If I could give this place zero stars I would do it immediately. Brianna at the front desk should lose her job yesterday. She treats paying guests like garbage and steals knowingly from customers. I was refused a simple itemized receipt with my full charges because I booked with a third party. followed by a denial to remove an incorrect parking charge. She explicitly looked at my face said she’s not taking anything off and walked away back into her hiding cave. Their logic (because it started with the first terrible front desk girl) was that I should have told someone I wasn’t parking. How can I preemptively tell someone not to charge what I don’t know will be charged?? No one should ever be treated that way. It’s absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and embarrassing. It’s part of the reason this hotel score is so low. Staff is a representation of your company. Paris should never have their Versailles tower guests helped by this dump and that dump of a woman

I want to recognize Jacqueline Lucious at the Rewards Desk at the Horseshoe Las Vegas for truly exceptional customer service. I had a confusing issue with a promotion I believed I qualified for, and although it turned out I wasn’t eligible, Jacqueline took the time to carefully listen, investigate the situation, and advocate for me anyway. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process, even after spending a long time trying to sort things out. To my surprise, she later followed up and arranged a $50 FreePlay as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. That level of care and follow-through meant a lot to me. Jacqueline represents the very best of guest service, and employees like her are a big reason guests continue choosing Horseshoe when visiting Las Vegas. Thank you again, Jacqueline!

this is one of the Caesars/El Dorado properties, it used to be Ballys. I feel that they never want to do any maintenance so every time I checked in there was always some maintenance issue. Sometimes minor/cosmetic, usually functional and annoying. the price at this hotel is usually good. Unless you want to waste your time and be frustrated with self check in kiosks, make sure you are diamond or better as the line to checkin with a typically amazing human can be VERY long.
