Staff is rude. Hotel is a hot mess. Plan on being harassed by staff to go to a time share presentation every time you use the elevators. They overbook rooms and downgrade you. Don’t bother complaining because management is rude and unprofessional. I was told if was my fault the room was incorrect because I used the kiosk to check in.

"Housekeeping Nightmare and Others"

Had issues with this hotel from the moment my friend and I checked in. - The fact that luggage check was outside of the hotel worried me especially since sometimes the bellhops would leave the baggage unattended. - Upon check in you are immediately charged with a $50 a fee per day that isn't a resort fee in the case that you break something in the room. They remove this charge but it would have been nice to be told about it when you book the hotel, not when you get there because it truly makes you think you are paying additional money. - We selected a renovated "Go Room" with a view of the High Roller. Upon getting to our room, we learned that the bathroom had a sliding door and no lock. Not only that, it was see through. You can totally watch someone change and shower which is a no for me. I like my privacy. Further, the mirror AND the toilet seat was dirty upon arrival. This is when the complaints started to downstairs. We had to contact Guest Services twice about Housekeeping to get the toilet and mirror cleaned. It was not until we went down stairs and spoke to someone, they finally put the ticket in to service the room. - That evening, we learned we had dirty bed sheets with multiple stains of body fluid and extras on there. Had to call Housekeeping again for fresh sheets. They were extremely prompt on this one and changed all of the bedding. - Two days later, Housekeeping came in while we were sleeping. No knock on the door or anything. - The last day was the real nightmare, we went all day without Housekeeping and had to continuously complain jus so we could get some fresh towels so we could shower off from the pool. This started at 2PM and did not get resolved until 8PM. They sent one of the Housekeeping managers to our room and she actually tried to blame the situation on us for being in the room. Which is completely incorrect as we were out all morning and did not return until 2 after the pool. We even saw that Housekeeping was no where in sight at 2PM on our floor but was actively present at 9 AM when we left. This woman was extremely unprofessional in every sort of way. We did eventually get towels and management gifted us a $30 food credit. I did contact Caesar's corporate about this and still waiting to hear a response. After this experience and staying at The Aria and Caesar's Palace, I would say, spend the extra money and stay there or anywhere else other than this hotel. Save yourself the sanity and the trouble.

Friendly staff, excellent price, and in the best location on the strip which is centrally located next to all of the most popular casinos. Rooms are modern and the housekeeping service is spot on. Could ask for more within this price range.
