"Ok Hotel but Customer Service is Lacking"

We chose this one over the other nearby Hampton Inn for a lower price but it is definitely an older hotel. We arrived on a Sunday evening (around 7) and the person checking us in barely spoke to us. We learned upon check out that he actually never checked in one of our 2 rooms so we were charged a no show fee to the wrong credit card. I guess we should be thankful they didn't try to check someone else into our room in the middle of the night. They fixed the billing but didn't offer anything more than a cursory apology. We then put out our "do not disturb sign" as we didn't want housekeeping to be in our room while we were gone. Housekeeping went into our room anyway and didn't close our room door fully. Our hotel room door remained open for all day while we were gone. Again we got another cursory apology but no remedies. Breakfast was adequate and staff at breakfast did a great job but there was not much seating for breakfast as you actually eat in the middle of the lobby. The rooms were ok, definitely older, but mostly clean. All in all, I was disappointed they didn't offer us anything more than a cursory apology after our issues. I'm not sure how the other Hampton Inn nearby is but I would try that one and pay a little more before staying here again.

"Hurricane Helene help"

We have stayed here on several occasions, the hotel is always clean, staff friendly. We had reservations for the weekend Helene hit. We were without internet, power, electricity and our road washed out. I wasn't able to call and cancel but called maybe a week after when I could get to another location and explain the situation. We were not charged for the room plus the deposit was credited back. In the midst of everything going on this was a very welcome gesture.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Didn’t eat breakfast but it’s a Hampton so it’s all the same stuff. My ac was cold and my shower was hot.check in was easy and I had some medicine insta carted in the middle of the night and they held it for me. Desk clerk asked how I was feeling the next day which was sweet of her

In the whole a pleasant hotel with an okay nice and clean room, and there was a nice pool. The location is good for reaching the marvelous Great Smokey Mountains, where we went to the beautiful Cades Cove - the area around the hotel is rather noisy, though.

Family of six (2 adults- 4 teens) with 2 joined double queen rooms with a roll out bed. Pleanty of room for all of us. The Hampton Inn in Pigeon Forge off parkway is an older establishment, but it boasts plenty of character. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall experience. The pool is well-maintained and clean, though the hotel has a noticeable odor throughout. The rooms, while clean, show signs of age and could benefit from some updating. There were a few inconveniences: the ice machine was out of order, and the laundry facilities were lacking—only one washer and dryer, with the dryer door held shut by duct tape. Breakfast had its highs and lows. While there was no fresh fruit, the sausage was amazing, and the red velvet waffle mix was a delightful treat. The coffee was good, and there was a great selection of tea. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, so bringing your own is advisable. Overall, if you're looking for a place with character and friendly service, this Hampton Inn may suit your needs, but be prepared for some dated amenities and a few minor inconveniences.
