Approximately 2.4 miles drive from Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country, this all-suite property offers accommodations that suit your vacation needs. The hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool, complimentary hot breakfast, free parking, a game room, laundry facilities, and rooms with kitchenettes. Each kitchenette offers refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and dishwashers.

For guests going to Dollywood, a trolley stop is at the entrance to the KOA campground right beside All Season Suites.

This is a great hotel because it is so convenient to restaurants like the Old Mill and just a few miles down the road from Dollywood. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of room. Nice and quiet. Easy access at a stop light. Would recommend to friends. I stayed here several years ago and it is even better than it was then.

The GM Harsh used my card to book 2 suites . Unpon arrival desk clerk told me I owed for 2 suites , The first one I booked on the phone with this hotel I had to put down $379 rounded up, but the second room only had a $236 down payment, I refused the extra room at check in and the insisted I wait until check out and my card would be refunded $236 ! Well at checkout GMHarsh ripped off senior citizens, cause GM thinks us Americans are stupid and wouldn’t check paperwork which states All Seasons Suite made this reservation, stolen from my card info and pocketed a senior citizen hard earned money . Breakfast was a joke , water scrambled eggs , only enough gray to put 1 under cooked biscuits, so they can use left overs for tomorrow, already cooked sausage, still cold , and everyone had to use the same gallon milk jug , one whole milk gallon jug , 2% in a gallon jug used by everyone ! Maybe the waffles where good but ya had to wait in line so long cause it was the only hot item offered for breakfast (gotta watch those profit margins) DO NOT BOOK HERE OR GIVE ANYONE THAT WORKS THERE YOUR CARD INFO ! Cause you card and info will be breached ! -100 stars -100 yes that is a negative one hundred 💯 RIP OFF !

The best compliment we can use is that we will definitely be staying here again. Except for the sofa, the room was very comfortable. The hotel was safe, clean, and most importantly it was quiet.
