"I highly recommend this hotel"

I stayed here 2 nights the end of May 2025. It was excellent. The front attendants are so very welcoming and they were helpful throughout my stay. It is a wonderful location next to Grand Central Station and an easy walk to MOMA, St Paul's Cathedral and Rockefeller Plaza. Many restaurants in the surrounding blocks. The rooms are clean. The shower is great. There is a wonderful lounge/terrace on the top floor with views, coffee, tea and spaces to relax or meet with friends.

My mom and I were here for 12 nights from mid to the end of may. We had a great time! All of the staff we dealt with was very friendly and welcoming. Great service all together. The only thing that could have been a bit better is the consistency of when the housekeeping cleans the room. Sometimes they came before 11am, sometimes after4pm, which threw off us once. But as I mentioned, overall a great hotel for a really fair price! I would stay here again on my next trip to NYC.

Club Quarters is in a perfect location around to everything especially all the theatres. Check in was very smooth and was delighted to be upgraded. The room was very spacious for New York and had everything I needed. Considering the hotel is under a major refurb it was very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Love the fact you can come downstairs and grab a coffee and water machines with bottles outside your room. The standout was the team, the front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in the Club Quarters Hotel- Time Square this past weekend and the staff couldn't do enough for us- special shout out to Kelly at the front desk she was amazing, little upgrade on arrival and booking the taxi on departure. Room was clean with great amenities and had the most comfortable pillows. Thanks for having us I'm sure we will be back soon.

Ideal location for Broadway theatres, I love the drinking water stations and the complimentary tea and coffee which is always much appreciated. Additionally though the Front Desk staff must be complimented. Joanne and her colleagues are so helpful and friendly and are a real credit to the hotel.
