"“Just OK”"

Rooms are showing their age (especially the bathroom in our Bordeaux Tower room) . Arrived to our room at approximately 10pm and it was “stuffy” and warm. Turned AC on and didn’t give it much more thought……until an hour passed and it was still not cool. The next day maintenance changed the hvac filter and performance was instantly improved. After a day and evening out of the room, was disappointed to walk in and find the cleaning crew had turned the AC off—-cost saving measure I assume? The location on the strip is excellent and our room was priced reasonably by Vegas standards. Not a horrible experience, but not memorable as well. Just ok.

"Fancy Motel 6. DO NOT BOOK!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

I stayed at Paris Las Vegas and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room, especially considering I paid $454 for one night. The room was visibly dusty and did not appear to be properly cleaned. There was heavy dust buildup on items in the room, grime around the window area, stained carpet, and worn/dirty trim and baseboards. I also have severe asthma, so the dust was a serious health concern. After I notified the front desk of this, I was told I could not be moved that night, only the next day. No immediate options were provided, which felt reluctant and unempathetic given that this was a health issue. Hotels have a duty to properly maintain and upkeep their rooms if they insist on charging premium prices. Unfortunately, this room felt more like a “semi-fancy Motel 6” than a Las Vegas resort charging luxury rates. For the price and reputation of this property, the room quality and lack of immediate accommodation was unacceptable. I would not stay here ever again. This was my husband’s and my first trip to Vegas to celebrate his 44th birthday. For Saturday this room cost $454. Definitely not worth it at all. I’ve worked at hotels before I know standard operating procedures and it seems they only care about the money. Horrible!

Check in line was long so opted for kiosk check in. Turned out to be mistake as our room had a dismal view. Eiffel Tower has amazing views of the strip, hotel room was clean but never had cleaning service during stay and had to ask for new towels. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional for the price.

"Disappointing Stay at Paris Las Vegas"
TripAdvisor user rating 3.0 out of 5
Reviewed February 12, 2026 NEW
I recently stayed at Paris Las Vegas and was really disappointed with the experience. The room I was given wasn’t actually part of the Paris tower, which made the stay feel misleading. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which took away from what should have been a nice view. The room itself was a good size, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, but there were no basics like a mini‑fridge or kettle. The TV also wasn’t a smart TV, which feels dated for a major hotel on the Strip. The worst part, though, was the resort fee. It was just over $60 per day and only covered gym access and Wi‑Fi for two devices. Anything beyond two devices was an additional $14.99 plus tax per day, which feels unreasonable in 2026 when most people travel with multiple devices. The hotel seems to nickel‑and‑dime guests without providing real value in return. Overall, the value just wasn’t there, and I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.
