I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting nyc. The staff were truly exceptional—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed, specially Jaquira and Daniela. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and genuine. The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a central area, the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square North! The location is perfect—just steps from Times Square, making it easy to walk to major sights and get around the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, with free coffee and water in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. Housekeeping kept our room super clean, no complaints there. What made it special was the staff texting to check in and fixing an air con issue I had immediately. Really felt welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Other than lovely pillows, the attached Chazz restaurant, and Irish Pub, next door, this hotel does not offer anything spectacularly unique. What DOES set it apart is the truly spectacular level service we received. I travel quite a bit and have stayed at a wide range of hotels, both in the US and abroad. So, I speak from experience when I say that Karina truly exemplified a level of service that is so hard to find these days. She was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely welcoming. Karina made a real effort to accommodate everything my friend (who booked the room) had requested. When my friend needed time to search her bags for a specific credit card (travel rewards are important, lol), Karina did not get flustered or perturbed. She paused our transaction, helped another guest, and then completed our check-in with the same positivity as when we first walked in. Given the typical NYC service experience, this was a breath of fresh air. I'm definitely staying here again.

My husband, 3 daughters, niece and I stayed at the property on both sides of a Europe trip. I enjoyed the property so much that I cancelled the original reservation I had after we returned to the States in order to stay here again. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful. During both stays they would ask about our evening plans and offer recommendations if we inquired. I found them to be a really pleasant way to start both stays. We had (2) double bedded rooms. Rooms are surprisingly spacious compared to multiple other properties I've stayed at in the immediate area. We split the rooms evenly, three people in each, and I never felt cramped. Because the main reason for our trip was to travel to/from Europe, we had large suitcases and there was plenty of space for bodies and bags. Rooms were modern and the bathroom was great! There are two elevators at the property, and we never waited long for a lift. The first stay we were on the 20th floor and the second time we were on the 4th floor. There was no difference in the speed or availability between the two floors which sometimes happens at other hotels. Location was perfect and in the middle of everything! We walked all around Manhattan and could easily get to and from the property. There were multiple food options close by, including tasty pizza right across the street. Highly recommend this property. I'll be back!

Extremely comfortable beds - we had the two queen beds in our room - and there was still a huge amount of space. The bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Rooms kept clean daily and lovely fluffy towels replenished. We stayed in USA for 17 days and made this hotel our base - we left for two days to Niagara and then again left for two days to Washington - at both times the hotel kindly kept our main luggage , which we were very grateful for. It was lovely to return after our trips and the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. In particular David stands out as a member of staff who always went out of his way to engage with us and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely return to this hotel. Cleaning staff are so kind and polite too. Hotel is in a fantastic area at W46th st - if you walk 2 mins you’re on 5th avenue. We had a great nights sleep every night we were there, so not too noisy for us.
