Each kitchenette offers refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and dishwashers.

For guests going to Dollywood, a trolley stop is at the entrance to the KOA campground right beside All Season Suites.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay while in Pigeon Forge. We have seen this motel go downhill over the last couple of years. Basically our room was clean but there was really bad rust on the tub faucet and tub drain. There was dirt, possibly mold around the edge of the tub and around the baseboard in the bathroom. The couch cushions were worn out and sat very low. The extra chair in the living area needed cleaned. The kitchen was ok and the bedroom was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our visit was “OK” but this motel needs a lot of updating, especially the bathroom, it was awful. The breakfast was the usual motel food, adequate, but nothing special. We have always loved the spaciousness of the rooms but not sure we will continue to stay there unless changes are made.

Roaches! Disgusting. For $230 a night I never would have expected roaches. All around bad. They charged me over $100 more than what I was told it cost. When I went to the front desk and told them they had roaches they acted like it was perfectly normal. We left they did refund me the money for the night we didn’t stay but I had to argue to get a small refund on the night we were there awake all night because roaches. Black mold on the ceiling also. Just yuck

We had a two bedroom suite with each having their own bathroom. The room was great and shower pressure was good. The kitchen had all we needed for our stay and the WiFi was good. The rooms were clean and well maintained EXCEPT for the beds. The mattresses were very hard and worn and pillows flat. I would agree with the 8 start rating for the room but the beds would be no more than a 3. I advised the front desk about the beds upon check out and she said would pass it on to management. It is a shame for the poor beds to drag down the otherwise great rooms.

The room was spacious for our large family of 6. Loved the kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The room is outdated. The sleeper sofa (which was needed for our large party) was old and worn out. The bedding was old and made our skin itchy. The room holds 6 but was only given 3 wash clothes. When asking for another blanket and more wash clothes at the front desk, we were only given towels and wash clothes. The walls needed repainting and the bathtub/shower replaced. Just needs an overhaul but then I’m sure they would charge more per night. Price was responsible and location was great, just needs some updating before it gets too bad.
