"Expensive - Short Staffed - Cleaning Subpar - Breakfast was horrible"
July 2021
The cost of the room per night was over 200 dollars meaning that everything should have been perfect, instead of being a thin walled, marginally clean, heavy mold in tub and shower and stains on the thin comforter on the bed. Breakfast was awful, better food at a comfort inn. They ran out of food and what was there was really not fit to eat. Staff at desk were pleasant working long shifts with few resources to address the cleaning issues. The cleaning practices were deficient. We reported the mold and were told they would clean it and they did not. While the room was wiped down and new towels put in our room the morning after check in the mold was never taken care of while we were there. Cleanliness upon check in was negligible. Very Expensive per night walls are very thin! It was loud in our room and we had to clean it ourselves.

"Hopefully, Just Bad Timing"
June 2021
We had a three night reservation at the Ramsey with two day tickets to Dollywood. We were scheduled to check in on a Wednesday evening and we were traveling with our two year old grandson. Once we got to the hotel, we were told that their cleaning staff had all quit that day and that all of the rooms were running late in being assigned. We did not get our room until 10:30 p.m. that night and that was after several, several trips up to the checkin desk and I finally had to get almost ugly about the fact that we were traveling with a two year old that needed to get to bed. Upon receiving our room, I specifically asked if this situation would affect our room being cleaned the next few days and was told that, no, they had another agency coming in the next morning. We checked out on Saturday morning and during those three days, no one entered our room to clean, give fresh towels, empty trash, etc. All that was done, we had to do. Upon checkout, I spoke to the manager about this and called Tripster and reported this situation. I was told by both that I would be receiving a partial refund. I will update this review when that occurs just to be fair to both parties. I will say that the breakfast buffet was very nice every morning.

"Pictures are deceiving"
June 2018
We arrived at the hotel looking for the grand pictures seen on the internet. Our room had bad spots in the ceiling and construction was all around us. Look before you leap!
