We stayed three nights in this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Samson. He goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service. We would definitely stay here again. They helped us book private cars to the airport and other parts of the city. We will definitely be back!

Used to live in New York in the Village so never want to stay near Times Square but my Airline travel service got me a great price so I decided to try it. The hotel is far enough east (between 5 th and 6th that you don’t get all the Times Square noise and craziness. Rooms are very quiet but there is nothing special about them. Might as well be in a Holiday Inn. The staff however is great. Friendly and attentive and helpful. Tyreid at the front desk was especially helpful. From the time I got in very late because of a delayed flight he went over and above to make my stay great. Always greeted me by name extremely efficient at taking care of my needs and always very friendly. Best thing about the hotel!

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square North is conveniently located only a block away from Times Square and 5th ave making things very closed to F&B and shoppings around. Front Office Officer Nikki is excellent in checking us in … She is very friendly and helpful .. what a great hospitality, and I am happily recognised and valued as HH Diamond meber. Room is moderate in size, clean and modernly furnished … bathroom is new and clean … room aircon working very well.
