On our 5th day here, we visited Big Top Arcade. We started with 2 $25 cards. Scot swung by several times to make sure we were having the best time. By the time we left, we spent around $200.00, and boy was it worth every penny.Its safe to say that with everything we had done before this day paled in comparison. Scot made sure that we had so much fun, which made us feel like young teenagers again ,playing arcade games

Scot at Big Top Arcade literally made my sons entire birthday! He loves arcades and usually leaves disappointed but Scot went out of his way to make him feel special. It brings me to tears now talking about. Thank you so much Scot you are an incredible person and personified what customer service should be!!

We enjoyed ourselves so much it was like being a kid again! The establishment was clean the staff was amazing everyone was so friendly.The Big Top Arcade will definately be a go to everytime we visit Pigeon Forge.
