The first night we were put in a very bad room but after discussions with manager moved to a very good room with access to the stream. This is why the rating is a 4.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, would be better if it offered free breakfast but overall good stay for the price! Would stay here again!

"DON'T DO IT!!!!!"
December 2018
We will not stay at this hotel again. From the probable drug dealer that was lurking in the parking lot every evening to the fact that there was not one table in the room-they had pulled the only chair beside the bed and placed the telephone and TV remove in the seat of the chair. We had to turn the garbage can over and use it for a small table. There was a large mystery stain on the carpet. The morning we left, the office did not open at the time they were supposed to so we left our key card in the key card box and could left and could not leave a complaint.

"Upgrade from this motel"
October 2018
Had to wait to get in our room on the first day while housekeeper on her phone. Room not very clean and door left open when we did get in. Very small room. Then housekeeper never cleaned our room the second night or brought new towels or wash clothes.

"Budget Friendly Room"

From the time I checked in until the time that I left, my experience was very good. Check in was quick and easy. The room was better than I expected and was cleaned every day like it should be. The staff was friendly and there if you needed anything.

We reserved a 2 bedroom condo. The place was dirty and falling apart. I went to the front desk and was told someone would meet me back at the room. Nobody came. I called the front desk about half an hour later and was told maintenance would be at my room in 30-45 minutes. THREE HOURS LATER, NO ONE HAD SHOWED UP! When I called yet again, I was told maintenance had left for the day. Finally, a woman came to the room to "see what happened"... After seeing the dirty tissues and trash on the floor and the door knobs falling off, she offered to clean the room and give us a $50 discount for our $300 condo. Had I not waited over three hours for someone to address my concerns, this would have been acceptable, however, I came to Pigeon Forge to have an enjoyable weekend with my family and was forced to stay in the filthy room waiting for employees who had no intention of showing up. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

"Not a clean place, not for families"

My wife and I have stayed in this cabin owned by the hotel for the past six years. Every year we find the place more and more run down. The place is now a dump. Trash laying everywhere, outdated and nasty. Springs popping out of sofa bed. Screens are ripped. Doors are rotted. They do not provide toiletries so bring your own. One gentleman found a needle in his room and he had a 3 year old kid with him. This place is not for families so steer clear!!!! This was our last stay. We will find a new place this spring.

At first we walked in and thought this is okay. Than we find the food still on the floor from previous people. Go to call front desk and there’s no cord on the phone. Internet won’t hook up so they have us call there internet company so we can get hooked up. You have to pay for your ice than when we put the quarter in the machine doesn’t give you ice. I make coffee take a sip just takes like warm water so I go to empty out the filter basket and find a worm in the basket. Worst stay ever. We’ve been to many other inexpensive hotels in pigeon forge that kept the rooms very clean.

My four close friends and I decided to take a trip to Pigeon Forge for my friend Jades birthday. This hotel was chosen for two reasons, the other nearby hotels were already full because we booked late, and it was the weekend between Christmas and New Years. Some nicer hotels in the area require you to be 21 or older to check in, this one did not. Prices were higher because of the high demand for the holiday season. I paid a total of $210.66 for one night in this hotel. Upon arrival, they were able to get us into our room 25 minutes early! Although, the room was outdated, grungy and had a very potent smell of cigarettes (note this was a nonsmoking room). The WiFi was unusable. The mirrors were grimy, the furniture was heavily worn, the tub was very stained, and there was mold in the bathroom. On the positive side, the location was perfect, the desk service was pleasant, and the beds were made up nicely when we arrived.
