"Great location, disappointing interior!"

Great Location, Disappointing Experience We stayed at the Paris Hotel for 6 nights 23Feb2026-01Mar2026 for the Rugby League games at Alegiant Stadium, travelling from Australia. The Hotel is in a great location, opposite the Ballagio Hotel. We had organised to renew our wedding vows in the wedding chapel on L2 of the Hotel, so hoped we would be allocated a nice room. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The room was tired, with grubby carpets and a dated bathroom and overlooked a parking lot at the back of the hotel. Other than a small fridge, there were no other modern conveniences-coffee machine, kettle, bottled water (other than the over priced mini-bar). Top tip-there was only a single electrical point in the room which looked actually dangerous, so we unplugged the mini bar plug, only to see a very small sticker stating if this was unplugged you are charged for disabling it! We arrived on Monday, and went on a tour on Tuesday. On returning from the tour at 7.30pm our room had not been serviced. We also found a rogue medicine on the floor (not so good if we had had children who may have picked this up and ingested it). On Wednesday (day of our wedding) we went to reception to request the room be cleaned. Nil response, called Housekeeping on the room phone x3 -nil response. It wasn't until Thursday that our room was cleaned and it was very late in the day. We didn't get our room cleaned again during the stay as by the time the Housekeeping Staff got to us, it was always late evening and we were in the room. Please also note: the Hotel Pool was closed our entire stay, despite the temperature being in the 80's, so if you are wanting to swim look elsewhere! We didn't let these frustrations affect our stay, I would not recommend on our experience as although the exterior is grandiose, the interiour does not reflect the exteriour.

From the UK to attend the rugby event. My issues and opinions are below • hotel is only for drinkers, gamblers and deadbeats • most of the reception staff are abrupt and rude to non Americans • paid extra for a so called upgraded room as it was my husband's birthday whilst we were there • room had filthy windows and couldn't see the view we'd upgraded for ...... also no cold water, the lights on wall at side of beds were broken and mine fell on my head, the safe broke with our money, etc in so we had to stay inside the room for 5/6 hours until security came to unlock it. We also reported no cold water and I was spoken to over the telephone 📞 by a receptionist like I was stupid and wouldn't believe me when I said we had no cold water • had to argue/demand for room change. No apologies whatsoever for the bang on my head etc, just a shrug!! • room was a down graded room and was filthy Lots of other incidents too many to mention

"Not worth the money"

Terrible check in system. Long lines & we were offered an upgrade because there were no more standard rooms available even though we had booked our reservation early. The upgrade was not compensated as much as we were told it would be. We should have not had to make that choice to begin with. The daily resort fees are ridiculous. The windows in our suite were very dirty & made it difficult to enjoy our view & take pictures. The wall above our bathroom sink had old splatter from where other guests had brushed their teeth or washed their hands, not sure which, but disgusting. We needed to store our luggage at checkout because of a later flight but the line was extremely long & outside of the hotel. Very poor checking & checkout system. Terrible.

"Great location, nice hotel, good service but dates looking rooms."

The Paris Hotel was right in the thick of it on the strip. So location wise it is brilliant, and the room was comfortable but as other reviews mention, it looked tired, carpet dated in places and doors and huge chips in them and the windows were disgusting! We ate breakfast from Cafe Americano next to the casino most mornings, $8 croissants and $6/7 for coffee. There was a CVS Pharmacy to the right of the hotel as you come out, which was handy for water, snacks and alcohol that we stored in the fridge in our room. A beer in the hotel was $24 so this came in handy! Service was good everywhere, and the hotel looks fantastic with its French theme, would recommend a trip up the Eiffel Tower observation point at night and we ate in the restaurant once and the food was superb. We also paid extra for a view of the Bellagio water fountains which were great. All in all a good base for our 6 days in Vegas, but the rooms look dated.

"Dirty Room and Broken Promises"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5
Reviewed March 03, 2026 NEW
We were assigned a dirty room upon arrival. There was trash in the room when we walked in, dirty towels on the floor, no clean towels available, and half-used soap in both the soap dish and the shower. When we called the front desk, we were told we needed to come back downstairs and wait in line again. After pushing the issue and asking to speak with a manager, I was initially told that no managers were on site. When I pressed further, I was eventually transferred to one. She made several promises about “making it up to us” and assured us that someone from management would call within 24–48 hours. That call never came. The property itself is nice, but the level of service we experienced was more in line with what you might expect from a budget motel off the Strip. We stayed for five days, and overall the trip wasn’t terrible. However, the first two hours left such a poor impression that I immediately felt I should have booked elsewhere. Because of how those first two hours were handled, this will likely be our last stay at your property unless we receive some sort of explanation. Based on our experience so far, I’m not optimistic that we will hear from anyone. Not really to overly concerned either. There are alot of nice places to stay there.
