Easy to order from, just print from email and show at venue. They had only been open couple of days. Nice interactive app as you go through. Great price and perks like picture packages and downloads. Staff was very helpful and nice. Very affordable. Loved it!

Cool exterior, the kids couldn’t stop talking about it. Once inside , it’s a little pricey, Knut it was fun. There is an app to download and you have to find stars to scan and it shows an animal on the star. You try to collect them all as you go through. The kids loved all the virtual reality stuff, and mom and I liked some of the history stuff with jfk, oj, Jon Benet, etc. overall we had a good time, but like everything else in Pigeon Forge, it’s overpriced.

Judging by the look of the building and the description on the website I thought Beyond the Lens would be very entertaining. It wasn't. It was almost boring. The best part was the photo shoot areas that you can pose and have your pictures taken and uploaded to a QR card. I thought that was amazing... until the end when I was approached by staff telling me that I'd have to pay $37 per photo... did I not pay a ton for admission already?! My advice - save your money. You can google all of the exhibits shown in this museum for free.

I will admit we went as a couple and didn't have our kids but we didn't care for it at all. Displays like Michael Jackson in a barometric tank sleeping was silly. The manoquine was so cheat looking and I'm pretty sure the wig was used. It was all messy. Displays were just cheap. Glad people liked it but I think there are so many better places to spend your money in Pigeon Forge

This was my favorite thing we did while in town. There’s an interactive picture game you can play along the way and take pictures and at the end you’ll get a prize. Inside there’s so many things to do and see! Great for people of all ages!

Cool place. Lots of National Enquirer type stuff, lots of opportunities to take one of a kind selfies, plus cool interactive stuff like 2 minute escape games, game shows, cool things to touch and learn about. You can actually lay on a bed of nails.....lay down and the attendant raise the nails under you so you can actually lay on a bed of nails, also pulleys set up so you can feel the advantages of using pulleys to lift objects......you sit in different chairs and use pulleys to lift your own body weight. Many VR activities. All staff was polite and awesome....(Carol was not pleasant at all today...maybe just an off day for the old girl) This was a cool fun place.
