Park Terrace Hotel in New York, NY

The Park Terrace Hotel by Bryant Park provided an unforgettable overnight experience, with Arlette and Yio, among a few others at the front desk delivering top-notch service marked by kindness and professionalism. Further enhancing our stay were Zoe and her team on the 6th floor, Branch, who recommended great local spots and excursions over drinks & chacuterie, contributing to a wonderful birthday weekend for me & my fiance.

I decided to plan a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday at the Park Terrace and it did not disappoint. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Marlyn at the front desk. Although our room was not ready she kindly provided a drink voucher at their 6th floor Branch Club. Once our room was ready we were greeted with a welcome package that included popcorn, cookies, and a bottle of wine with a birthday card for my husband. Throughout the next day we shared stories about our time with Marlyn and later met her colleague David who was equally as warm and shared great conversations and stories about our stay. They truly made our time at the Park Terrace unforgettable. I wish more hotels had such a great front desk. We look forward to coming back soon!

We were arriving late in the evening, and called the hotel to hold our room. During the call my husband mentioned we were visiting to celebrate my birthday. David secured a spacious room, complete with couch and balcony overlooking the park. There was also a birthday ballon, card, and complimentary bottle of wine! The room was cleaned and refreshed daily. I cannot recommend this hotel enough- the location is perfect, the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room is comfortable and nicely designed. The Branch lounge is also beautifully designed- perfect for a coffee or cocktail, hanging out or getting work done. They’re doing things right at this hotel! We will be back!

Staff brilliant and attentive. Fantastic check in and seemless check out. Very easy to get to the hotel from Grand Central Station. We had a corner room and it was beautiful views of Bryant Park (Room 1210). Room was large and comfortable, bed and pillows to die for. Slept like a baby for six nights. Zero noise despite the fact of being in central Manhattan. So quiet and felt at home straight away. The staff made us feel at home and just the comforting feel in the room. There was a bottle of wine when we arrived at the hotel and all the amenities were just wonderful. Room was so clean, cleaners outstanding every day. Value for money exceptional for what we paid felt incredible and will definitely be booking the same hotel if we visit Manhattan again. Atmosphere wonderful and new bar area really really nice and feels posh.
