"Shower doesnt work, problem with heat"

Nice looking hotel, however bit dated. Stayed three nights, had to change rooms. First room didnt have heating, max temp was 69F. Engineer came and his only solution was to turn off ac to let room watm naturally. Asked to change a room next day, whuch was not a problem. In the new room shower didnt work at all, had to manage and take a bath. Didnt bother to call engineer or change room again. Horrible conditions of the rooms, considering the fees they charged. Deffinetely will not stay again as hotel cant provide essentials like working shower and properly fucntioning ac/heat in the rooms.

"Fun Casino but poor Room maintenance and Housekeeping"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5
Reviewed January 13, 2026 NEW
I was very pleased with the casino and restaurants; however, our room experience was disappointing. While the bed sheets and pillows were clean, several other aspects of the room fell short. I routinely check the mattress when staying at hotels, and although the mattresses were covered, the covers themselves were visibly stained and appeared overdue for replacement. When we opened the curtains, we found a half-empty Pepsi bottle left by previous occupants near the window. The exterior of the window was also excessively dirty, despite being on the 22nd floor. The bathtub dripped continuously and was not clean. The bathroom countertops were cracked and chipped, and the minibar was covered in dust. The desk had only two outlets—one used by the light and the other by the minibar. The mini fridge was unplugged, and plugging it in required unplugging either the light or the minibar; unplugging the minibar resulted in a $19.99 charge. Additionally, the mini fridge was sitting on the floor in the corner of the room, which felt like an afterthought rather than what one would expect from a Las Vegas hotel. Most of the remaining outlets were old and loose, causing phone chargers to fall out easily. We also noticed trash left in the hallway outside guest rooms for more than eight hours. Overall, while some parts of the property were enjoyable, the condition and upkeep of the room significantly impacted our stay.

"Where maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed January 12, 2026 NEW
Paris Hotel has a good location on the strip, however, this was the only positive we could find in the hotel. The room was completely unsatisfactory, which was immediately apparent as soon as we entered and saw the door frames had extensive paint chipping and the room smelled. The bathroom in general was in very poor condition with mold and peeling wallpaper. The carpet was stained by the bed, the cabinets in poor condition, and the room overall was unclean in every area with thick layers of dust along the baseboards. Our safe was broken, which we reported, and it was not repaired during our stay. Maintenance, cleanliness, and customer care are not a top priority for the hotel. We had colleagues staying on another floor who made the same determination. To top off this not so wonderful experience, we also found the restaurants and mini market outrageously expensive...$8 for a bottled soda. Items in the mini market were not priced, and I can imagine this is for a reason. We did expect a casino/hotel to be higher priced in their restaurants, but it was absolutely ridiculous. This was not a pleasant experience in any way. Had it not been for attending a conference there, we would have left.
