Derrick at the front desk was absolutely awesome! Very professional, patient, and friendly. He and his entire staff turned a frustrating event (with another hotel) into an enjoyable experience. And I'm so grateful for the airport car service. I can't remember her name but she was very kind and friendly. Thanks so much Hilton North!

A fantastic stay with my daughter . Awesome location, clean and very friendly staff . Felt safe and comfortable. Lifts were pretty quick and rooms quiet . Santiago and Tyreld did great at check in and out . Front desk staff always smiled . Would stay there again. Great value .

We stayed in Room 1503 and it was one of the worst layouts I’ve seen—extremely small, with an oversized bathroom that made the sleeping area very cramped. I saw Room 1502, and it was much better in comparison. The A/C unit was extremely loud and placed just inches from the bed, making it uncomfortably cold for the person sleeping next to it. Housekeeping was excellent, and we really appreciated the cold water provided throughout the day and the coffee/tea service in the mornings. On July 28, when there was a shooting incident near Times Square, a young man at reception kindly took time to reassure and chat with us, which we truly appreciated. However, the rest of the front desk experience was frustrating. One staff member gave me unpleasant looks when I declined their taxi service after reading poor reviews. Another receptionist ignored my request for luggage storage. Only one Asian staff member kindly helped us call a yellow cab. It’s clear they push their in-house taxi service, and the treatment varies—international guests seem to get the worse end. This isn’t the level of service I expect from Hilton. I won’t return, and I don’t recommend this hotel for international travelers.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had our 2 year old with us. Our room was quiet and off in a corner. I’m a light sleeper and did not awaken due to “typical” nyc noise. Beds were comfy. Views were lovely. It was a 5 min walk to the subway, a 15 min walk to Bryant park, an 8 min walk to Times Square. Front desk staff was friendly (not always knowledgeable when we asked questions, but they tried!). Their private taxi service was helpful. I would stay here again.

When in New York, I always stay at this property. It is clean and conveniently located a block and a half from times square. The staff is always accommodating and professional! This visit I was assisted by Karina, who was outstanding in every way. Not only did she tend to all my needs, but she also helped with booking a future reservation in September!
