Our most popular tour features 7 ziplines from 450 to 2,500 feet long! One paid admission gets you rides on all SEVEN Ziplines.

Adventure Park at Five Oaks (Sevierville, TN) is one of the hottest new attraction in the Smoky Mountain area and is conveniently located directly across from Five Oaks Tanger Outlet Mall on the Parkway.

Complete with ground-school, experienced guides and all the gear you'll need, our zip line tour will send you soaring through the hills at a price you can afford! It all starts with a ride up to our tower 1 and ends with our most thrilling line of all where you get to race your friends and family on our lines stretching over 2,500 feet long!

Due to safety concerns we cannot allow anyone who is pregnant to participate on any of our tours and riders must be at least 3 years of age and weigh between 70 - 270 pounds so momentum can get you from one end to the other with no problem. If a child 3+ weighs less than 70 pounds one of our friendly guides will go tandem with them. Please wear closed toe shoes - no opened toed shoes allowed. All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

"Perfect family fun"

Everything about our zip lining adventure at Adventure Park was wonderful. However, our guides Sky & Crystal were far and away the best part. They were funny, knowledgeable, super experienced, careful, made us feel safe and were FANTASTIC with our small children. The zip lines are so fun, and they made the whole experience worry free. Thank you adventure park for everything. The memories of seeing our girls fly through the smokies and awaken adventure in their hearts is not something we will soon forget.

"Disappointed"

Booked this attraction as a surprise for my husband's birthday on our vacation. The day of our event it rained really hard. The weather was actually really bad which to me was not safe enough to continue. Although the final print mentioned the weight requirements would lower permitting the weather it was not the same information as the properties signage posted everywhere which also allowed us not to partake in the activity. When I tried to call to see about reimbursement the agent would not sympathize because she said they only refund if it's lightning. I was really disappointed and do not plan to book through this site again.

my wife and i were on our 26th anniversary, and had the best time ever!! we did the zip line for the first time ever and had the best instructors ever logan/ chris. they were awsome and patience with us recommend highly.. thanks for a great adventure

Never tried it before. Grandson wanted to and an adult had to be in the group for him to go. City and Cliff did a fantastic job making us feel comfortable. Recommend it to anyone who just thinks they may want to try it

"Zipline and Horse back riding combo package"

Corey and Jessie the zipline instructors were phenomenal! I was the only experienced zipliner in my group. However they took time with my other family members. They had all of them feeling confident in no time. Stephanie our horse back riding guide was great to take a group of different personality women in a large group is BRAVE! Yet she never let ANY of the complaining stop her from doing her job and the rest of us from having fun! GREAT JOB TO COREY, JESSIE AND STEPANIE

Tip: Don't go during the ROD RIDER WEEK (any week in April and the first week of September) The traffic is HORRIBLE

We did a combo of horseback riding, ziplinng, and laser tag. I cannot express my appreciation to the entire staff. They were amazing. The young lady the was our horseback guide was excellent, the guides for the ziplining was amazing, and the laser tag was fun. I give it an A++

WOW, these guys are good. My wife and I did the zip today and really had a great time. My wife and I are over 65 and we had a wonderful time. I believe their names were Daniel and Randy but they were good and always very careful to make sure we were always safe.
The lines all had wonderful views.
We will do it again in the Spring.

Tip: Relax and have a great time.
