Wonderful place! The only complaint is a guy working there by the name of Caleb He was rude made us feel like we needed to hurry up and leave yes we went in at 8:00 and they close at 9 but I paid for an hour jump for my son so Mr. Caleb you need not to stand around huffing and slapping the wall as to say I’m ready for you to leave I want to go home (sorry bud it’s called a job) I even thought he was rude to his coworker who was talking to me and answering a question once again Mr Caleb when a employee is talking to a customer don’t be rude and come up to him and say get finished vacuuming ummm he’s showing customer service and made me feel very comfortable unlike you I’m only giving it 3 stars due to they need to train there people better or hire ones that do! I did speak to the manager as I was leaving and she did apologize

Well worth the money's a Sky Zone on crack. They had a great area for smaller kids away from the older ones, course (timed), dodge ball, basketball, and more.....I loved the walls you can clime there were so many options!! It was well worth the $18 for and hour (which i think we actually got a little longer than that)!!! The cashier guy was kind of an idiot but you get that..... wasn't enough to stop us from going back. He was probably in high school and doesn't know any manners or how to communicate. ... lol

I’ve been to Top Jump probably 6 times now, and loved every trip there. It’s a fun place for teenagers, since there’s usually not a lot of little kids there. There’s also rock climbing, an arcade, and a candy shop. It’s one of the funnest places in Pigeon Forge!
