What are the hours of operation?
Hours vary per tour. Typically, buses run 8am to 9pm, but some tours end earlier in the day. You can call the number listed on your E-ticket for specific tour times.


Where do I exchange my E-ticket voucher?
You can exchange the voucher at two locations: 2 E 42 St or 892 9th Ave, off of 58 st.


Are your vehicles handicapped accessible?
No. At this present time we do not have an ADA equipped vehicle but many of our tour buses have accessible lower levels for anyone needing access.


Do the buses operate in the rain?
Yes, rain or shine our double decker buses run on a regular schedule. We offer complimentary ponchos on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the option to travel in the bottom, covered half of our double decker buses.


What does Hop on Hop off mean?
Hop on/Hop off means you can hop off the bus at any one of its stops (locations are listed on the map), explore as much as you like then hop back on the next bus at one of the stops depicted on the map. You have unlimited hop on/ hop offs during the hours specified for each tour. Buses run every 20-30 minutes.


Are children under 3 years of age free?
Yes, they travel complimentary and will sit on an adults lap.


How long does each tour take?
The Downtown Tour, Uptown Tour, Night Tour and Brooklyn Tour takes approximately 2.5 hours each. The New York Water tours takes about 75 minutes and the bike rental is 1 hour.
