  • Pet Policy: Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Your dog should not be left in your guest room unattended. Please make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccinations, with proof upon request.

We came to the city from the Hudson Valley for my son's surgery. We chose Club Quarters because of its proximity to Grand Central and were so pleasantly surprised by the service and space! Our Superior room was perfect for traveling with a kiddo, with a little annex ideal for a travel crib. The staff was attentive, kind and thoughtful from check in to check out. Truly a visit with 0 complaints. Definitely will stay here again on a future trip!

"Serious incident in Club Quarters NYC Grand Central: package lost on Front Desk"

I had a terrible situation in Club Quarters NYC Grand Central ....A package was sent by Amazon to me at the hotel and was lost in the Front Desk even though I have Fedex confirmation report that was delivered to an employee from Front Desk (the package was a cel phone). The same day that Amazon reported delivered went to Front Desk and I was told that the package could not be found. I told them name of person who signed the delivered and exact time, Front Desk employee told me that the person was not there because his shift had finished and that I had to wait until next day. Next morning I went again to Front Desk and I was told that they could not found the package and that the shift of who received it started that night...but I was checking out from the hotel as I WaS leaving town that afternoon!! had I- to leave the hotel without the cel phone and without an explanation from Front Desk. Next day I called from out of town again was told the same...that they were not able to found the package, that the employee was not there, and that maybe Fedex mixed up with another package or person. Do the Hotel has a control of items with signature of the person who received them and name of recipient an room #??? Do the hotel have cameras where they can check to clarify this serious incident? Do the hotel makes themself responsible for what their employees do or not? Do the hotel have a way in which I can complaint and get the incident resolved? as the only canal I have are the same employees from Front Desk.

First room I was given was on 2nd floor which was small dark with a small high window that I couldn’t see through as im small. I was told that because I booked through a third party I didn’t get to choose my room when booking. I was moved to the 6th floor to a slightly bigger room but still dark and dreary. Carpet needs replaced and rooms are old. Coffee machine and cups in the room but no pods to make coffee. The staff were friendly especially Marco who was very helpful. Best part about the hotel is the rooftop coffee station and lounge area.
