Overall, you get what you pay for. Little disappointed with food prices on resort. Room shows some wear and tear, but everything worked. If you're expecting the Bellagio, or the Wynn, this isn't it but if you're capable of navigating the place on your own it's just fine for center Strip.

"Dont bother reserving a better view room as you most likely wont get it or be compensated."

I have stayed at 3 Caesars properties the last three trips to vegas and every time I did not get the room typed I paid for. Never have I been upgraded to a better room and never was I offered a credit or partial refund for the cost difference. I know stuff happens but I am not sure why a food credit, partial price difference refunds or upgrades are not part of standards at Horseshoe and Caesars. The website listed plenty of room types available night of so not sure you can say you were busy either. I'm not sure where I will stay next trip but this will impact my decision.

We went as a pick up sight for an excursion. We returned because of the friendliness of the staff and the easy with which you access all the amenities. The staff is very informative and helped full. We really enjoyed our time at the Horseshoes. Many great shows, restaurants and amenities around it. Worth the stay and/or visit.

"Housekeeper stole my money"

Terrible do not stay here. Had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and before my checkout time, the house keeper came in and stole all my cash on my dresser. $60+. Room was not cleaned with all my belongings still in it. So just grabbed the cash and left. When I confronted her she "thought it was a tip". Management is a joke, Jose downstairs just kept giving me the run around and after a month nothing has happened.

"Most awful Customer Service and they try to overcharge you."

Awful experience and customer service. Booked room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults over 6 months in advance. About a month before arrival I checked the reservation and realized they changed the price by about $70 per night more. I called and after a few calls back and forth they “graciously” agreed to honor the original rate I booked. I get to the hotel and I am being told they do not have 2 beds and that I will get a king. Told them that I was not ok, the agent clicks away for 5 min and tells me she found 2 beds and to go ahead and continue checking in at the automated machines. I noticed that the reservation reverted back to the higher price again. I was told to wait in another long line and when I finally got to speak to a new agent the real “fun” started. I calmly told Ari, that I have an original confirmation email and one from their reservation department confirming a lower price than what was in the system. Ari refused to look and flat out told me he did not care because his computer showed something else, printed a piece a paper and slammed it in front of me. I asked to speak with his manager and after informing me “he” will speak to his manager, 5 min later he comes back to tell me the rate is honored. I replied: “See, that was not that hard”, to which he proceeded to lecture me that I “should be thankful and happy that he is looking for a clean room to give me rather than a dirty one”. Not even a joke., that’s what he said as if he was doing me this great favor. After clicking away a while longer he changed his mind and informed me he actually did not have any clean rooms to give me. I had to ask for a manager again and she finished the check in process in 5 min. All in all, it took 1.5 hours to check in, most horrible customer service and got an inferior room (2 full or double standard room rather than 2 queen high roller room that I reserved). Never going back to this hotel ever again.
