  • Pet Policy: The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog-Friendly Hotel that welcomes up to 40 lbs of small dogs only. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Guests who reside in local East Tennessee counties, including but not limited to Blount, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, and Sevier may be subject to a $250 incidental deposit.
  • Guests with vehicles towing a trailer must contact the property in advance. Parking for vehicles with trailers is limited to 1 space per room, and trailers cannot exceed 24 feet (7.3 meters) in length. There is a fee of USD 75 (tax not included) for trailer parking. Due to any unforeseen circumstances at the time of your stay, trailer parking may be subject to availability.

I was at the Ramsey Hotel and convention center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for the NFLCC fishing lure trade show, and I really enjoyed my stay there because of the hospitality of the employees and the beauty of the hotel. The girls behind the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the girls working in the restaurant area made my stay extra enjoyable especially Judy the hostess, who greets you even early in the morning with such a smile and kindness. Edna, who also works there was the same way, always smiling and willing to help you! I loved my stay there and I really enjoyed the fireplace in the main lobby with couches that you could sit at and they provide free hot tea, hot coffee, hot chocolate and water all day. The cleaning people were always there everyday ready to supply you with clean towels etc. or clean anything you needed fone. They were wonderful too. I'm glad the NFLCC FISHING LURE show is held there every year in early January. There is a beautiful pool with a waterfall too!

The hotel was nice and clean. The decor in the room was nice. The laminate floors were good. So much better than dirty carpet. Sound carries a lot through the rooms and halls though. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was really good. Judy was the hostess. She’s adorable and was the sweetest hostess we could have ever asked for.
