"Never again"
June 2018
So when we checked in the man that was at the desk was very rude. I think his name was Robert. When we got into our room he did call us to see if the room was ok. Nut when we got in our beds at 11:00 that night there was grit and sand at the bottom of the bed where our feet were. NEEDLESS to say we will not be staying there again.

Tip: Don't stay at that hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that will be cleaner and the employees will be nicer

"Not what it seems"
August 2016
The room was small. no vent fan in the bathroom so when the first person takes a shower, no one else is able to see through the fog. The pool is totally indoors and overly chlorinated. There is no hot tub. One jet worked in the jacuzzi. About 5 jets were broken. The jacuzzi is just part of the pool with a bench near a few jets. Big Deal. No TV guide. The breakfast was just OK. I quit eating it after the first day and just waited for lunch... somewhere else. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The outlets (number and quality) were very poor. The cleaning crew was very sweet and the kids were happy that there was free WiFi.

"Incredibly rude staff"

We had a reservation on Friday night and due to previous experience with the booking agent, we called to make sure that they had our reservation. They did not identify themself as anything other than the front desk when we called and the female was incredibly rude, speaking down to us as though she was too busy. When asked if they had our reservation she replied with NOPE. I inquired again and she repeated our name inaccurately after it had already been spelled and again said NOPE. After 3 more attempts we got her to spell it correctly and this time we were told "nope and we just booked our last room" then she hung up on us.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights using an Agoda Pre Pay. A friendly receptionist behind glass took my credit card for contingencies, signed No Smoking papers and filled out personal registration form before issuing our key cards. We walked up the long hall to Room #140. The large carpeted room had a fully outfitted bathroom with passive exhaust and tub shower, 2 comfortable queens, dresser/desk unit with small TV (50+ Direct TV channels), large refer, micro, coffee, then an easy chair. We had good closed WiFi, noisy window AC/heat fan used 1 night and an indoor pool we did not use. The 8 AM breakfast was a serviced choice to fill a grab bag of (1st morning-sausage biscuit, bagel) (2nd morning-scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit), then OJ, yogurt, muffins, cereals with 2% milk and 24 hour coffee machine. We had a very nice stay at this clean, quiet 127 room motel paying $85/night.
