"Kids had a great time as well as adults!"

Visited this location May 25, 2019. Came in filled out waiver decided what we wanted and waited at the desk for service. Took a little time to get somebody to help us because the staff was conversing with each other. Once the staff member helped us it was very easy and explained very well. The kids watched a short informational video and then went on to the trampolines. While the kids jumped they had staff over looking all of the kids and watching which made us feel good. While the kids jumped we went and played in the arcade. I like that you can buy all you can play because as adults we were just looking to keep busy while the kids were jumping. Would highly recommend to take the kids and keep them occupied and have fun. Nicely priced.

We were excited to bring our 2 year old and 3 year old to this trampoline park a couple of weeks ago during our stay in Pigeon Forge. We went on a Sunday and while the front desk worker was emotionless and not friendly, she wasn’t exactly rude and my toddlers had a great time. We decided to bring them again for the last stop on our trip before we headed back home. This time we had a different experience. I have never in my life encountered such a rude and snooty employee in any business I have ever been to. My husband and I are friendly people and this woman had NO reason to be rude to us. I come from a family of business owners and so I understand that the #1 most important thing about running a business is having friendly customer service. This woman immediately made us feel unwelcome and like we were a nuisance to her. If my kids hadn’t been so excited to play we would have turned right back around and walked out the door. We then were told to wait in the small safety room to watch the safety video (that we had already watched 3 days prior). We were just told to wait so we tried to keep 2 small toddlers contained in this boring room while they can look out the window and see other kids jumping. After about 5 minutes we step out and let the front desk know the video wasn’t playing. They just said they would “play it in a few minutes”. After about 10 more minutes it still wasn’t playing so by this point I’m fuming but keep my composure and step out and ask about the video again. The worker says since we got there at 12:05 and the next jump time doesn’t start until 12:30 we had to wait until 12:25 to watch the movie. Do you know how hard it is to keep 2 toddlers in an empty room for 20 minutes when they know they are going to go play and can see other kids playing? So I tell her that I wish I would have known that and we wouldn’t have paid for them to jump and went somewhere else but I couldn’t disappoint them at this point so we stayed and kept waiting on the video. Finally they played it and we were able to let them go play. They had a great time and that’s why we were there so I guess it wasn’t a waste of money. When we left I almost accidentally went out the wrong door and the same worker rudely shouted at me. Obviously it was an accident but this woman apparently is just a miserable person who has to be rude in all her interactions with customers. We will NOT be back.

"The best trampoline park"

This is the best trampoline park I have been to it was clean and didn't stink like other parks I've been to.the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had like why did they need shoes for fire and ice it's because they can get hurt really bad and they need to run up a ten foot wall.they do have a lot of rules like no running or setting down and no back flips into the air bag but the staff was great they told the kids not to do something smiled at them then walked away.we went when it was busy so my nephew couldn't play with his cousins but he still had fun in the kids zone and the air bag.we will go back if we come here again well worth it.just follow the rules and you're good.

Wonderful place! The only complaint is a guy working there by the name of Caleb He was rude made us feel like we needed to hurry up and leave yes we went in at 8:00 and they close at 9 but I paid for an hour jump for my son so Mr. Caleb you need not to stand around huffing and slapping the wall as to say I’m ready for you to leave I want to go home (sorry bud it’s called a job) I even thought he was rude to his coworker who was talking to me and answering a question once again Mr Caleb when a employee is talking to a customer don’t be rude and come up to him and say get finished vacuuming ummm he’s showing customer service and made me feel very comfortable unlike you I’m only giving it 3 stars due to they need to train there people better or hire ones that do! I did speak to the manager as I was leaving and she did apologize
