Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages and facials. Before a night out at the casino, the 2 outdoor swimming pools are a perfect way to relax and recharge. Additional features at this resort include complimentary wireless Internet access, gift shops/newsstands, and a hair salon.

Enjoy a meal at a restaurant or stay in and take advantage of the resort's 24-hour room service. Relax with a refreshing drink from a bar/lounge or one of the 2 poolside bars.

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Event facilities at this resort consist of conference space and meeting rooms. Self-parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Pet Policy: Allows a maximum of two dogs up to 50 pounds each for $100 per day, plus a refundable nightly $100 incidental deposit. Dog-friendly outdoor spaces are located very close to PetStay designated rooms, and welcome packets are available directing guests to outdoor relief areas, dog walking routes, and nearby dog services like grooming and veterinary care. Please notify the hotel prior to the arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of $44.95 per accommodation, per night will be collected upon arrival. This includes high-speed WiFi for two devices per room per day, fitness center access for two daily, and all local calls.

Deposit Fee: A deposit of $ 50 per night is required at check-in.

The absolute worse customer service and very rude front desk team. The rooms are abysmal. Avoid this place despite great location Self check in kiosks were all out of order, waited in long lines to check in TWICE. I will never stay here again. Too many other options They are living on past reputations when it was a Hilton

Avoid at all cost! Staff were rude and stand offish. The whole place just felt like it needed a good clean. Resort fees are awful. It would be illegal in England. We were charged for services we didn’t use. How is this ok?? The room was big. But woken every night by other guests. One bed had no duvet. The bathroom door had f**k carved into it. The shower tray was dirty. Pictures on the wall were falling apart. Housekeeping was sporadic at best. I complained at checkout and several times throughout our stay I asked for the resort fees back as we had an awful stay and was told I hadn’t complained enough despite doing so daily….. I was also told it was an old building so to expect rust in the shower….. the building is 50 years old maximum. My house is over 200 years old with no rust. Crazy concept that we in Europe look after our buildings and up keep them so they last it seems. All in all I would not allow stray animals to stay here. Staff need to learn manners and the whole place needs a deep clean.

Ive stayed here before in their newer rooms and everything was fine. This one I had to call to get them to turn the heat on as I turned it up to 80 all night and woke up to it still blowing cold air and it actually went down a notch… I don’t understand the Caesars Properties and why you can’t change it from AC to Heat. Especially in December. Tub didn’t drain well. Shower knob didn’t work really well and the water was always a bit cold and not hot. There was no towel hook behind the door and looked like it had fallen off. There was a toothpaste topper stuck in the drain in the sink. There were no plugs by the bed to plug in your phone to charge. Lamps are old school where you have to turn them twice to turn on. Had to ask for a fridge for the room. Also had to ask for a private sign for the door. Never had to do that before. I don’t understand what’s going on with Caesar’s properties. They are just going down. Room was spacious though. Thats a positive.

Overall very nice, but PLEASE put coffee and coffee makers back in the rooms!! People need coffee when they wake up, not get up, get dressed and go down to wait in line for 45 minutes to get overpriced disgusting Starbucks coffee. We pay a lot of money for the rooms and spend a lot of money in your stores and casinos, coffee is not too much to ask for.

They do not provide shower curtains in the rooms. You have to call and request them and even then it took 2 days to finally get one. No one likes a wet bathroom. Requested housekeeping services on check in and only received on the first morning. After that no clean towels and couldn’t get the garbage emptied.
