Pleasure. Birthday celebration Housekeeping never made up the room. Hairs in bathroom when first arrived. Ran out of shower gel. Asked for more, never came. Had to ask for towels twice. Was there 3 nights. Bad odor in hallway. Should have stayed elsewhere. Only positive was that the person that checked us in was very pleasant.

We paid a hefty price for a couple nights with interconnecting rooms, of which one had to be a suite with more features than we needed. But with two older kids, we thought we'd suck up the cost to give them their own beds. We expected to enjoy a higher degree of luxury, but in fact the suite ended up far worse than the adjoining double room. We were told by reception that this would be a quiet room, but we were located next to the elevators, which squeaked and dinged all night. One evening there was a guest shouting and swearing for an extended period of time. For guaranteed interconnecting rooms, we had to stay at the Bordeaux tower, not the newer Versailles tower. The Bordeaux tower rooms are definitely showing their age, which is not represented in the photos online. The carpets and bathrooms are dingy, the TVs are old, and the lighting is weak. The housekeeping standard was atrocious - there were random (definitely cleanable) stains and hairs in the bathrooms, and in our suite there were three body lotions but no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner! In the kids' room, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, and in our room, the shower water pressure was the other extremity - like needles shooting out of the showerhead. In both rooms, the sheets seemed clean but the pillows were seemingly filled with lumpy concrete. The smell of smoke is extremely strong around the casino area but pervades the entire property, even in our non-smoking rooms. In the end, we tried to spend as little time as possible at the hotel if we could help it. My husband and I remember how grand Paris Las Vegas was when we stayed many years ago, and that's what convinced us to try it again. Sadly, we will never return due to this experience - we'll try out one of the newer smoke-free hotels if we come to Vegas again.

We flew United during the government shutdown and flight restrictions. United was amazing, TSA, everything was smooth. We used Ubers and Taxis to go from place to place. We stayed at the Paris Hotel which was newly renovated and fantastic. It is central on the strip and we were able to walk everything. We saw the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere which was incredible and the Vegas Neon Sign Boneyard which was very interesting. We didn't gamble much but it looked like everyone was having a good time. The food was amazing everywhere and we treated ourselves to the buffet at Caesar's Palace and it was incredible. Fantastic trip.
