Park Terrace Hotel in New York, NY

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location - but what really makes it stand out is the amazing team. I want to give a very special thank you to Arlette and Yovani, who are absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made my stay feel truly special. They go above and beyond in every way, and the hotel is incredibly lucky to have them! The service from Arlette and Yovani genuinely made my experience smoother, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. They are a big part of the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all again I can’t wait for my next visit!

Staying at Park Terrace Hotel was superb from arrival to checkout. Unlike many hotels we passed along the way, Park Terrace has a loading zone for you to (un)load your vehicle without having to double park - it's an excellent detail in assuring their customers a smooth and safe area to gather their belongings. The hotel itself is very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was lovely. The beds are incredibly comfortable - I never sleep well when away from home and our stay at Park Terrace was the single exception to that expectation. The views from their 6th floor restaurant/bar/terrace are truly remarkable. And checkout was a breeze - no waiting in lines, just hand a member of their team your cards and *voila* done. We also saved a bit of money by parking our car in the garage they recommended. OH and the best part of this hotel... LOCATION. We walked everywhere, it wasn't necessary to take another mode of transportation. Located diagonally to Bryant Park (a must-visit!!), just steps away from great restaurants/bakeries/wine bars etc. Roughly 24 minute walk to Central Park and only 8 minute walk to the Lyric Theatre. There wasn't much of a need to walk any further because everything we wanted was right there. Will definitely be staying at the Park Terrace Hotel again the next time we visit NYC!

I stay at the Park Terrace every time I’m in New York, and the service is always great. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Jessica, and Arlette at the front desk. Both were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’d left home without my collar stays, and the Park Terrace even had some on hand. Arlette was kind enough to help me put them in my collar, which I really appreciated. Jessica also went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Overall, another fantastic experience. The service here is consistently excellent.

My second stay here is amazing location and spotless rooms. Arlette, Yovanni, and Hugo the bellman are incredibly kind. It’s always so nice to come back.
