This could be a fabulous hotel, the entrance is beautiful, but everywhere else is very basic. The pool area was very uninviting. It’s such a shame as this is something we were really looking forward to. The room was spacious, light. But very dated. I was unsure why towels were left outside our room one evening. The breakfast was very basic, self service and you had the clear away your own stuff. We went once, and decided to have breakfast out the rest of the time.

There was a music convention of some sorts for teenagers and I wish I would have known as noise was throughout even with parents there. Then there were proms on two nights Walls are thin and drunk people you could here them Wish they would have informed me prior to booking about larger events and noise that comes with it Water pressure wasn’t good, there was water damage and a bubble on the wall

The hotel was in an excellent location. Nice atmosphere. Bathroom in room was really small. TV really wasn’t working that great. Internet was doing a lot of buffering. Air conditioning was very noisy. Hotel was clean except for the pool. Apparently some problems with a film on the water and very cloudy. Room prices were a little high and very expensive fees for pets. $40 per animal per night and $250 refundable pet deposit. The free breakfast was a little disappointing. One thing I don’t understand with hotels is why do they serve the worst coffee in the world? Especially when you are paying $200 a night.

Friendly staff, the woman who checked me in was the BEST! Clean rooms, comfy beds and great showers. The pool. Hot tub and fire pit were fabulous and 24 hours as well as beautiful. The kids lived the air hockey table (free) as well as free popcorn every night and movie at the pool. Breakfast sucked though.

After going to this hotel for atleast past 10 years 2x a year we will not be back! The first night we checked in using price match from priceline simply showed them my phone they honored the price awesome ...we checked out next day to travel somewhere else then ended up coming back into pigeon forge for dinner so we decided to check back into Ramsey suddenly their policy changed from previous night they need a manager to approve price match told us to wait in lobby (1st off humiliating we waited 30 minutes) front desk came out to tell us manager declined price match so we said fine we will just pay full price (we were tired ready to rest) went to desk and she said we actually dont have any rooms available now 🤡 😡 so YOU told us to wait on a manager then "sold your last room" 🙄 ...not to mention the breakfast buffet options had been cut in half since last year (apparently under new ownership)
