Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome at no cost! You may have one dog up to 25 lbs per room per stay. Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier in public areas and are not permitted in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Please ensure your dog is not left unattended in your room and is up to date on all vaccinations, as proof may be requested.

Staff was exceptional - friendly, courteous, and so helpful. Space was clean and felt very open. Could tell was recently updated. Easy access to Broadway. The hotel was everything we needed!

Easy, fast, & friendly booking/check-in process. Lovely, clean, modern room. Fast/simple wifi connection with an easy process to connect my phone to the room's flat screen TV, making streaming movies/videos watchable during my stay.

This was my second time staying at a Club Quarters brand hotel and I’m very happy I stayed with this chain. It’s refreshing to trust a company with your experience especially when it’s costly in a big city. Club quarters is a safe and welcoming environment & I will continue to stay here and provide my business. I stayed at Club Quarters world trade centre in Oct of 2024 which is how I was lead to the Midtown location. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, and overall elite for a city stay. I will say this location was more dated but that was obviously because the building was older. Did not hinder my experience! The room was small, but I did not come to NYC to stay in my room so I didn’t really care. This location is PRIME TIME!!!! 5 mins away from Times Square, lots of subway stops & seconds from some of the worlds best food. My advice, spend the money and stay here you can’t beat the location. The bonus to this chain is the customer closets on each floor with shower caps and whatnot. So helpful when you need to travel light with the ever changing airline policies.

Clean hotel, well maintained, friendly staff. Love the lobby location, which was quiet, cozy, and separate from the check-in area. Free coffee, water. Great location. Noise was not an issue from our 10th floor room.

The location is good, but the room experience is too bad. The photos when you choose the type of room do not correspond to reality, and it is also too expensive compared to other nearby hotels, even chains like Marriott or Hilton.
