Important Information

Pet Policy: Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Conveniently located near Grand Central this hotel offers a beautiful rooftop lounge with free coffee drinks Rooms are small but clean and staff is extremely friendly .

It’s located in the heart of Manhattan, making it convenient for sightseeing on foot. The view from the rooftop lounge was amazing. Being right next to Grand Central Station, it offers easy access to JFK. Despite all that, it was reasonably priced, which I really liked. I also appreciated the water refill server on the each floor — that shows their commitment to the environment.

"The perfect base to explore midtown Manhattan"

I loved my stay at Club Quarters Grand Central! The main reason was the front desk team who were really friendly and helpful in every interaction I had with them. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. 27th floor was perfect for working and the views along Lexington (Chrysler Building just up the street!). There are some great places to eat nearby, including cheap eats from Bagel Market & Joy Curry. The hotel is also a perfect location for a 2-3 hour walk around midtown manhattan, taking in all of the main sights.

"Lack of cleanliness"

Hotel is not well maintenance, dusty rooms, cleanliness is non existent, beds are in horrible condition as well, bathroom was FILTHY, Toilet broken. Just an overall awful experience.

"OK, if it weren't for old, worn out beds"

If you're going to Grand Central Station, it would be hard to find a better location. Further, everything in the hotel seemed clean. However, that's the end of the good news. We're used to hotel beds being terrific. Hotels seem to pride themselves on the quality of their beds to the extent that many mattress manufacturers advertise that their products offer a hotel experience. Except this hotel. The mattress was thin and miserable. The heat/AC system is noisy and this all adds up to a miserable night's sleep. All Club Quarters offer free filtered water and bottles which is very nice and they have a top floor with a view and a coffee machine. This location also offers that but, for our purposes the most important feature of a hotel is the ability to get a good night's sleep and that's where this location struck out.
