"Never again"
June 2018
So when we checked in the man that was at the desk was very rude. I think his name was Robert. When we got into our room he did call us to see if the room was ok. Nut when we got in our beds at 11:00 that night there was grit and sand at the bottom of the bed where our feet were. NEEDLESS to say we will not be staying there again.

Tip: Don't stay at that hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that will be cleaner and the employees will be nicer

"Not what it seems"
August 2016
The room was small. no vent fan in the bathroom so when the first person takes a shower, no one else is able to see through the fog. The pool is totally indoors and overly chlorinated. There is no hot tub. One jet worked in the jacuzzi. About 5 jets were broken. The jacuzzi is just part of the pool with a bench near a few jets. Big Deal. No TV guide. The breakfast was just OK. I quit eating it after the first day and just waited for lunch... somewhere else. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The outlets (number and quality) were very poor. The cleaning crew was very sweet and the kids were happy that there was free WiFi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the beds were a tad hard for my liking. Also only 1 outlet seemed to work for charging the phones. and the breakfast was good. They had not breakfast with sausage biscuits gravy eggs and Waffles along with the typical Bagels cereal.

We stayed here for the Easter weekend and while the rooms open out onto the parking lot, they were clean, the walkways were well maintained, and the area was well lit. We've stayed in a variety of hotels in this area and this one is fairly average. Breakfast area is cramped, but is monitored by hotel staff. Items weren't refilled quickly, but staff was happy to grab things for you if they were out of it. Staff was extremely attentive to several elderly couples with mobility issues and it was really nice to see the car they took.

I love this hotel, the rooms are very clean and neat. The beds are clean and even have a mattress cover on them. They are located near everything that is on the parkway. The staff is super sweet. The breakfast is also wonderful along with the kitchen staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Pigeon Forge.

"CLEAN! Wonderful staff, nice room, impressive breakfast."

We were very pleased with the facility and our stay. My only "negative" comment would be that the facility looks a bit dated in places (certain small bathroom fixtures, vents, and such.) That being said, it's also apparent that there are updates in the works, but the hotel isn't in a construction mess. The beds were comfy, the sheets and towels were nice and soft, abundance of pillows/linens. The bathroom was older looking, but spotless. My husband works in pest control so the first thing he always does is throw back the covers, lift the mattress and inspect baseboards for bed bugs. Everything was spotless. Not a stain or spot anywhere. No sign of critters! Staff was friendly and professional. Very nice indoor heated pool area. Impressive breakfast. Yummy biscuits and gravy! (Not your typical hard biscuit and flavorless gravy hotel breakfast fair, to be certain!) If you want a beautiful, posh, upscale hotel then keep looking, but if you need a nice, middle of the road, clean and friendly place to crash you won't go wrong here!
