"Didn't gamble here..."

Gambling is very tight there. Love eating breakfast outside by the strip at both Mon Ami Gabi & Alexxa's. It was clean but is in need of a little refreshing/remodeling. Resort fees are stupid, though they all are doing it...

"Over Charged"

Way too expensive. We felt like the whole property was a big shake down for every nickel they could get. No microwave no coffee maker. $ 14.95 internet charge for each device over two per room. No food or drink deals anytime. I got a pre made Tuna sandwich from the coffee shop and it was $ 20.00. All food and drink items were priced high. We could afford the prices but felt insulted by the whole experience. I write this so others will know what to expect. Obviously we will not be back, many other places to spend our money. One last point, don’t forget about the resort fees they charge.

"Disappointed"

First impressions were good, room was large with good sized bathroom. The room itself was dated which was OK but the bed linen was torn around the bottom of the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I am aware that hotels in Vegas don't provide kettles, but there wasn't even a coffee machine. We hated the snack bar in the room and were terrified we would knock it and set off the sensors which would then trigger extortionate charges, just awful. The situation was made worse by the fact that we didn't have any housekeeping until day 3, the bins were left overflowing (obviously others were having the same issue as there were bags of rubbish left outside many of the rooms). We had 4 different hotel stays in different regions over 12 days which were all exemplary with amazing service and staff and I feel like any hotel in another area would never get away with this service, just awful.

"Horrible. Worst experience ever. Lack of customer service and management is not trained to do their job."
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

The management needs to train their staff on what customer service is. No housekeeping for 3 nights, no soap in the room. When talking to front desk they offer to remove resort fees which doesn’t fix the dirty room and lack of response from anyone at the front desk. Don’t waste your time and money staying at this 1 star “hotel”.

"Four Days Without Housekeeping and Ongoing Maintenance Issues – Very Poor Management Response"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed March 19, 2026 NEW
This was my third stay at Paris Las Vegas, but unfortunately it has been the most disappointing by far. This trip was meant to be a special occasion, as I brought my parents, aged 75 and 76, and we booked two rooms for seven nights. Both rooms were checked in at the same time. From the first day, my parents’ room (2123) was not serviced by housekeeping at all. We requested housekeeping every day, yet over four days we were given a range of different and conflicting explanations, including being told that we had requested no housekeeping, that staff were too busy, or that housekeeping were not doing their jobs properly. None of this made sense, especially as our second room was cleaned daily without any issues, clearly showing that we had not requested no housekeeping. Instead of cleaning the room, staff repeatedly sent up clean towels while leaving the used ones behind. After several days this resulted in a pile of dirty towels accumulating in the room, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. We raised the issue multiple times at the front desk. A staff member named Tyler appeared dismissive and uninterested, and although more towels were sent up, the room was still not cleaned and nothing was resolved. We then spoke with a supervisor, April, who offered to remove the resort fee for the days the room had not been serviced. However, the main issue still remained unresolved. In addition to this, one of the rooms also had no or very limited hot water. We were advised that we needed to run the hot tap for around ten minutes before hot water would come through, which is not a reasonable expectation for guests. I later received a call from a manager, Tiffany Herrera. Unfortunately, the focus of that call was largely on defending staff behaviour rather than resolving the situation. I was told that staff had acted professionally and that no inappropriate behaviour had occurred. This did not reflect our experience, and no meaningful resolution was offered. The most disappointing aspect of this stay is that multiple issues went unresolved, including four days without housekeeping, despite repeated requests. When escalated, the response from management felt dismissive rather than proactive. Given that this was my third stay at this hotel, I expected a much higher standard of service, particularly when travelling with elderly parents. Unfortunately, both the lack of housekeeping, the hot water issue, and the way these concerns were handled have left a very poor impression. I would think carefully before staying here again.
