パリス・ラスベガスに宿泊し、Vanderpump à Paris を訪れようとしました。閉店時間を過ぎても店内にまだ人がいたので、「今からでも入れますか？」と丁寧に尋ねたところ、受付の女性は冷たく「予約のみです」とだけ言いました。もし閉店しているのなら、そのように説明してくれれば良かったと思います。対応がとても素っ気なく、不快でした。 I stayed at Paris Las Vegas and wanted to visit Vanderpump à Paris. Even though there were still people inside after closing time, I politely asked the hostess if it was possible to enter. She coldly said, “Reservation only.” If the restaurant was already closed, she could have simply said so. The attitude felt unnecessarily dismissive. Please make sure to reserve in advance if you plan to visit Vanderpump à Paris — especially if you’re a person of color, as the staff’s attitude may vary. It made me wonder if I was treated that way because I’m Asian, which left a very uncomfortable impression. The hotel room itself was also disappointing — the towels smelled old, dust had accumulated on the bedside lamp and phone, and the sofa was covered in stains that made it impossible to sit on. I truly expected better from a hotel of this name. I will not be staying here again. これから Vanderpump à Paris に行かれる方は、必ず事前予約をおすすめします。特に有色人種の方は、スタッフの対応に差を感じるかもしれません。私自身、アジア人としてあまり歓迎されていないように感じ、非常に残念でした。 また、ホテルの部屋も期待外れでした。タオルは古くて臭いがあり、ベッドサイドのランプや電話にはほこりが溜まり、ソファにはシミが多くとても座れる状態ではありませんでした。 このクラスのホテルとしては本当に残念です。もう二度と泊まりません。

Nice place to stay, but costly. $20.00 daily parking, $15.50 for a single hamburger, $12.00 for a chicken wrap, $4.00 for a bottle pop, $11.50 for a bottle of beer, $10.83 for a half size Pringles in the room, $62.30 daily Resort fee.

My husband and I booked the Bordeaux Lemans Suite. We were very disappointed with our stay, which is unfortunate considering Paris Las Vegas was the first stop on our honeymoon. The first issue we encountered was the condition of our room. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned or checked for items left behind by previous guests. Before we went to sleep on our first night, I noticed one of the pillowcases had several stains. On the second night, we noticed the shower head was severely corroded. Additionally, the drain had debris that was not removed by housekeeping, which makes me question if the shower was ever cleaned prior to our stay. The second issue we encountered was the lack of customer service. My husband called prior to our stay and asked for assistance with setting up a honeymoon surprise for me. He was told "we don't do that." The other hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon set up a surprise for us, so it's unfortunate that Paris Las Vegas does not offer honeymoon packages like other hotels do. Finally, when my husband mentioned the filthiness of our room to the front desk during checkout, the employee only said "I'm sorry to hear that." They did not offer to refund us for any portion of our stay, despite the unpleasant experience we had due to the condition of the room. Due to the poor customer service and room conditions, my husband and I will no longer stay at any Caesars Entertainment properties.
