The hotel itself is really well located just 15 minutes walk to Times Square and felt safe in the heart of the city. Facility is well kept and they have reusable water bottles that can be filled in every floor which was a nice touch as well as the free coffee and tea with a stunning view of the Chrysler building on the 27th floor lounge. But the most amazing this about this hotel is its staff. Aside from being welcoming, and very professional with all of our needs during our stay, I must point out YOSELYN that went out of her way to help us when my husband accidentally forgot his mobile phone in the taxi which she ordered for us to the airport. Upon contacting her she got the driver to come back with my husband’s phone right before we boarder a 12 hour flight! Such employees are very hard to come by and we are very grateful.

Good location. They clean the room only under request The shower didn’t work properly and the water was cold. Triple room very small. I was charged more than the reservation price but afterwards it was solved. Nevertheless I haven’t received the reimbursement yet

Excellent service and a fantastic location! From the moment we checked in, the staff was helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our three-day trip to New York. I'd especially like to highlight the bottled water station (very convenient!) and the 27th floor Club Lounge, definitely the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a light breakfast. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and amenities. Everything that was needed was in one place. It really made the trip so much more comfortable having things like free coffee and laundry. The lobby staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Great areas to relax and work as well, with multiple floors dedicated to amenities.
