Tripster Further Broadens Integrations with Addition of Tour & Activity Channel Manager, Rezdy

Partnership Provides 2-Way Connectivity for Tour Operators

St. Louis, Missouri – June 15, 2017 – Tripster, announces its full integration with Rezdy, the world’s leading B2B online distribution and reservation platform provider.  The integration permits Tripster and Rezdy’s “like” operators to dynamically manage their Tripster account through content, rates, and inventory provided through Rezdy.  This connectivity reduces management time for Tripster 0perators while providing customers with more accurate and timely reservation paths.

“We couldn’t be more excited about our new connectivity with Rezdy,” explained John Johnson, President and CEO of Tripster.  “Our tour and activity operators are equally excited they can benefit from our vacation packaging without the added effort of managing yet another extranet.”

The two companies cater to tour and activity markets and share clients in many of Tripster’s North American destinations, including Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York City, to name a few.  Where Rezdy provides reservation management in a B2B environment, Tripster provides vacationers a B2C booking engine for planning and securing reservations in 16 U.S. markets.

“In our continued effort to remain the largest tour and activity distribution network, it only made sense to partner with Tripster,” stated Simon Lenoir, Co-Founder and CEO of Rezdy.  “Their destination driven consumer sales strategy represents a great opportunity for our North American operators, where they have the presence to distribute even more products.”

Rezdy, launched in 2011, provides online booking and distribution solutions to more than 2,200 suppliers in 88 countries. The company currently generates over $1 Billion in annual bookings to more than 45,000 activities and things to do.  Rezdy’s North American operation is headquartered in Las Vegas and has its corporate offices in Sydney, Australia.

Tripster Integrates with Gateway Ticketing Systems Platform, Galaxy Connect

Featuring Direct-to-Gate Reservation Fulfillment

St. Louis, Missouri – June 6, 2017 –Tripster, a destination-specific, vacation planning and booking service showcasing more than 700 shows, attractions, theme parks, amusements, activities and tours across 15 popular U.S. markets, today deployed final integration with Galaxy Connect™, an innovative technology offered by Gateway Ticketing Systems®. This cloud-based platform streamlines the reservation path for travel suppliers by dynamically managing availability, delivering bookings and ticket redemption.  At the same time, consumers benefit from instant and reliable confirmation, as well as direct-to-gate e-tickets.

“With our continued expansion into new markets, we discovered more and more attractions using Gateway solutions,” stated John Johnson, President of Tripster.  “We have successfully worked with Gateway products for a number of years and we are excited to be a part of their new cloud-based integration solution.”

Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Gateway has developed and provided ticketing solution software in the attractions segment for nearly 30 years.  These solutions include onsite and online ticketing, admission control, retail and food & beverage sales, and customer relationship management, among many other related services.   Last year, Gateway launched its  cloud-based platform, Galaxy Connect, which enables attractions to more effectively contract and distribute its tickets to third-party resellers, such as Tripster.

“It’s great to have a partner like Reserve Direct  as an early adopter of Galaxy Connect since they feature many of our clients in the destinations they serve,” expressed Scott Lobaugh, Gateway’s Director of Business Development.  “The partnership allows our mutual supplier partners to provide direct-to-gate experience to the end customers while alleviating the operational costs of voucher redemption.”

This marks the third major integration project for Tripster in the past 12 months, including its integrations with tour and activity provider, FareHarbor, and hospitality solutions provider, Sabre.  As a one-stop-shop for vacation packaging, Tripster works to bring together multiple platforms into a single booking path for the consumer.  With that, the company anticipates more connectivity development in the near future.
