"This hotel is aging an it shows"

This hotel is aging an it shows. The beds were not comfortable. There was a large crack in the wall in the bathroom of our room. The furnishings and decor were outdated. The lighting was terrible because the only overhead lighting is bu the door and 2 of the 4 lamps in the room did not work. During a 4 day 3 night stay we had repeated issues exiting the parking garage because their card readers and ticket readers were not working. It took 30 minutes or more to exit since everyone had to hit the call button to get out. Rather than just leaving the gates open until the issue was fixed we were told to hit the call button if we had issues. This hotel would rather inconvenience all of its customer's than lose a few dollars in parking fees. There were also repeated issues with the elevators. All elevators would come to the lobby level an the doors would open, but none would work for about 10 minutes, like the system was being reset. This happened repeatedly each day for the entire 4 day stay. The escalaters to the parking garage were also not working several times during the stay. When I spoke to a supervisor about the issues he stated he was offsite and that he had heard no reports of such issues from his onsite employees. This hotel is poorly managed and maintained and I will never return.

Check in took at least 30 minutes - and that was using the kiosks (which were not obvious at first). Some people using kiosks got the key right away - some like us had to go stand in line for the room key and provide the same info again. Room was fine. Prices for drinks and food were really high. 2 cocktails and a small appetizer of dip and chips was $90.

Completely a great appearance throughout the whole facility. Great location to other must visits. Cost seemed to be on par with other brands in the area, but would venture away from the area due to cost next time. Traveled with two newly 21 year old's and a few later 20's. A staff member came off quite rude, "give me your ID." That I witness and told similar from everyone in our group under 30 during our stay. Not the largest casino and very crowed most days after 11am though the night.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.!! We have come all the way from Australia to what we thought was going to be a fantastic stay. After using the kiosk to check in we discovered we were miles away from our hotel room. We followed the instructions that weren’t very clear took a long time finally found where we needed to be took about 10-15 dragging the suitcases only to find they haven’t cleaned the room from the previous person. They said they will send housekeeping we asked how Long they didn’t know … so we can’t freshen up we have no towels the bathroom is dirty can’t lay down nothing. So called the front desk again and spoke to Florence she couldn’t give a crap it’s like it must happen all the time. We will send housekeeping keeping up I explained it’s been a long flight and we would like to freshen up. Come back to the lobby she says. There was no one there the first time arghhh what a start to a holiday.
