My husband and I have been staying here for years and have watched things get worse and worse but by far this was our worst and last experience at Paris. We stayed here because of the location and we loved eating at the Eiffel Tower and Mon Ami but this trip i cancelled my reservations at these restaurants and refused to spend one more dime in the casino or hotel. They put us in the Versailles and little did I know that this is a totally separate building from the original Paris hotel but in fact is part of the Horseshoe and has recently been joined by a bridge so now they say your at the Paris. The elevator even goes down to the horseshoe. It was not convenient to use any of the things we’ve grown accustomed to at the Paris like the health club or some of the shops and other restaurants, it was just too far and completely confusing. They refused to make good on our booking at the Paris hotel. Don’t even get me started on the front desk, they could care less, they are just robots and no managerial support anywhere. I have never been so eager to leave Vegas. Between the terrible location of our room, total lack of customer service and housekeeping being less than desirable, Paris is somewhere that I will not set foot in again. Caesar’s is not paying attention! We didn’t spend money at any of the properties owned by Caesar’s this trip. They do get a high score for taking my money and making me feel like I didn’t get much in return. No frig, no ironing board, no iron but I did get someone else’s hair (see picture) in a room that was just renovated but I guess windows aren’t part of the renovation either because starting at 5 we were awaken by construction saws from outside. These resort fees are out of control and ridiculous. Having to pay for parking when they charge you a resort fee and your staying in their hotel, sounds a lot like gouging to me.

"Horrible Television and Maintenance Service"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5

Booked 6 nights for ICAS event. Television only work the first night after calling the front desk. It went out again the very next morning and called for another maintenance request for Television. Repair tech knocks on my door at 1230am wanting to fix the TV. He determines he couldn't fix and someone would fix it in the morning. No one showed up. I went to the front desk and informed them of the situation and the gave me a food credit for the day and said someone will come and fix it that morning. No show again. So I sent 6 nights at the Paris and only one with a Television. It was like staying in asylum for 5 nights. Huge maintenance problems with TV' s and no one cares only to get your money.

"Hotel is Overpriced and Smells"

We requested one, but No refrigerator in the room. We requested an iron and iron board. Only the iron was delivered. They don’t supply iron boards. A $50 per day resort fee was added to our bill. No idea what that entailed. We tried several times to call the front desk. Each time we got a busy signal. Only way to get the front desk was to call their outside line. We noticed there was a charge for a bag of chips from the in room bar for $22. That’s we didn’t eat. That’s not inflation. That’s just greed..plain and simple. They also offered a small bottle of Patron in room for $60+. Really??! No safety rails in the shower. Not enough drawer space for clothes because one of the big dresser drawers contained the safe. Why wasn’t it attached to the wall? Couldn’t someone walk off with the drawer and safe? Meals are way over priced in the hotel and connecting shops. One Blue Moon draft cost me $12 at their sports bar. A cup of black coffee cost me $7.50. This place was way overpriced for what they offer. Quite honestly, the casino had a stinky funk to it. Hey Greedy owners! Do yourself and consumers a big favor. Drop your prices and spend some money on cleaning up your casino!

"Good but average!"

The best part about the room was the large enclosed shower and fridge in room. Customer service is awful! There is dust everywhere though from bathroom or headboards. You can’t call down to reception or speak to anyone in the hotel. Which means if you want to speak to someone at the property about your room or a concern you need to leave your room and go down to reception. They want you to text or call a number to someone who is off property and not even in Las Vegas and hope they will do what they say. The internet reception for the tv and internet was intermittent the whole time we were here. The gym is only open 11hrs a day but if you want longer you can use the one at horseshoe which is a mission to get to. Our room never got cleaned twice, one day they told me they didn’t have enough staff and our room got left off. Bed was comfy but only 2 pillows. Room was that dusty you could write your name it. Room was large and temperature control worked well. Checking in at 8pm at night they have only 7 staff working for the 20 kiosks. We did get a discount at checkout which was a nice reprieve for our stay.

Check in was a nightmare. Stood in line 1.5 hours. No one cared. Centrally located is good. Stay at Horseshoes Versailles tower. Close to both and better access to rest of strip. Nobu has s in walkway and outstanding. Just wish Paris would have better hotel service. Room service worked well.
