Apparently, you don't always get what you pay for. $60+/per night for a "resort fee" is ridiculous, when all you get is access to the internet for TWO devices per day (even if you log out/forget the connection on one device, they'll charge you for any additional devices that log on during a 24-hour period). No bottles of water. Not even daily housekeeping. Also, $20 for self-parking sucks, but, OK, I get it - but it increased to $50 per day during NYE with no warning. In addition, the rooms that haven't been updated are looking a little worse for wear, AND we learned that, even when you book requesting an Eiffel Tower view, it's just that - a request (and those rooms are apparently given away as perks by the Casino, so you're probably not getting one). The days of going to Vegas for a reasonable amount of money (or even an OK-it's-kind-of-unreasonable-but-it's-Vegas-and-it's-fun amount of money) are apparently gone.

"Good hotel"

The hotel is usually great, having stayed there multiple times and always had a pleasant experience. However, this time was an exception. Upon entering my room, I noticed that the bed was extremely dirty, covered in hair. The floor and bathroom were also in a state of disarray. The staff was incredibly difficult to work with. I had to call four times to try and get the problem fixed, but the solution was simply to return to my room and leave the clean sheets on the nightstand for me to make the bed. I expected someone to assist me with this, but it was not the case. Despite the poor condition of my room, the hotel itself was in good condition. It was located in a great area and the hotel/casino was very cute.

"If Vegas is dying, Paris Hotel is the cancer!"

The worst Vegas experience to date. Room was not ready when promised (multiple times)! An attempt was made to upsell our stay just to get what was offered. The shabby, small, room needed a vacuum cleaner and the tub needed to be scrubbed. The hot water didn’t work for the first 6 hours of our stay. Garbage was left in the lobby overnight and overflowing all 3 nights. The Paris is an embarrassment to the Caesars properties. The entire desk is taken up with an enormous mini bar that can be removed. With limited space in this already tiny room with chipped paint on everything from the lamps to the door frames to the furniture. Save your money, reward points, time and effort. There are MUCH BETTER options. I have stayed in 9 different Caesar's properties across the US.this is by far the worst experience in my 40 years of gambling!

"Very disappointed in our stay"

I took my mother and aunt to Vegas. We have been numerous times in the past. This was our first stay at Paris and will be our last. First, check in is at 4pm which is fine. If you want to get into your room early-there is a $56 fee-which is also fine. But, even if your room is ready earlier-you have to pay so the result is that at 4pm-every single person is trying to get their rooms. This results in waiting over an hour in a Disney style line to get your room keys. Then, one of our rooms did not have hot water. When you try to take a shower, the water was lukewarm for about 10 minutes and then went too cold. So, the second person in the room had to take a cold shower. We called maintenance twice. One time, a guy showed up one in the bathroom ran his hand under the water that was lukewarm and said that is fine. He also said if you have trouble run all of the faucets in the room while you’re taking a shower. It just seemed like really cut rate motel type maintenance. Not at all what I would expect from a hotel located on the strip in Las Vegas. Finally, we were served cold food at every restaurant we went to while we were there. I don’t know what happened to serving hot food. But, especially café Americano served ice cold potatoes, two mornings in a row. One highlight of the Paris is the staff. We had very nice wait staff and wonderful bartenders and even the girl at the front desk was lovely. They are just working in a hotel that needs to up its game if it wants to compete with the other hotels on this trip.
