"Locals Beware!"

Locals beware!!!!! They do not honor the 3-hours of free parking for locals. Parked here on a Saturday afternoon. No signage posted anywhere about an event. As I tried to exit 2 hrs later, I scanned my drivers license and the gate wouldn’t open. I called customer service and they said that it was event parking today and the charge would be $35. I asked what event and they said the day club was the event. I said, come on man, I had no idea it was event parking and I didn’t attend the event. Can you help me out? Nope! Apparently, they can call it an event anytime they want to and charge you $35. I then asked if I come back later, will my ticket allow me to park all day!? Again, No! You will have to pay another $35! Plenty of other resorts to choose from!

Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival room we paid for express checkin. Room was still dusty dirty, found 3 medical Pills in the sofa where my toddler could of accidentally picked up Thinking it was candy! Toilet was clogged up . A nasty bloody towel was on the vanity, a dirty underwear was in the bed frame. When I called front desk to let them know how bad the room Was no one ever answered. I personally walked down to the front office to find Krista the manager and she didn’t even apologize about this horrible experience also the charger for charging phones were broken on the old nasty lamp

"The Cromwell failed on this trip"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

We're very loyal Caesars rewards members and travel to Las Vegas about 4 times a year from Canada. We're Diamond Plus status. We've stayed at The Cromwell before and tend to spend a lot of time there on every trip. This trip we encountered a few problems. We checked in and asked for a fridge which we needed for medication. It didn't arrive on day 1, so we asked again the next morning. It still didn't arrive, so we asked a third time and finally it arrived on day 3. The bigger problem was the bad attitude of one of the servers who brought me the wrong drink twice in a row and rather than fixing the problem, she wanted to argue with me. I went up to the bartender (Roberto) hoping that he could simply fix the problem but he had a worse attitude than the server. I then asked to speak to a manager and Roberto's response was "go find one". Wow. I've never seen customer service like this anywhere in my life. I briefly spoke to a manager but he seemed to want to sweep everything under the rug, so I've just decided that rather than be treated like that by staff after spending a lot of money in this casino, I'll go elsewhere. I had a reservation booked at The Cromwell in August but I've cancelled it.

"Pool at Cromwell is less than ideal."
TripAdvisor user rating 3.0 out of 5

The Pool is a nightclub so if you are a hotel guest, you cannot sun bathe with shade unless you pay $150 bucks. Also have every guest bring their ID as it is a club they said. Wish they would have something in your room telling you that instead of making you go back to the room. On the days when the nightclub is not operating, this rule applies too. Worst pool experience in Vegas.
