"Pictures are deceiving"
June 2018
We arrived at the hotel looking for the grand pictures seen on the internet. Our room had bad spots in the ceiling and construction was all around us. Look before you leap!

"Very disappointed."

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. We paid $550 for our stay and had a certain expectation for the quality of the hotel, as the Ramsey portrays their establishment to be very nice. We were disappointed in our stay to say the least. The hotel wasn’t nearly as nice as we had been led to believe. In addition, I left some jewelry on the nightstand when we checked out. I called 4 hours after we left on Sunday & was told that the front desk attendant would submit a claim to lost & found with house keeping & that I could expect to hear from someone in a day or two. After a week of waiting for an update, I called a second time the following Monday. Was sent to voicemail & still have yet to hear back from anyone another 7 days later. I’ve waited a total of 15 days & can’t get a single person to call me back. Even if they didn’t find the jewelry (although I know exactly where I left it), all it takes is a simple phone call to let me know that.

Me and my daughter stayed there, the first thing that caught my attention on check in was the wonderful Christian music playing in the lobby, I love that cause I love Jesus, it is a Christian based hotel, which I Love, plus they took our temperatures and accessed us for covid before allowing us to stay which made me feel really safe, the staff was all nice and polite, they popped popcorn in the evening, it was delicious, we planned on eating breakfast at the old mill the next morning but decided to check out the hotels grab and go breakfast expecting it to be only cereal but wow it was scrambled eggs, sausage links, bisquit, gravy, fruit cup and a blueberry muffin and it was delicious we took it back to our room to eat,the rooms and all was clean as a pin, the clean with clorox which kills out any covid germs I would definitely stay again

"Ramsey Hotel anniversary"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

Such great service. Decided to take my wife up to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for our 6th anniversary. Original plans were cancelled due to the pandemic but this was just as good. On my reservation I advised it was for my anniversary. As soon as we got out of the car we were greeted(safely-social distance), and helped to our room. We had roses on the floor and the room was great. The management left their cell phone numbers for any issues. If you go to this hotel and you have any issues or room problems, all you had to do was let them know and they were at your room in less than 5-10 minutes and it was fixed. Management was extremely helpful and involved. Highly recommend this hotel if you go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, it is toward the end of the Parkway so it is perfect for both locations.
