"Cancellation charge"

I made reservation and then cancelled it well within the cancellation policy. I booked another hotel within the Ceasars brand, when I returned home I got a $350 cancellation charge from Paris. I had a email copy of the reservation and the cancellation email. They said they couldn't match the cancellation number to the reservation so therefor would not refund the charge. After many calls to different departments they still would not refund me. One agent actually said it was probably a glitch in their system but still would not refund me. They said to take it up with my credit card company who contacted them and they said I didn't cancel in time which is totally false! And I even sent the proof. Needless to say I will NEVER book a Caesars brand and am cancelling that credit card. Never believe a credit card company will protect you from these things because like Caesars they really don't care

I paid extra for a corner room with a view of the strip. It all went downhill from there: - The windows were so dirty, we could barely see out. - Four consecutive showers with nothing but cold water, even off peak times. the hotel's response? "Let it run for 15-20 minutes. I let it run for a hour, still cold. - The minibar had full bottles of top shelf liquor, but only PAPER CUPS to drink out of. Called room service to have some brought up. We were told that was unavailable. I think Motel Six provides glass if requested. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location. The whole hotel seems dirty and outdated. I have been to Paris, France many times and part of its charm is the "oldness" and history. This hotel tries to copy Paris' charm by not updating anything except the machines in the casino. Shoot, even Circus Circus is nicer and more cared for. Never Again!

Usually don't leve a review but felt i needed to this time. We stayed from 2/19 - 2/23/3026. Took was expensive at the start and yo then be hit with those resort fees and service fees??? Ridiculous! Thr hotel itself is not as clean as the other hotels...especially the carpeting throughout. And the room did not come with a microwave which forced us to eat out gor every meal!! Had to ask for towels to be replaced and our carpet was not vacuumed the whole 5 nights we were there! This was our 2nd stay here and will be the last.💁‍♀️

The experience was fine. The service at the pool was crazy slow. Granted it had just opened for the season, but you sure would think they would do a better job. It wasn’t a surprise that the pool opened. The rooms are what you would expect in Vegas. The Vanderpump restaurant in the hotel is meh. The upside is the lettuce entertain you franchises restaurants in the hotel.
