"Poor experience for a seven star member with Caesars"

Terrible hotel if you are a seven star member with Caesars. They over charged my card and refused to refund the money. Was treated terrible the whole time. Customer service was the worst by far.

"Highly suggest a different resort - encourage you to read reviews"

This hotel was a major disappointment. We paid $350 per night, only to find the current rates are now under $100—completely misaligned with the quality we received. Our room had a light fixture hanging off the wall, and the provided toiletries were empty—no conditioner or body wash in the shower. I had to use hand soap just to bathe, and only one washcloth was provided for the entire stay. Housekeeping came through but left behind empty drink containers, which felt careless and unprofessional. The front desk staff was noticeably rude, and even the casino dealers came across as cold and unfriendly. To be honest, a Motel 8 would’ve been a better experience. I cannot recommend this property and strongly suggest booking a more reputable resort.

"Paris hotel & casino - the BEST!"

This was our second time staying at the Paris hotel. While staying there we checked out the other hotels and casinos and none compare to the ambiance of the Paris. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

"Robbed at the Paris Spa"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed June 27, 2025 NEW
I was recently at the Paris hotel for the World Series of poker and while staying there I went to the spa for a massage. I put my stuff in my locker and when I returned at the end of night all My money was stolen from my wallet. I reported to the police and hotel security and after investigation they basically called me a liar and did nothing. I would highly recommend never setting foot on this property as they have no regard for safety and security of their guests. And actively support customers getting robbed.

"Really bad check in experience"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed June 26, 2025 NEW
Our online check in process was awful. We had 2 rooms booked and only one was available at 3pm even though we used express check in advance for both rooms. Kiosks weren't working until 3:15 for check in. Stood in line to get checked in for second room which shouldn't have been a problem. The front desk attendant, MJ, was "put-off" and interrupted our explanation of our minor issue when we approached the desk. She was abrupt and discourteous during the check in process. Ignoring her negative tone, we continued with the check in. During the process, for no obvious reason MJ called one in our party disrespectful and continued with her degrading comments when they walked away. I was appalled and asked to speak to a manager. Three times I asked to speak to a manager trying to de escalate the negative interaction. Each time she replied " absolutely not." I had to wait in line another 45 min to leave my name for a manager to call me back to report the negative experience. I would highly discourage anyone to book this hotel as the kiosks didn't work, and lines were long. But most importantly because MJ at the front desk was rude, inappropriately insulting, and displayed no professionalism. This employee needs a class on how to problem solve even the simplest issues and basics in hospitality / customer service. I will never stay at this hotel again and recommend those that have a choice stay elsewhere. I would also recommend that MJs manager talk to her about how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. She was simply awful to us and we only asked for what she was there for, room check- in during check in times. If she is that miserable, remove her from interacting directly with customers.
