"Good location and value"

Very good location near Grand Central. Lots of noise and light (in, you know, a big city) so eyeshades and earplugs help if you are light- and noise-sensitive like me. Good value for the area. Professional, helpful staff. I appreciate not being nickel-and-dimed for wifi and water bottles. My bed's mattress was much too soft for me and broken down at the edge, so try it early and ask to switch if possible (I did not).

"Club Quarters Grand Central provides comfort and friendly service"

I was so pleased to stay at Club Quarters Grand Central on my recent visit to NYC. The location at East 45th Street and Lexington makes it easy to get around to Broadway theaters and major museums on the East Side--for me, the newly reopened Frick and The Met. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable and the only noise from the street outside the building was not a problem. The front desk personnel, both daytime and evening, makes this hotel very special. Each of the staff (the only name I recall was Manny in the evening) makes you feel wanted and welcome, is pleased to provide advice about restaurants in the neighborhood, and most of all made this traveler who was a solo visitor feel as though I had new friends when I came back to my home away from home. That is why I have found my favorite place to stay when I visit NYC.

I'm rating this review as 5 star, mainly for the handful of staff that were excellent. We encountered Voselyn, who made us feel very welcome, as it was our first trip to the US, we are from NZ. First trip to NYC. Helped with directions, advice, etc. We have traveled quite a bit, and she really is a standout to us, because she was so professional, yet friendly. Great to get this service.

"Great Place to Stay!"

This is our third time staying at CQ Grand Central. And we absolutely love it! Rooms are always clean and the location is great. But the reason we come back is the staff! Elias was super helpful in getting us checked in and made us feel welcomed! It felt very genuine and made our stay more accommodating.

I’m a big fan of the Club Quarters hotel chain! Like the Grand Central, NY hotel, the locations are always perfectly situated for access to major sites. The rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The club lounge with coffee/tea and maybe a city view, is always appreciated.
