Everything from the staff to the room were great. The location is very convenient with its location right behind Grand Central. Our room had a view of the Chrysler building. The staff went out of their way daily to be kind and helpful. The bed was comfy and they had good pillows. It’s a small NYC hotel room, but when you expect that, all is well. Highly recommend.

Blood on my pillow case and duvet. I didnt get another duvet to replace the bloody one. I had to use the throw in the closet. I checked out then back in for another night. Staff wasn't told and walked in my room while I was there. No knock. Tv remote power button was broken. Working from the hotel was hard to do with all the announcements and fire drills. My meetings were interrupted by this going on for so long. No full-length mirror. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. We didn't sleep well the entire stay. So we checked out early. The hotel is right across the street from the convention center and there is parking nearby.
