Important Information

Pet Policy: Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. "First time staying here, and loved it"

We really enjoyed this hotel. So convenient to Grand Central for access to plenty of subway and rail lines. Walked right down 45th Street to the theater district. The staff is great. The room was comfortable and quiet (as quiet as a room in midtown Manhattan can be). And we loved the 27th floor indoor/outdoor lounge that we could access anytime! Would stay here again.

I just want to say Elias ROCKS!!!!! I wish I could have just put him in my pocket and carried him around New York with me. He is excellent at his job. I know they were fully booked, but he made me feel like I was the only guest.

I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central for two nights after a work trip, where I had been staying at a different hotel downtown, and I have to say, this felt like a real upgrade. The price was very reasonable, and my standard room was surprisingly spacious by New York standards. It had a large two-door wardrobe, a desk/dining table, and a comfortable corner seating area, not quite a full sofa, but much more than just a chair, which made it easy to both work and relax. One feature I really appreciated was the refillable water station on each floor, which was a thoughtful and convenient touch. There’s also a great lounge area open to all guests, along with a rooftop space that’s perfect for either getting some work done or just unwinding. The location is ideal; right in Midtown and within a short walk of major attractions like SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, Grand Central Station, and Rockefeller Center. The staff were excellent: always polite, smiling, and you could really sense a strong team spirit between them. Check-in and check-out were also very easy thanks to the self-service kiosks, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit and would happily recommend it.
