Tour and Activity Partners of Ingresso Can Now Benefit from a New Dynamic Integration with Tripster

Las Vegas, Nevada, December 7, 2021 – The U.S.-based online travel agency, Tripster, is pleased to partner with Ingresso, a global distribution platform that connects customers with the world’s best entertainment content. The partnership allows end-to-end connectivity for travel operators to dynamically manage their resell accounts, including rates and availability as well as digital fulfillment. The two tour and activity-based services can now more proficiently manage fulfillment for mutual operators.

Ingresso, a channel management service for tour and activity operators, provides ticketing technology through seamless distribution between travel products and resell agencies. The company, owned by Accesso, operates worldwide and has previously connected with online travel agencies such as Viator, GetYourGuide and Tiqets.

The partnership adds to Tripster’s growing list of connectivity partners that now include Redeam, Rezdy, FareHarbor and Galaxy Connect. As Ingresso’s distribution system seamlessly integrates with global ticketing systems, Tripster strengthens its growing access to potential customers. 

What separates Tripster from other activity resellers is its ability to package experiences with lodging. Lodging suppliers can maximize sales by utilizing Tripster’s packaging service that bundles their room with activities. To that end, other hotel equivalent channel managers that have connected with Tripster include Sabre Synxis, TravelClick, Siteminder and property management systems.

The connectivity with Ingresso reduces management time for Tripster operators while providing customers with more accurate and efficient reservations. This direct feed of traveler supplier data enhances the experience for suppliers as real-time data exchange improves the accuracy of pricing and availability.
