"Great Hotel"

My experience started with calling a few days before to ask if the hotel offered any transportation to the show we were attending. While the awesome attendant stated they did not offer a direct shuttle, she stated they could easily get us a taxi if needed. On the day of our stay, I called again to see if we could get into our room early before the show started. This time I spoke to another awesome attendant who took the time to see if there were other rooms available since the one we had chosen had not been checked out at the time. While there were rooms available, he recommended I stick with the one I had since it was a better room than the ones available. He was super patient and very willing to help.
Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with a smile and a quick sign-in for our room keys. The room itself was clean and spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The only hiccup we had was not being able to connect our phones to the TV, but that could have been a user error and wouldn't stop me from coming back again.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out can be arranged for a minimal charge if available at the time of check-in. For early check-in, guests will need to reserve the room night before and let the hotel know so that we can make sure your room is ready for you upon arrival. If you arrive early and a room is ready, you can also check in early free of charge. In this case, maid service will not be provided until the following day unless specifically requested and paid for.
