How long does Dino Safari take?

The Dino Safari experience is self guided and typically takes about 30 to 45 minutes to walk through. However, you are welcome to go at your own pace to enjoy all of the dinosaurs in the experience.

Is parking available?

Valet parking is available at Horseshoe Hotel's front entrance and self-parking is available in Horseshoe Hotel and Paris Hotel's shared parking garage (subject to fees). Please note that there is no free parking for the first hour. If you are a Nevada resident, free self-parking is available for the first three hours ONLY with a valid Nevada driver's license.

Is it appropriate for children?

Yes, Dino Safari Las Vegas is appropriate, entertaining and informative for all ages and is not scary at all. It engages the youngest guests and is rich with scientific information for both children and adults.

Is the science in Dino Safari accurate?

Yes, the Dino Safari team worked with world-renowned paleontologist Dr. Gregory M. Erickson to develop all of the scientific information. Dr. Erickson is one of only 150 full-time professional dinosaur paleontologists in the world and served as the Senior Scientific Advisor on the show to ensure the utmost accuracy of the information included.

Are any items prohibited inside the exhibition?

For the safety of all guests, firearms, knives, mace, or any item that could be used to inflict harm (at the discretion of venue management) are prohibited inside the venue. Firearms are not allowed despite carry permits or licenses, including for off duty law enforcement.
