I will never attempt to stay at this hotel again. I don't care if they gave me a free room. We got to this hotel at 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. The self-check-in kiosks were down. Their online check-in was down. And then their line to check in looked like the TSA lines during the government shutdown. To make things worse they only had three employees at the check-in desk. We wound up walking down the hallway to the horseshoe where there was zero people in line and checked in there. We waited an hour and a half at the bar just outside of check-in hoping the line would go down. $14.00 plus a tip per beer. So three beers cost us $50 while we waited for nothing. I will never come back to this hotel and I will never put a dime in one of their slot machines.

Worst Self-Park exit experience in Las Vegas. Ruined an otherwise great trip. Rooms were very nice and the casino and restaurants were great! Every time we had to exit the parking structure, regardless of which exit machine we went to, there were delays, there was also about. 30-45 minute wait just to get out of the parking lot! This is in contrast to any other company or casino in vegas! We went to shows at other properties on busy weekend nights, but players cards all worked in the parking machines and the lots weren’t backed up. Paris and Horseshoe lines to get out of the lot were consistently awful. And, every time I called the attendant to let them know the issue they said they were aware but we had the same problem last month too. We won’t park there anymore but also won’t stay there anymore because of this. Please, Caesar’s corp., changed whomever you hired to manage your parking lots or let them know you are dissatisfied. They would actually make more money too if they would eh a plabsant place to easily enter and exit. In the meantime, we will stay at Wynn or Venetian next time.

We have stayed at most Caesars properties and this is our favorite. We had a room at the Cromwell but were moved to Paris due to renovations at he Cromwell. We got a massive suite with a complimentary upgrade with our players card status. The dealers, cocktail waitresses, bell hops, everyone were very polite and friendly. The casino is large and more laid back than other strip locations.

Room is old and outdated. The furniture and decor need to be updated. The rug looked dingy and there was dust on the furniture. There was also some sort of sulfur smell that would periodically emanate from the bathroom. The liquor and snacks that comprised the "honor bar" took up all of the space on the desk in the room --so there was no room for me to place my computer on the desk so I could use it. Those items should have been placed in a cabinet - not on the only place available to sit and use my computer. I will be sure to avoid staying at the Paris in the future.
