Hotel Boutique at Grand Central in New York, NY

From start to finish, my stay at this hotel with my boyfriend was absolutely perfect. For starters, the location is perfect. It being right next to Grand Central is insanely convenient for travel all over NYC, and literally everything you could possibly need is steps away from the hotel, including a dispensary literally about 50 feet up the street. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Delilah was working the front desk when I checked in and out, and she was an absolute delight. She let us check in 3 hours early, no questions asked and free of charge, and explained all of the hotel’s amenities and where to find them very well during check-in. After getting our keys and heading to the room, we were met with a lovely, clean room with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and an impressively large tv for a hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were top notch. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was very nice, great shower head. It was quite literally a perfect room for 2 people for the weekend, in a perfect location, with perfect customer service. Upon checking out, Delilah extended our stay till 1:30pm free of charge (couldn’t stay longer since the room was accounted for by an incoming guest) and she stored our bags at the hotel till we were ready to fly out later that evening with no issue. I can’t stress enough that she, and the entire staff, seemed to so happy to help. I never saw a face without a smile. Some may say “that’s their job” but the fact of the matter is that they don’t have to be so kind to get the job done, and I’ve definitely stayed at hotels where I felt like a nuisance. I’m happy to say that was never the case at Hotel Boutique, and I know exactly where I’m staying the next time I’m in New York.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the EXCELLENT treatment I recently received as a Guest at the Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York, during this past MLK Holiday Weekend (January 16th through 19th). Even the check-in experience was pleasurable, as we checked-in later than expected this past Friday, January 16th. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and courteous and could tell we were tired and just wanted to relax, so he had us on our way to our room in no time. Our room was very, very nice and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. We also loved the beautiful amenities this Club Quarters Hotel had to offer. We LOVED the BEAUTIFUL 27th Floor Guest Lounge Area. Whether it be day or night, the incredible view of downtown New York from this space is breathtaking!!! The Guest Services Manager, Terence Lloyd, was OUTSTANDING in making sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay there was a memorable one!! I would recommend staying at the Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York, to ANYONE. You will ABSOLUTELY want to come back time and time again!!!

My family and I spent a long weekend at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central in New York from January 16 to January 19, 2026, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Every staff member was pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and offer great recommendations for local dining. Terence L truly went above and beyond and elevated our experience to an entirely new level. He rolled out the red carpet by ensuring our rooms were ready and fully equipped with more amenities than we could have asked for. He personally showed us where the ice machines, laundry faculties, exercise room and refillable water coolers were located, as well as the top-floor meeting space, which was perfect for our family celebration and card games. The views overlooking New York City were absolutely spectacular. Terence made sure all of our needs were met, from providing snacks to ensuring the heat was working properly for playing cards in the enclosed outdoor space overlooking the city. He also recommended excellent local eateries and helped arrange transportation for us to see the Aladdin play. The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly look forward to planning our next family weekend trip at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central and cannot wait to see Terence again and experience his outstanding service and excellence.

This was my first time at this amazing hotel. Terrence and his team were extremely hospitable. Terrence made sure we felt welcomed and even shared some point of interest here in manhattan. This team made this experience one I will never forget. I will be back! Thank you!

Stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of January in a twin room. Welcomed by Marc Anthony at reception who was extremely helpful with checking us in and explaining the amenities on offer. Was told we'd been given a room with a view but when we got to it on the 14th floor, the only view we had was of the office building opposite. I had been really excited, expecting to see the Chrysler from the bedroom window, so I asked for a room change. Because the majority of rooms at the hotel are double beds, Delilah was only able to move us up a few floors but still in the same part of the hotel. That was perfect for us though. (Floor 22) The room had more light and you could see the top of the Chrysler too! The coffee and water situation on floor 27 was taken advantage of every day which was fab. The rooms, albeit a bit of a squeeze were clean and comfortable. The Aircon was really loud and had a mind of its own but as you couldn't open our window it was a necessary must and had to be on. All in all, Club Quarters Grand Central was an ideal base and I would highly recommend it for your stay in New York.
