Rockin' Raceway Go Karts & Arcade in Pigeon Forge, TN

We went here twice on our stay. There is a great Groupon for VR and the go carts. We had a mix up with our Groupon and one of our kids wasn’t tall enough for the VR after we were told he could. The manager went above and beyond to make things right! We were so thankful, we went from having a teary eyed little boy, to the manger handing him a 20.00 game card so he would be entertained while our other kids enjoyed the virtual reality game. The staff actually care and it’s very clean. All the games were in working order. Highly recommend!!

We enjoying going to the arcade here, usually every time we are in PF. The staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean and well lit. I don't drop $100 at an arcade and expect to walk out with a new TV, but they could improve the prizes they offer. Everything seems geared to the lower points, or if you can get a lot of points, there really isn't that much they offer (don't need a crock pot from the arcade) At our last visit, it looked like they bought out the clearance items from the Coleman Camping store. Still a great arcade.

My husband hasn't been to Pigeon Forge in such a long time that he doesn't even remember the last time. Anyways, I told him about all of the arcades and of course this is where he wanted to spend our anniversary weekend. We went to Rockin' Arcade because of the VR and we LOVED it! The VR experience is one of the best we have done because it enters you into a competition, they send a video of your game play, and it was super affordable. Shout out to Phillip who was amazingly kind and such fun to work with. You can tell he loves his job! Also Jair was great as well!

Best place in Gatlinburg!!! This is our 6th visit to rockin’ raceway and it’s always been a great experience... Ty , Ashley, Blade and all the track staff were great!! We definitely will be returning on our next trip back to the mountains.....

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here! We met with her family and played on the Willy Wonka coin drop and ended up with almost 35,000 tickets. Billy was great with helping us when the machine stalled when we were in the middle of a game and Christian was very nice with helping us decide what to choose and they were both patient when we had trouble deciding. Definitely coming back!
