Location is amazing. Rooms are on the smaller side, we struggled with 4 people in our 1 room, there wasn’t enough room to put cases or to hang stuff in the wardrobe. It would work if you were here for only 2 nights be we were here for 6 and it was just too small. It was clean to be fair. I booked through Expedia which has it listed as 4* but the frame on the check in desk and all trip advisor advertise as a 3*. I would stay 3* is true. The water and ice machine was just outside our bedroom door and it was sooo noisy! Hard to sleep sometimes. The aircon in the room is also soooo noisy too! It meant you couldn’t have it on at night as it was too loud. It’s ideally located for Times Square, 5th ave, Central Park, subway and grand central though.

This hotel and staff are AMAZING!!! The staff DID NOT DISAPPOINT and made such a world of difference in our stay. They were so nice, so helpful, and so accommodating for each of our requests. They really really made us feel welcomed and more importantly, valued. It first began with great communication from Daniela, then a warm welcome, from the incredible Jaquira, working the front desk. Sampson, Jaquira, Santiago, Derrick, & Daniela truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Our room was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly taken care of daily. The city view is spectacular!!! The staff eagerly accommodated us which included extra towels, a luggage rack, and extra blankets. Sampson really knows his stuff! He made sure we got all around town so expeditiously and without any hiccups! He's such an asset to this hotel. We really appreciated everyone’s generosity and hospitality!!! They absolutely "MADE" our trip and we CANNOT wait to come back!!!

This hotel is in a great location. You are two blocks from Times Square, but it is on a quiet street and you wouldn't even know you were so close to all the action. We also loved being close to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center and the shops on 5th Avenue. Our room was the quietest room I've ever had in New York. The staff was super friendly and the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is pretty expensive ($25 per person), but they did give us a $10 price for the kids in our group. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
