  • Pet Policy: The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog-Friendly Hotel that welcomes up to 40 lbs of small dogs only. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Guests who reside in local East Tennessee counties, including but not limited to Blount, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, and Sevier may be subject to a $250 incidental deposit.
  • Guests with vehicles towing a trailer must contact the property in advance. Parking for vehicles with trailers is limited to 1 space per room, and trailers cannot exceed 24 feet (7.3 meters) in length. There is a fee of USD 75 (tax not included) for trailer parking. Due to any unforeseen circumstances at the time of your stay, trailer parking may be subject to availability.

My family and I went to celebrate my grandson's eleventh birthday ! Thank you to Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center staff . When we walked into our room there was a birthday card for my grandson and wow! What a plesant surprise . You helped to make my grandson's birthday so special . What a beautiful center and so many awesome activities also the movie with pop corn around the heated pool and hot tub. Also a wonderful breakfast bar with great service . Ramsey Hotel and Convetion Center you really know how to serve your guest with kindness and cleanlessness . From our family to yours , thank you !

I would like to say this place has many challenges. Over the years the quality of the free breakfast has diminished drastically. And our particular room , there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the telephone did not work, the remote was held together by stickers, do not look like they've cleaned that room in the last year besides , a very basic vacuum that probably needs to be replaced, trash cans need to be cleaned along with the fridge, probably my biggest issue is you can hear everything in the next room.And especially from the hallway. How to use my cell phone to call the front office to complain. After being told someone would come and take care of people partying in the hallway. No.Help from the staff, i will look elsewhere for my next visit.And I suggest you do the same.
