There are several local parking lots within walking distance of Hornblower Niagara Cruises. These lots require an additional fee.

The closest bus terminal is the GO Transit Bus Terminal located at 4269 Bridge Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario approximately 7 minutes from Hornblower Niagara Cruises.

Where is the closest train station?
The closest train station is located at 4267 Bridge Street.

When does the tour depart?
Tours begin departing every 15-minutes daily starting at 8:30 am.

Are bike racks offered on the boats or landing?
A bike rack is available on site and is located in front of our Group Check-In booth.

Are there bathrooms on the boat?
Yes, there are 2 wheelchair accessible washrooms aboard the boat.

Can I bring a service animal onboard?
Yes.

Can children go on the night time cruises?
Yes. All cruises are family-friendly.

Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed onboard. Before you board we offer a designated area for stroller parking.

Does the boat have a snack bar?
Yes. Warm and cold beverages can be purchased onboard our boats. In addition, freshly prepared menu options are available for purchase at the Hornblower Fallsview Patio.

Are outside food and beverages allowed onboard?
No.

Are the cruises wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Hornblower Niagara Cruises provides wheelchairs on a first come first serve basis. Guests can request and access a wheelchair upon arrival at the Hornblower Group Check-In Booth located at the base of Clifton Hill. Wheelchairs are accessible aboard the boats on the Lower Level Deck.
