"PARIS HOTEL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed November 20, 2025 NEW
It isn't so much that I did not enjoy my stay while I was there, but rather the nightmare that has occurred since. I accidentally left a very meaningful item in the top drawer of the dresser. I notified Paris Hotel immediately upon returning to Oregon and filled out a "Lost Item Report". I was sure that the maid who cleaned my room after checkout would have found it and turned it in to the Lost & Found Dept. (as I was assured in first conversation with hotel representative that the maids open up everything and would have found it), but that did not happen, so that DOES NOT GIVE ME MUCH CONFIDENCE IN THE HONESTY OF THE PARIS HOTEL MAIDS. I was assured that the Security Dept. would do an "investigation" of the matter, but I don't see any evidence of that having happened either. I even offered a $200 reward for the safe return of this item (it is only worth maybe $50, but has a significant sentimental value.) Yesterday, I called the Paris Hotel and spoke to the supervisor in the Lost & Found Dept, and she said that she didn't have the latest information at that time, but that she would call me back in "30 minutes" and she repeated my phone number, so I know she knew it, but she DID NOT CALL ME BACK. It has been an ongoing frustrating experience. The Paris Hotel has the worst customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at in the world. THERE ARE A LOT OF HOTELS IN LAS VEGAS that have honest maids and employees who care about your belongings, but unfortunately, the Paris Hotel just does not give a damn.

"Will not stay there again."

While the areas that are meant to look like Paris are cool, this hotel is very tired. The carpet needs replacing, it needs new paint and it's dirty. My room was clean, but the hallway leading to it had 2 Q-tips on the floor the entire time of my stay, even after I mentioned it. A bag of trash sat outside someone else's room on our floor for at least 36 hours - it was there when we left, so who knows how long it will stay, it takes so long for hot water to get to the showers, we thought there was a problem. when we called to report it, we were told sometimes it takes 20 minutes and that if w didn't have hot water after 20 minutes to call back. Eventually we got it, but running a shower for 20 minutes in each of 5000 hotels rooms BEFORE bathing, is insane - especially in a desert! With the exception of the Bobby Flay burger place, the food prices are outrageous even by resort standards. $18 for an egg salad sandwich? There is a "resort fee" that is non- negotiable, but the pool was closed for weather and you don't even get free water in your room (unless you drink it while the shower is warming up!) Our room didn't have a coffee maker forcing you to pay $8 unless you want to leave the hotel. A friend's room did have a coffee maker but you had to buy K-cups and the accoutrements. We were on the 17th floor and it was still very loud. I guess that's what Vegas is, but still annoying when you are there for work.

"Perfect Central Stay"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5
Reviewed November 19, 2025 NEW
Visited for 5 nights back in July with my first-timer Mom. I wanted something centrally located with a smaller footprint and was able to get a great rate, including a weekend. Checked in through the kiosk and paid the extra $50 for early check-in as I wouldn't make Diamond after the trip. It was worth it to be able to get into the room at 11am and start exploring right away. We didn't pay extra for my mom's room and waited until after 4 for the email it was ready. The line to check-in was crazy but since we had checked in earlier I was able to go to the key pick up line and skip at least an hour+ wait. Rooms were fine, nothing fancy, but what we needed. Stayed at the Bordeaux tower and the rooms had mini fridges for free, which are key for me. It took a bit for the room to cool off but it was the middle of the summer and once the room got cool, it stayed that way, so I was happy. My only complaints were the elevators being a mess, at one point we had to wait almost an hour to be able to get into an elevator going up so we could go down to the lobby! It seemed like out of the 6(?) elevators in our bank only 2 were working at any given time. There was no explanation or anything, just a nightmare. My second small complaint was spotty maid service. After my first night I kept the DND sign up and did not want servicing but I did not opt out for the trip and after the second night I was out of the room by 9am, came back at 2 for 5 minutes, and then wasn't back until after 5 and that's when the housekeeper came. I just wanted some towels and the garbage tossed so it wasn't a big deal but they didn't come again until the 4th day. One day we rented a cabana at the pool. I had booked it a few weeks prior and got a really good rate, found out if I had booked only a few days prior it would have been 3x more than what I paid. Service was excellent, very attentive, and we had a nice daybed with a canopy right in front of the pool. The daybed had a safe we would be able to use as well. The pool was cold until the sun finally broke through the shadows and it warmed up around 11am. There were a lot of kids running around with their parents not caring but other than that, had a very nice day. Hotel restaurants: Eiffel Tower brunch was outstanding, great food, wonderful service, beautiful views of the Bellagio fountains. Cocktails at Vanderpump a Paris were very nice, beautiful location. Coffee from the crepe and Bobby's Burgers were quick to grab on the run. No luck at the casino but I think it's a really pretty atmosphere. Great bartenders at the sportsbook and also the video poker bar, not so great at the center elevated bar (plenty of working girls at night, though!). Overall I had a nice stay and definitely would again!

Pleasure. Birthday celebration Housekeeping never made up the room. Hairs in bathroom when first arrived. Ran out of shower gel. Asked for more, never came. Had to ask for towels twice. Was there 3 nights. Bad odor in hallway. Should have stayed elsewhere. Only positive was that the person that checked us in was very pleasant.
